I keep wondering this, when I read ,share stories with friends I keep hearing how it feels to get dumped or how it feels for a girl to say its over...

I want to get the experience but why can't any girl dump me nor say its over, why am I always the one saying its over and doing the dumping

Am this kind of guy that have one purpose of having a gf which is 5ex, and when I get it plenty from a particular person then I feel its time to leave but out of pity I can't just be that blunt and callous to say its over when she never did anything wrong

Bassey, on the other hand, did not let his emotions out of the bag and simply looked on as his name was called. Rubies Head of House, Bev, then went to the Diary Room where she elected to save Bassey from the Eviction gallows. In his place, she put Natasha up.

Diamonds Head of House, Feza, did not budge from her earlier Nomination decision and swiftly saved Elikem from possible Eviction. She put Ethiopia's Betty in his place instead. After an emotional rollercoaster of a day, some Housemates can definitely rest easy, while others can look forward to a horrid week that just could be their last.

The governor of Plateau State, Jonah Jang, has described his “victory” over Gov. Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State, whom he claims to have defeated to become the new “chairman” of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum, as the will of God....

Mr. Jang, was speaking in Jos, Sunday, at a special interdenominational church service held at Faith-way Chapel Church and organized by the Plateau State government as part of the activities marking the forthcoming 14th anniversary of uninterrupted democratic governance in Nigeria.
His remarks came two days after a controversial governors’ forum election in which Mr. Amaechi was declared winner after clinching 19 votes to defeat Mr. Jang who got 16. The result of the election however portrayed Mr. Jang as a usurper to the NGF chairman position.
Governors who supported Mr. Jang rejected the outcome of the elections, claiming it was rigged.
On Saturday, Mr. Jang convened a meeting of the protesting governors and presided as chairman.
“I can assure you that my emergence as the chairman Nigerian Governors’ Forum was the will of God because I went to Abuja for the NGF election not with the intention to contest but northern governors and the PDP governors’ forum endorsed my candidature. When (Ibrahim) Shema of Kastina stepped down, both forums insisted I should contest; I contested and won. So, it’s the will of God.”
He said he had never wanted to be chairman of the NGF.
Mr. Jang told the church that the allegation that a faction of the NGF rigged the elections in his favour was not true. “God is a democrat, does not support rigging but if you rig and succeed, that means God approves of it.” Mr. Jang called on Nigerians to pray for their leaders to enable the present administration at all levels succeed.
He said the current controversies being faced by government at the moment is a foreshadow of what is likely to happen at the 2015 general elections.
“I believe that God has anointed who will be President of Nigeria in 2015 but only him knows who it is,” he stated.
He also said democratic governance was the best form of government that takes care of every sector, pointing out that even the military enjoys more during democracy.
“The military enjoys better during democracy. I’m a living example because I was opportune to serve as governor during the military era and now again as a civilian; so, to my mind, the military should not carry guns to force out democratic governance again,” he said.
During the church service, prayers were offered for the restoration of permanent peace in the country and stability of good governance in Nigeria and the entire African continent.

“Wonders,” they say, “will never cease”. This was the scenario at the weekend at the Old Garage, Akure when a middle-aged woman was alleged to have used charm to take a boy’s joystick...

It was gathered that the victim, Adewale Akande, a graduate of College of Education, Oro, Kwara State gave the woman who begged him for alms, N50 but five minutes later, he discovered that he was having a feeling that his manhood had disappeared.

Apparently uncomfortable with the situation, the victim, in his mid-twenties, called a traffic officer around to help him arrest the woman whom he said begged him for alms.

When brought to the Police Area Command Station at Oyemekun Road, Akure, it was learnt that the suspect first denied having collected money from the victim. But after a thorough interrogation by the Police, she confessed that she received the money from Adewale.

Meanwhile, there was tension around the police station as Wale’s family members insisted that the case be transferred to the Deji’s Palace for traditional solution.

