Thanks a lot Anitank.

I was able to reset the call waiting. I didn't know such setting was hidden at the top.

Unfortunately, I still couldn't locate the download button after I did all you told me. sad

Can z10 use Google Chrome as its official browser? I head they pull off from BlackBerry 07. Did they also pull off from BlackBerry 10?
Can you try posting a snap shot on here so we could see the exact problem you're having with your downloads?

By official do you mean default browser? I don't think Google Chrome browser can be used as a default browser on bb10 devices but it can be sideloaded and used as a normal browser. Walcom should be able to explain this to you better.

But then the native bb10 browser is super cool if you ask me

Ok maybe I don't, but you should not to take things way to far. I can tell it bothers you already so why hurt yourself? Try settling this issue before the end of the day ok?
Thanks for your response.

1. I've done that but all it gets out are copy, share and other options except download. I'm thinking it's my Os cos I've not updated it.

2. I guess I have to call the customer care for that. I've equally tried setting it myself but it doesn't have the call waiting options.

3. So sad BlackBerry didn't find a way to synchronize notepad to remember. I lost all my notes.
Try zooming in the page a little, then press and hold again. The icons should come from the right side of the phone. The options you must be seeing are the ones that appear once you click on that download tab. Just try again

It does. Go to calls, swipe down the page from the top. You should see "settings" by the top right. Turn on your call waiting from there let's see.

Sorry about your notes

emergency2: Pls house,
I wanna confirm if full BIS mtn is still functional on bb10.

Pls help before I waste my 1500.
Thanks
Don't know about MTN but Glo bis works perfectly on bb10 devices.

Then again, there is only one way to find out cheesy tongue

kodeya: Pls does tethering works with BIS? Can I tether Glo network to my tablet?

And pls, the downloading. If I press it down, which of the icons is meant to download.

Thanks
I haven't used Internet tethering on my device so can't really say, but mobile hotspot is a better option since it doesnt need a USB or you having to turn on your bluetooth. And yes it would work on your tablet as long as it's Wifi enabled (most of them are). My guess is if mobile hotspot works on glo bis, tethering should most probably work too

The download icon is the one that looks like a small chain with the 'good' sign. It's the second to the last on that row in descending order I think

No offence miss but I actually think you're proud.

"I'm sorry baby, I was busy with something that's why I couldn't call till now". That would have solved it.

Then again I don't think you love him as much, if not you wouldn't let that day go by without calling him back...But four days?? C'mon

And the more you stay without communication, the more time you give him to re-evaluate "things"
Music/RadioRe: Rate Beyonce's New Album by anitank(f): 3:48am On Dec 30, 2013
I thought exactly the same thing when I listened to the tracks and watched the videos. Looked like she had to mimic Rihanna cos that's exactly the kind of album Riri would produce. I enjoy some of the songs tho, drunk in love is still my favorite for now then flawless

PhonesRe: Blackberry 10 Devices Home: Z10, Q10 Etc by anitank(f): 11:18am On Dec 28, 2013
walcolm: Your BlackBerry is not the one doing the job. The app is like an interface to servers connected to the telescope.

At every point in time, there are stars above you that could be seen if you had really huge telescopes connected to powerful computers.

The app developers have access to those types of telescope and that is what they pull to your device if you buy the app

So the stars you see are real but it's not your phone that's doing the work of searching them out...your BlackBerry only provides gps coordinates that the servers use in showing you the right stars above that position
Ok big daddy cool

PhonesRe: Blackberry 10 Devices Home: Z10, Q10 Etc by anitank(f): 9:20am On Dec 28, 2013
walcolm: Actually you're viewing the stars already picked out and named for you something close to what augmented reality offers on ground.

The stars you see are real and their locations are quite accurate but the developers go the extra step to tell you what you're seeing

If you used a telescope, you'll probably see something but you most likely won't know what you're looking at
I get what you're saying but I doubt if the stars showing in the app are real, like real life ones.

I mean u're not supposed to see anything till u maybe place your phone upwards and towards the sky at night. But it's not so in this case. It's like an astrological dictionary or an encyclopedia where everything is already mapped out and labelled so you know what you're looking at just for when you see the real thing.

Not exactly what I was looking forward to but still ok. I honestly wondered how I could possibly view stars at night using a device as tiny as a phone smiley

walcolm: Unless you're into astrology, you're just supposed to know what stars are above where you are and as you turn around in 360'
Oh I see! Was thinking I could view real stars using the app, kinda like the telescope cheesy embarassed

Acidosis: Maureen, you better forge ahead and get busy with your life...

That dude doesn't like/love you...

I noticed how you were busy defending his useless comments on one Tecno thread like that against me and some ppl.

I warned you that day, but you choose to keep parading yourself around a DJ who got no feelings for you.

I can only warn you to deactivate your account as fast as possible. Once this dude turn you down on nairaland, you're finished as far as the internet is concerned.

I guess you were f00led by the numerous e-liars on Nairaland saying a woman can woe any man.. (smh)
Most of these Nairaland liars will not regard such ladies.. and hey, Nairaland girls do not have such courage (even though they can run their lying fingers to post lies)..

I only pity you cos you've turned yourself to a scape goat..

You're a kid, I guess. Else you should have send this public crush into his mail, but ofcourse, attention pushed you into this rubbish such that you allowed the prophecies of the end time work on you...

So, how much dowry you wan come pay Deejay Harry now?
When you wan buy engagement things and ring?

smh...

You've got your attention, anyway... eat you cake!
Don't be too hard on her. Cut her some slacks jare. Even if she's a kid let her play it out.

She feels something for someone, and she let it out. I'm sure she knows how to send a pm, but she chose to let the whole world know which is kinda cute (well for her age).

And don't expect the guy to reply immediately or to even give a positive reply when he does. He mustn't feel the same way for her as she does for him, that's why it's called a crush!

Let her be biko
