I'm sad to see him go. i will surely miss him. Brown just reminds me of OBJ ![]() |
It is dull of u to expect support when u duplicate topics. Besides, ur topic as u put it down makes no sense |
Na wa o! while i think their grievance should be aimed at their leaders (political leaders) rather than expatriates, it is just inhuman and absolutely wicked to snatch a 3yr old child! I am horrified by the news. The people must be animals! |
LOL!!! nairalanders go kill person with laughter o! ![]() |
nurexg:That does not make us dull silly! |
Esss:And yet, mohammed has been released by the same OBJ! |
uchetobi:and what did u do? the trend of this thread shows that those based in Nigeria support honesty more than those in the western world. And as it pays to be honest i will tell u honestly if it happened to me, i will keep the money. seriously |
LOL!! na wa o! |
denex:If we are to believe this, it is obviously beacuse their land lines cost next to nothing. |
naijaking1:he meant mandela! |
If its true, he must have made himself a tidy sum. way to go man! |
who cares??!!! |
Fdeveloper:equals to yahoo yahoo! |
LOL!! naija bank experiences. where do i start? ok i bank with First Inland (formerly First Atlantic) and i have had various silly experiences with them. I will only tell u a few 1. once i went to pay money (cash) in at my branch (awolowo rd Ikoyi) so that i could write a cheque for a car i was buying. The dealer however insisted on cash and i had already taken delivery of the car so i asked him to go with me to the bank so that he could collect the money directly (as i no fit shout a la robbers and all). Anyway, we got to the bank and i presented my own cheque only to be told that my account was not funded! u can imagine the shock. na im i raise alarm o! they then came up with the pitiable story that they had not posted. for christs sake how long does it take to post payment within the same branch! 2. I went there another day o to cash my own cheque and they were keeping me endlessly. I aske what they problem was but they just kept saying pls be patient. and then the next thing i know, my phone was ringing. they were calling me for authorisation! i had to wonder wether they did not look at the name on the cheque (as i am the sole signatory to the account) not to talk of the fact that the actually have my picture as well. 3. another time i went to the bank (a diff branch) i had cashed money and then i asked the cashier for my balance. the guy totally ignored me and was speaking to a colleague of his. i got tired of waiting and decided to leave. the next time i went there the cashier had the effontry to tell me that the way i left the other day was not fair. i then asked him 'not fair to who?' and he said not fair to himself. so i educated him on the fact that he was actually there to serve me and not to play about with his mates and that if there was anything not fair, it was the fact that i did not immediately close my account. there are many more but i'd rather not bore u with it all. the bottom line is that to be able to bank easily in naija u have to know someone in the bank. a bank manager has actually told me that when i made a complaint. need i say more?! ![]() |
The problem with this country is not about bad leadership alone but also the timidity of the citizens. Nigerian are not ready to die but like to push som1 in the warfront, there is no country that survive without revolution and if Nigerian keep relying on NLC intervention before rejecting irregularities that has dominate the country sorry is our names. wait and see what will happen next. FG has discovered that Nigerian can be deceived by inflating the fuel price above its determination price. we are going to N150 per ltr.
Very ture |
ok calm down gurl ![]() |
I think Kate Henshaw's is best. |
Now they are letting her out! ![]() |
Did someone say JT Tom West, and Saint Obi? LOL! u got to be kidding me! ![]() |
Is this some sort of a joke or what? |
hot hot hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 |
@9ja4eva i too have always thot u were a chick ![]() |
amen |
Beline:Or intelligent for that matter! |
denex:of course, just as long as he can prove how he came about the money legitimately. |
I think u should be ashamed for making such a general and unfounded statement. Lets even say that women dont participate in politics talk, how does that make them dull? This kind of statement in my opinion can not have come from a smart individual. |
denex:For the first time i agree with u on this fuel issue. bro i thot the same thing when i heard the news o. Truth is that Nigerians are confused people. We dont know which way to go. |
nurexg:This statement is enough to discourage Nigerian girls from participating. I think u should be ashamed of urself!! ![]() |
jockey112:Thank u o my brother. and u cant even compare rain in london to that in Nigeria. By London standard, we have severe storms every time it rains in Nigeria. ![]() |
I dont understand this extra term thing u guys are talking about. Is there a limit as to how long a ministerial position lasts for? |
Hmmm I dont think we have heard the last of this. ![]() |