After six hours of apprehension, the victim was taken to an undisclosed hospital where he regained his manhood.
Narrating his ordeal to “DailyPost”, Akande said he came to Akure on Tuesday with his brother, Ademola, to inform their relatives about Ademola’s marriage.
The incident, he said, happened when he was about boarding a commercial vehicle to Ilorin from Old Garage; leaving his brother, behind as he promised to leave Akure the following day, Friday.

Akande said the beggar had begged her for alms, after which he gave her N50 only to notice after five minutes that his manhood was ‘shrinking’.
He said all efforts to get help from passengers in the car proved abortive, as they mistook him for ’419? (fraudster). The graduate said he immediately called his brother on phone before approaching traffic wardens for help.

He said, “I just saw the woman on the road. She was begging me that I should give her N50. I gave her and in the next five minutes, I saw that my body was weak and my joystick became very tiny like broom”.

Ademola, his brother, confirmed the incident, saying Wale called him immediately after the incident occurred. He expressed surprise at the mysterious disappearance of his brother’s manhood, adding that but for God’s intervention, it would have been a different story.

On her part, an aunty to the victim whom the brothers had visited, Prophetess Florence Adeojo of C&S, Imole-Ayo Parish, Oke-Ijebu, Akure advised members of the public who want to give alms to give them directly to churches and not to every beggar they see on their way.

When DailyPost reporter visited the Area Commander’s office yesterday, it was discovered that the woman was still under detention, just as none of the officers were willing to speak to press on the matter.

The Police Public Relations Officer [PPRO], Mr. Wole Ogodo who confirmed that the case was taken to the Police Area Command, said the police was not really sure if the victim truly lost his manhood.

According to him, “the boy and the beggar who is an able body woman were taken to the Station and during the interrogation, the Area Commander asked if the boy has a girlfriend or someone who could help him test if he had really lost his manhood, but Adewale claimed that his girlfriend was very far from Akure and no one around could help him make the test if his manhood was still functioning.

“The Area Commander also asked from the victim the last time he had eaten, but Adewale said for the past seven days he had been fasting. The Police boss immediately directed the boy to go to the hospital for proper medical attention, believing that the victim might be suffering from psychological problem since he had not eaten for the past seven days.

“Later on, the boy returned from the hospital and confirmed that his manhood was now functioning properly. However, the woman has been warned by Police not to stay around that area again or any place to solicit for money, rather, she should look for better things to do in order to keep her soul and body together” the PPRO had confirmed.

It was drama galore recently at a court house in Lagos as 42-year-old Owoseni Benson openly condemned his wife for dressing like the wayward young ladies he sees on dirty music videos and movies.....

He said his wife's almost nude dressing is attracting other men to her, leading to her sleeping out...

“I am not angry with my wife for not having kids but with the way she dresses provocatively, leaving her breasts and buttocks virtually naked. Anytime I complained, she will say that is what is in vogue.

Benson has therefore pleaded with an Agege Grade ‘A’ Customary Court in Lagos to dissolve his 7-year-old marriage over the wife’s wayward life. He said his wife, Adenike Oladeru, was troublesome to extent that the house they currently live in is the third house they rented.

"She fights everybody in the house, possesses all kinds of bad habits one can think of. There was a time she attempted suicide claiming that I rebuked her for being childless. [But] I only advised her to stop being troublesome with people”, Benson said.

"I had a child when I was in secondary school. She asked me to bring the child home so that if she lived with us, I would not be able to marry the mother, but when the child came to live with us, she didn’t give her rest of mind.

"There was a day we went to settle a rift in my sister’s place, she stood up and gave me a hard slap because I complained she goes after men. I caught her with a man late in the night, she did not come home that night, she went to stay with her aunt for a week.

"In 2011, she called me and said she was fed up with the union and gave me a month ultimatum. Two weeks later, she started parking her bags and left to re-marry. [So] I came to court to dissolve the union because she has come to beg me that we should continue, but I don’t want her anymore”.

