Yes customer service is horrible to say the least, i'll prolly go into details later but i think the problem is that we do not complain when we recieve poor service therefore service providers are not encouraged to do better. I for one am most likely labelled a difficult customer in most places. thats because i always speak up. I pay for a service no matter how little, and i demand the best or as colse to it as possible at least.
Nigerians should cultivate the habbit of giving feed back.
