Go home or get help from Nigeria community in canada. Black people need to fix their character and start loving each other. Those who have accommodation should assist the people that do not have.

Love yourselves before you start asking others to love you - Use your brain
Better yet... If you are not wealthy and prepared for life in other countries, stay back in your fvcking country.

No matter how bad it gets, these same people can't live like this in their country.

Prof. Soludo... You might want to sit this one out.

While I have nothing against Tinubu, I can never forget the role he played since 2014 to get his ambition on course... How he disregarded the future and health of this nation just to fulfill his personal ambition.

So, no one should make excuses for a key member of APC who took over from the very person he helped install.

We can't keep doing this every single dispensation... Claiming that the prior administration destroyed the economy. It makes no sense.

Mama, there is really no excuse tbh.

Your colleagues are largely careless about their health and futures. They hardly make plans for tomorrow.

Some don't even know how to fully and properly capitalize on their fame. A lot of them are wasteful and ostentatious, thinking they will always be in the spotlight.

They live prodigiously with predictably pathetic ends.

I will say it again and again... If the movie industry is not profitable to anyone, despite the glam and pageantry, they should change careers for the sake of their financial and mental health... Not seeking aid and living pitiably in the twilight of their lives.

Amaka Igwe and Christy Essien-Igbokwe have no business on that list...!

Those were Amazons while alive, and breaking new ground in the Entertainment Industry... Death didn't make them more popular than they already were, they were simply celebrated for their milestones.

You people should learn to do proper research and fact-finding before rushing to create topics and threads.

Those happy about such news are not the ones praising the useless and clueless government... Put your words in the proper perspective.

aswani:
I used to think this until I went to South Africa once.

All the big international corporations in IT and other "modern type" sectors have big buildings over there injecting some serious money into their economy.

Zoom meetings and emails can't cut it to get those businesses over here investing, President Tinubu needs to be physically standing in front of these investors in order to get anything.

All the hard work his lazy predecessors didn't do, he now has to. I feel for the man and believe he'll pull it off.
Read and comprehend, you no gree.

Before embarking on such wasteful and expensive trips to attract investors, why not make the nation attractive first for investments?!!

Before Amazon, Google, Facebook, etc, bypassed Nigeria to lesser and smaller African nations, do you think they didn't know this nation had a bigger market for them?!!

Of what use is a huge market when electric power is poor, security is terrible, roads are barely motorable?!!

Tinubu should put his house in order.

If he knows what he's saying is the truth that everyone knows why does he have to invoke his being a son to one of Hamas founders. Yes, a son he was but he didn't tell us that the father disowned him after he slept with one of the father's wives.
Are Hamas terrorists or not??!

No need going round in circles.

Call terrorism out!

That's why Northerners kept protecting Boko Haram till it overwhelmed them. Same way people in the SouthEast have been making that mistake with Ipob/ESN.

Igboslayer:
The whole of the Eastern state put together is just about the size of Oyo state. Look at what Oyo state have generated compared to all of them put together.

Igbos should task there governors to do more for them, imagine six state governors collecting monthly allocation to develop a small land mass similar to that of Oyo state and couldn't manage to achieve any tangible results.

Igbos will be shock when dey get their Biafra and discover they have been living on the largesse of other state. They offer nothing to the state.
This is just the whole TRUTH, bitter but pure facts.

Igbos need to quit chasing shadows and looking everywhere else for their problems rather than within themselves.

Imo hasn't had a sensible leader since Sam Mbakwe... Enugu has retrogressed since Sullivan Chime... Anambra never seems to fully find its feet... Abia has been deliberately allowed to wither away under the very watch of the Igbo people (PDP)... And as for Ebonyi, I don't even know how and why that state was formed.

Then come to South-South... Akwa-Ibom never grew beyond the rogue currently heading the National Assembly... Cross River never took off since Duke laid a great foundation... Delta has shockingly been robbed blind and underdeveloped for the past 23 years of Civilian rule... As for Bayelsa, one day I will finally believe that is a state in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

A nation where the Security agencies have no mutual and professional respect and clear boundaries...!

No wonder insecurity continues to spread and grow at an alarming rate.

So, the national heads of these agencies can't be called to order by Mr. President??! There should be a clear demarcation and designation of duties for the sake of Professional respect which must be enforced all round.

This country is just tiring abeg.

Everyone can now see the main reason Aguiyi Ironsi eradicated regional governments and promulgated his draconian decree 34.
I trust his people will soon come out to say it's because of Oyo state's proximity to Lagos that helped them to generate the highest revenue.
Ibadan/Oyo state you call brown roof hqrs generated almost 12billion, while your Anambra's home of phantom billionaires generated paltry 153million.
Southeast has very dull, corrupt and clueless leaders... This is not even up for argument.

Sadly, the same can be said for a lot of South-south states as well.

That's why I keep telling them that their real Biafra Agitation ought to begin within and among themselves at home... They need to collectively go back home and put their houses in order instead of yapping at Aso Rock like toothless cowards.

How can a whole Kaduna be on that list?!!

This system of government where states do nothing but incur expenses while their governors feed fat off federal allocations needs to be done away with.

Any state that can't sustain itself or that lacks the resources to do so should be merged with other more productive states.

Some governors spend 8 years without a damn thing to show in terms of economic growth in their states... No investments, no mass production, no revenue schemes,... Absolutely NOTHING but debts.