The wife, Adenike, a hairdresser, refused to show up in court for the fourth time. The court president, Emmaunel Shokunle, has therefore fixed May 27 for final judgment.

I just wanna correct an impression that has been moving round and existing in the minds of many young men, who believes that the only purpose for getting married is to make babies...


Pls how true is this statement, cos this issue has given me lots of thoughts / concern, cos I can't just see the reason why someone would go about with such claims, thereby spoiling / poisoning the minds of many...

I strongly and boldly want to inform you reading this piece of writing, that the reason why a man should go find a wife is not just to make babies as many claim, quoting Genesis 1:28 "...be fruitful, multiply and replenish the earth..." cos that same scripture says in Genesis 2:18 "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a HELP MATE"

The worst thing you can do to yourself as a young man is to marry with the sole purpose of making babies cos there's more to marriage other than just making or having babies...

No wonder so many men sends their wives packing, when they are not able to produce children, which has prompted & led to so many divorce cases across the globe; whilst others think it is important to know if she can actually deliver or meet up to the target before exchanging marital vows, thereby taking her to bed before going to see her parents or even the pastor...

It is also important to understand what the scripture says in Proverbs 18:22 "He who FINDS a wife finds a good thing and OBTAINS FAVOUR from the Lord"
Note: the bible didn't say "He who CHOOSES a wife" cos there is a big difference between FINDING and CHOOSING, so don't give it your own interpretation but try to follow God's principle and allow the Holyspirit to guide / direct you to FIND a life partner other than CHOOSING a life partner...

That same passage also made mention of "Obtaining Favour from the Lord"
it doesn't suggest that we're not favoured until we get married but what the scripture is trying to tell us is that, there is a special favour attached to marriage because the couple is the carriers of the next generation...

Can you now understand that itz not just all about the baby?

Finally, so many ministers / men tends to intimidate the ladies with Ephesians 5:22 "wives submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord"
There is no doubt that wives should submit to their husbands but it shouldn't go contrary to God's command which caps that line with "as unto the Lord" so that you the husband don't just be filled with selfish interests other than doing what pleases God...

In verse 23 of that same passage says "for the Husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church: and he (the husband) is the saviour of the body (the wife).
So you see that every husband should be a saviour and not a threat to the wife, without manhandling, turning them into pouching bags / subjecting them to difficult tasks, all because they are the head; cos Christ doesn't forsake or abandon us, even when we sin against Him (who is the head of the church)...

verse 25 caps it all and says "Husbands, love your wives even as Christ also loved the Church and gave Himself for it"
So, since the wife owes the husband the responsibilty of submitting herself, in the same way, it is the duty of the husband to love the wife in return and should also give himself for her ie going extra mile in proving his love, just as Christ did for the Church...

A 27- year-old man identified as Morufu Garba is currently cooling his heels in police net for defrauding and assaulting a 20 -year- old lady in Ebute-Metta area of Lagos, recently.... The incident happened on the 12th of April, 2013 at about 10pm; when the victim identified as Aminat Ajala, a fashion designing apprentice at Ebute-Metta, returned from work; tired and hungry only to discover that there was no food in the house.

She opted to go get some toast bread at a shop not too far from her 91, Freeman street residence, where she and her siblings live with their maternal grand mother, after the untimely death of their biological mother.

Little did she know that Morufu Garba, a notorious fraudster was lurking somewhere in the neighbourhood, looking for an opportunity to play a fast one on unsuspecting ladies, of which she soon became a victim.

Aminat Ajala told Crime Alert that she had walked few metres from her residence when she noticed that someone tapped her shoulders from behind; she turned to see a young man, walking close to her. He politely requested to have some chat with her, a request she granted.



From that moment on, she alleged she was not in control of actions that ensued; as Morufu, told her he is a prophet with a special message for her. He further told her that it was revealed to him that she will be dead the very next day if certain sacrifice was not carried out; to this he demanded that she provide the money by all means to enable him cancel the death spell hanging around her.

