What would the name of the clinic or hospitals do to you. The Doctor in question here is not s quack but perhaps, he lacks the requisite experience. If you are complaining about the mistake of a Doctor, what about people who are not medically trained but open clinic and hospitals and operate a full blown clinic? The government and the concerned regulatory bodies are not doing enough to control the practice of doctors and the medical profession in the country. In advance countries, things like these don't happen, and if they do happen, heads will definitely roll.