Afraid and under the influence of some power beyond her control, Aminat thought of ways to generate the money, as she had nothing on herself. She then revealed to Morufu that she is just an apprentice and has no money to that effect, he asked her if she knew any other means to raise the money, perhaps through her parents, or siblings, but warned her not to disclose the information to any one else.

At that suggestion, she told him her grand Ma, who owns a buka on the street, has some money stuck in a refrigerator somewhere in her shop, that she also knows where the key is kept. He escorted her back to her residence to get the key, after she succeeded with that, she led him to the shop, and opened it.
They opened the door and went straight to the refrigerator, she tried opening it, but encountered some difficulties as the padlock used in locking it could not open. Morufu went out side, found an axe placed at a corner near the shop and used it to forcefully open the refrigerator and took over N80,000 kept t
here.

He then took her to meet another victim of his, a 22- year- old hair dressing apprentice identified as Ruka, who lives on the neighboring Glover street at Ebute-Metta, he claimed he was trying to also help perform some sacrifice to stop her mother from destroying her life. He had charged her N10,000; and she gave him N1,500, as what she had on her then.

They agreed he will get the money over the weekend. After that, he led her to the venue where he was to perform the sacrifice, some where in Makoko area of Lagos. On getting there, he took her to a one room apartment, spread a mat on the floor and asked her to take off her clothes and lie on the mat.

She obeyed, and all she can recall was that she was rapéd. When he was done with his “sacrifice”, he inserted some objects suspected to be charm into her private part, and abandoned her there. The next day, still under the influence of the charm, the lady managed to gather herself and left the place, but she had no clue where she was. She was later found wandering in Makoko area by one of her neighbours from Freeman street. “He noticed my unusual behavior and suspected that something must have gone wrong somewhere , he brought me home.

Crime Alert also gathered that members of the Ajala household were worried over the unusual disappearance of Aminat from home. It was gathered that after they waited for her to return home with the toast bread to no avail, her grand mother, popularly called Alhaja was worse hit, as she was said to be apprehensive of the thought of what might have happened to her grand-daughter, not after their mother died at a premature age. She had organized a search party, and stayed awake till the next morning when Aminat was brought back by the neighbour.

Recovery from the ordeal
After Aminat was brought back home, the case was reported to the Oyingbo police station and she was taken to a clinic for medical check up, which confirmed that she was rapéd and bleeding. Aminat gave her statement after she recovered from the ordeal. But when she took the policemen to the house where she was rapéd, Morufu was no where to be found.


When inquiries were made, neighbours at the place said they don’t know any body with the identity they described.

To affect Morufu’s arrest, the Oyingbo police DPO invited Ruka, whom he was expecting N10,000 from, and tactically asked her to place a call to Garba on the number he gave her, to come get the money at Makoko junction. He swiftly came, and was arrested on the spot and thereafter charged to court. Information from the court disclosed that Morufu Garba has been charged for a similar case in the past.

Nigeria’s former president, Olusegun Obasanjo, has begun a mission to introduce African countries to Nigeria’s innovation in bakery, Cassava Bread...
Mr. Obasanjo, a goodwill ambassador for the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, IITA, recently took the bread to Tanzania where he publicly munched the bread with the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Mrisho Jakaya Kikwete.
Former President Benjamin Mkapa of the United Republic of Tanzania also ate the bread for the first time. The leaders supported the innovation, noting that it would bring several benefits to the continent.
The 40 per cent cassava bread was first developed by IITA in Nigeria, as part of efforts to boost the utilization of cassava and create market for farmers.
President Kikwete after inaugurating the IITA Science Building in Dar es Salaam on Monday commended IITA for the bread technology, saying that the bread had an “excellent” taste.
“There is no difference between this bread and the normal bread we are used to,” he added.
Mr. Obasanjo encouraged the Tanzania President to promote the use of cassava in confectionaries in his country to
transform agriculture. He noted that the use of cassava flour in bread would stimulate the demand for the root crop, create jobs and, more importantly, make farmers proud.
Mr. Obasanjo, in 2002 initiated a policy on 10 percent inclusion in bread under “the Presidential Initiative on Cassava,” program. The program which was implemented by IITA and national partners, drove the demand for cassava, increased productivity by about 10 million tons in 6 years, and made Nigeria the top world producer of cassava

Hip hop star, Kingsley Okonkwo popularly known as K-Cee keeps pulling strong, ever since the split of KC Presh;
he has surpassed every expectations and risen into such a huge star on his own, hit after hit. In this interview, Kcee talks about his new album, his split with Presh and what transpired between him and actress Ebube Nwagbo. Excerpt:
Who inspired you into music ?
Basically, I will say music is something I have passion for. I started singing from the church choir until I won the talent hunt show. Since then, I have been doing my thing and making my own impact on the nation’s music scene. Music is my life , it’s my profession and that’s what I do for a living.
What brought about the split between you and Presh?
I don’t know what people really want to know about my break up with Presh. But what I know is that we are no more doing business together and we collectively decided to pursue solo careers after 12 years of performing as a group. That’s what we are doing now. We didn’t quarrel or beef each other. It was a joint agreement that we should pursue solo careers. It wasn’t because of money or anything. I think it just happened that way, we never saw the break-up coming. We just had an idea to do separate albums and that’s what is happening right now.

So how did you meet Presh ?
I met him in a church choir and we were running the choir together after which we entered for the Star Quest TV reality show together and won the show.
Now that you are no longer together , is there anything you did then that you find difficult to do now ?
Of course yes , because formally I used to record together with my partner and then, it’s either am doing the verse or he’s doing the chorus. But right now, I’m doing everything alone which is a plus and more so, I have a kind of music that people can identify with my voice as K-Cee. So, when they hear my music, they will know its me . I think its an achievement for me to let people know my real person.
Are you trying to say that you’ve not been faced with challenges after the split ?
The truth is that there has been one or two challenges but by the grace of God, they are not too difficult to overcome because breaking up with your partner was not easy thing. I am trying to make people to believe in me and in my talent. Two years down the drain, I already have a couple of songs which my fans have come to love so much. I don’t know if I should say am missing something. But all the same, am fine.
How many songs have you done after the split ?
Generally, I have done eight songs after the split. I have ‘such songs as ’Now I Know’ ,Okpekete ,Okpekete remix,Tor tori.
Are you missing Presh ?
I think I’m getting more attention now than before. The attention I’m getting now is bigger than what I was getting when we were together.
…Meaning that you did not regret splitting with Presh ?
For me, I have no regret because it was a mutual decision taken by the group to show their fans their individual genre of music. I have been working to stay on top of my game. I’m not sleeping, This is a time for salvation because I have been working towards this achievement. So, no regret at all .
So, how did you start working together ?
I started it. I met him at the church and I approached him. We used to be four in the group then;myself, Presh , Domino and Emmy .Later, the other two left to pursue their dreams. At a point, Presh was no longer interested but later he came back to join forces with me.
How was life like before you got to this level ?
Of course, it has not been easy trying to do good music, and making people happy each time they hear your muisc. You have to work and work until you get the right sound, and also, you need the energy to push and promote your song. It is really not easy. It could be stressful and fun sometimes. But the thing is that you don’t need to give up, you need to keep pushing it that’s why we are alive. For me, things have not been rosy
What really happened between you and Ebube Nwagbo ?
What happened between us was nothing more than having fun. That’s what my new song titled ‘’Limpopo ‘ is all about. It mean let’s have fun.
Any memorable experience so far ?
I always remember the day I won Star Quest TV reality show competition. It was memorable for me because it actually gave me the opportunity to express myself. Anytime, I remember that day, I always feel happy. I never believed KC Presh could win Star Quest. When we entered for the competition in 2002, after Eedris Abdul Kareem advised us to do so.
That day, I cried and people did not know why I was crying. I reminisced, recounting the experience that transformed my life forever. The reason was that God had broken the chains of poverty in my life and taken me to a greater height. I knew I was going to make use of that opportunity because of the hunger I had exhibited while winning the competition. I couldn’t help but to shed tears of joy.kcee-3
After we got their first N1million cheque, courtesy of Star Quest reality TV show,I bought a Mercedez Benz 190. And I was cruising around town then with the new car.
How do you treat your female fans ?
Some of my colleagues get carried away when it comes to women. But interestingly, women are part of the entertainment business. Now, what matters is your ability to control them. It’s very important to you as an entertainer if you want to succeed. When you pay some artistes for a show, they move into a hotel for the next one month blowing the money, hanging out with girls and just having fun without remembering to invest.
Like I said, my father was a DJ, so, I heard the story of other musicians first hand who made it big and then crashed later. When we started making money, we remembered to invest. We toured all the 36 states of the federation with so many brands, including Nestle, and we made so much money and the women were coming.
But we made sure we invested. Though they love me so much and I love them too. I handle them the way they want me to handle them . That’s why I said, in my song that I want to be your maga so they should use me as they want .
Are you still single because we heard you were once married ?
I have never married before, the person that got married was my brother but people thought I was the one. There was nothing like me having extra-marital affair or a love kid. They are all lies. KCEE-1
Tell us more about your Limpopo song?
Limpopo is my latest song which I did with Harry song and I did it the way I’ve been doing other songs. It is like a month old now. The song is already everywhere so I think its God that made it to be so and am happy about it. Also the song means lets have fun its just about me and a lady that’s all
What is the secret of your success?
Consistency is the key. You have to be consistent, know the business and follow it up. I know people love good music all I need to do is to give them good music. Aside this, you have to always keep renewing your face in the business and be trendy and avoid scandals that can destroy your career.
We heard you have a record label , can you tell us about it ?
Right now, am under Five Star music and its owned by E-money who is the president while I am the vice-president .
What made you and Presh thought of doing collaboration with 50 Cent?
Yea , that was before I and Presh split but we didn’t do it again because the plan was between the two of us. So, when we broke up the project could not be executed.
Tell us about your childhood ?
My growing up was not too rough. I grew up in Lagos where I had my early education. I hail from an average family.
Did your parents disagree with you over your choice of career?
Yea , my mum then supported me while my dad was indifference. But along the line, he started supporting me when I proved to him that music is what I want to do for a living. He had no choice than to support me.
What do you have for your fans out there ?
Nothing less than good music. Because for me, and my record label, we are trying to ensure that we do good music. I am sure that the industry will experience good music. We have a couple of artistes that will be coming out soon under our label with lots of good music. So, that’s what we are working on at the moment. They should expect good music .
Where should we expect Kcee in the next five years ?
I think from now till the end of this year, I will be more busy than ever. As far as I am concerned, I have a lot in stock. I just don’t want to let the cat out of the bag, my fans should just keep their fingers crossed . I am just starting and I have not gotten to anywhere yet

Inspired by Noah’s Ark from the Book of Genesis, Dutch artist Johan Huibers built a modern day replica spending a whopping $1.2 million on it....
His reasons for building the vessel – he feared the effects global warming would someday have on his country, flooding included. The idea came to him in 1992, when he had a dream about his native land submerged in a flood similar to the one in the Book of Genesis. He continued to think about it until he finally did something about it. And the result is a 130m long, 29m wide, 23m high ark that he completed in 2005. Weighing almost 3000 tons and built from Swedish pine reinforced with steel, it is quite hard to believe that ark might be seaworthy at all, but this modern-day Noah assures us it does indeed float.
A carpenter by profession, Johan Huibers has now opened his full scale ark to the public and is attracting thousands of tourists from the world over. Located in Dordrecht, the Netherlands, the ark is something that would even surprise Noah, for it has a restaurant, two cinemas and of course, a menagerie of life-sized plastic animals. Towering over the flat Dutch landscape, the ark is easily visible from a nearby highway. Across the arks main hold is a huge space of stalls, where visitors can view a large collection of stuffed and plastic animals like zebras, gorillas, lions, tigers, bears and buffaloes.
There’s also a petting zoo, where less dangerous real-life animals like dogs, sheep, rabbits, ponies and a few exotic birds are housed . On each level of the boat, around its edges, are displays about the history and dress of the ancient Middle East, a few scenes from the life of Noah, and games for kids like water pumps and levers that lift bales of hay. But the ark is not just about tourist attractions. Down below, there exists a honeycomb system of hatches, each opening an area where food could be sealed in for long-term storage. The curvature of the upper deck could be used to collect rainwater and also to let the horses and other animals get some exercise. Huibers says that his boat gives people a pretty good idea of how Noah’s ark would have worked in practice.
Jojan first built the half-scale version in 2004 and let it float over the country’s canals, before the larger one was complete. When tourists flocked to see the prototype which was open to public, the proceeds went directly into funding the full-scale version. According to the original story, the ark was supposed to be 300 cubits long, 50 cubits wide and 30 cubits high. It’s hard to interpret this ancient system of measurement, but Huibers did it based on the length of the forearm, determining that the final length had to be maybe about 450ft long.
Over half the length of the Titanic, this modern-age boat is called the ‘Johan’s Ark’. Huibers completed the mammoth task with the help of his two children and some friends. He says that his motivation was ultimately religious, wanting to make people think about their purpose on Earth. “I want to make people question that so that they go looking for answers.” The city of Dordrecht might just need the ark sometime in the future, given that it is quite prone to floods. One of the world’s deadliest floods occurred here in the 15th century, claiming about 10,000 lives.
Let’s just hope nothing like that happens anytime soon, and if it does, perhaps Johan’s Ark could save everyone. Meanwhile, he’s dreaming of a new project – to get the Israelis and Arabs to cooperate and build a water pipeline from the Mediterranean Sea to the Dead Sea. Well, now THAT would be a miracle of biblical proportions.

Bulawayo prophet commands fire to fall from heaven, produces miracle airtime in church
THERE was pandemonium and shock at a little known pentecostal church in Bulawayo, Christ Liberty Ministries, when miracle money in the form of airtime came to light...


The church, believed to only have about a 100 members, rents a building along Fife Street between 9th and 10th Avenues. The building is owned by the Salvation Army.

"A lot of things happen at that place. It seems miracles are for chosen churches," said a member of the church.

Prior to that, news reporters heard rumours that a prophet from that church who goes by the name Prophet Victor once claimed to have made fire fall from heaven.

But miracle money is not a new thing, Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa of UFI ministries and his close friend, Prophet Uebert Angel, who introduced him to their spiritual father in 2008, Ghanaian Prophet Victor Boateng, have allegedly raised millions of it.

Prophet Victor confirmed producing "miracle" airtime but did not divulge the network.

"We produced miracle money through airtime," he said.

He also made claims of healing the sick.

"A woman, who couldn't walk and had Tuberculosis, was healed and started running. On Monday last week, I visited a house and goblins came out of wardrobes," he added.

However, critics say, so serious is the obsession with miracles that churches are now competing with one another. The world today is in danger of miracle-mongers who claim to be prophets of God.

Be it on street corners, crusades night vigils, there are claims to miracle-cures so as to prevent their members from flooding to so-called "living" churches.

Prophet Victor, however, says he can prove that what he is talking about really happened and he can even do more.

"I am not a false prophet. These things are there and they happen all the time. Anyone can ask people who come to our church services," he said.
