Sanchez01: And what gives you the assurance that the woman indeed lied against TD? That she was humiliated by being talked down in a video footage or because TD also got the chance to 'revenge'?
Unfortunately, I've been forced to believe that TD indeed treated her MIL as stated. We are Africans and respect is key in this part of the world. Even when the chips are down, respect could be that one lifeline to get things working again. You're really trying hard to make me believe you're being logical and unbiased on this issue when clearly it's the complete opposite. I am not a fan of Tonto, I've never really liked the lady; but that doesn't mean I have to take sides with anyone who is against her simply because she is Tonto Dike. That's just wrong. I don't know how she may have treated her MIL and won't cast stones because every other person is doing so based on assumptions. Her approach at clearing the air on this issue may be wrong, but that doesn't automatically make the woman right. |

Sanchez01: I quite agree with you. However, I must be quick to point out that we have never killed our mothers who sometimes sell us out just to get on our nerves. EVEN IF she wanted to address the woman in that manner, I strongly believe doing so while a video recording is on is nothing but an attempt at dehumanizing and humiliating the poor woman and her family.
There is something called posterity and life has taught me that every situation does not need to addressed or reacted to. Tell me, say the woman is your mother and you're seeing this all over the Internet. How would you feel? If she were my own mother, guaranteed I'd feel devastated seeing her like this all over the internet. However, "he who comes to equity must come with clean hands". If she had any integrity and not made up lies about being abandoned by her ex-employer in the bid to get funds from the public, I don't think we would be discussing this in the first place. Let's stop playing the age card here and call a spade what it is |

Sanchez01: That woman could pass as her mother. She not only intimidated her but also humiliated the poor woman in the process. Interestingly, it was recorded while her madness raged. I'm sorry but if a woman who could pass as my mother goes to the press to lie against me and solicit funds after everything I had done for her, my madness may be more raging than that of tonto |

eyinjuege: She sold her child. She didn't give the child up for adoption. There's a difference. No one should have the right to sell another human being.
People do legally adopt in Nigeria. It may take some time, but if you're found fit, you'll scale through the adoption process. Every good thing takes time, and is worth waiting for. Those going that route need to be patient, and not just do sharp sharp runs. Adoption is a long process, even for the rich abroad. I'd never advise anybody I know to go through adoption process in Nigeria. It is more draining and frustrating than trying to conceive your own child. My former boss's wife went through this for more than a year and ended up having her hopes dashed. All she wanted was a girl after four boys. I'm glad God finally answered her prayers because she eventually conceived and delivered a baby girl. It is wrong to buy a human but I cannot and will not judge this couple for their action because I don't know what they've been through to have a child. |

Nigerians and clandestine runz?! Now, they're roped in with criminals now!
Anyway, gotta run...tribal mofos be all over this thread like flies on day-old shyt! You can't blame them. Child adoption in Nigeria is such a hassle. Sometimes people go through the process for more than a year and eventually get disqualified for stupid reasons. So people end up sorting the easy way out. |

If they don't want to know then they shouldn't be asking by throwing puzzle-like questions. I've attended an interview outside Nigeria and it was so much fun. The interviewers were very friendly yet professional. All you need is be expressive and articulate and know your stuff, and be rest assured you'd get the job. It's only in Nigeria you need to be some sort of genius with Albert Einstein type IQ before you can ace and interview. Pity! |

TSOM: You conversed intimately frequently enough for her to reveal her true age (women do not reveal their true ages until they get really comfortable with you).
You made no mention of her relationship status and kids which supposedly means she's unattached.
You are likely a sexually-liberal person who's open with his sexuality; hence, you must have given her reasons to make a play at you with lower chances of rejection.
If you still need advice about an issue which is clear-cut then you're having second thoughts which means you aren't the moral lighthouse you're trying to project yourself as. Bless you for the last paragraph |

Or start by seeing a gynecologist. He or she would recommend you do a day3 and day21 hormone profile tests and pelvic scans and then take it up from there. In the meantime you can start by taking prenatal supplements which contain several vitamins that work to prepare your body suitable for a new baby. Go to any trusted pharmacy they'd have lots of varieties to choose from. If you can afford fertilaid and ovaboost, start taking them as they help regulate cycles and improve your egg quality respectively. However there are many alternatives that are more affordable. Try to loose some weight if you're on the big side. Cut down on sugar, alcohol, and carbs. Quit smoking if you do. Eat a balanced diet with lots of veggies and fruits. Drink plenty of water. Within a month or two you'd definitely notice remarkable changes in your body and hopefully get your BFP. Don't forget to persuade your husband/partner to go for seminal fluid analysis to check his swimmers, just to rule out any issues on his side. Finally, I do believe in the power of prayers. Best of luck to you and I hope to hear good news from you soon PS: I am not a Doctor. I was just moved by your question knowing the doctors here may not answer you swiftly. Just sharing the basic knowledge that I have from research. God bless you and the little one on the way. |

timbros: I've been using the Ulefone Tiger for a month+ now, zero issues. For the price, the phone is dope. Infact wifey just hijacked the phone last week. I'm using hers now and planning to order another phone.
I advise anyone buying from Aliexpress to buy NEW items not refurbished or fake. Sony Xperia isn't the normal 'Chinko' phone we know. So buying Sony, Samsung, iPhone etc is either a fake or refurbished. You're on your own.
And I don't buy a device of more than $150. That's my spending limit. So if it turns out bad, I can bear it. But so far, I haven't had a bad experience with my aliexpress orders.
Imagine buying a 64gb flash drive below 4k! Hi! Are your ordered items sent directly to your address or you have to go pick up somewhere? |

Contrary to what the lady told me, I got debited all my bid hence my question. I think some of these bank staffs really don't know much about TB. No you're not impotent. Your mind has been conditioned to think so due to your first experience. You've not even had a real girlfriend or fallen in love before so how would you know you can't have a full erection and last long with it? I think it's more of a psychological than a medical issue and nothing close to spiritual. You've just been too scared
However to rule out any medical condition, try and see a medical doctor as soon as you can. Personally I believe this is something changing your diet and taking a few supplements would handle. |

Ioannes: Sorry for quoting this long piece and I know it's also an old post, but in case you've made your choice, then at least someone going through this might see this response.
I've come to realise that Because we love someone doesn't mean we have time marry them.
If the younger guy is physically exhausting now, what will happen when the two of you start living together through months and years, enduring his childish behaviour ( he's already 29, So he won't change).
If I were you, I'd go for the older guy only after I've made my own personal and detailed research as to why he hasn't married at 40.
All the best. Thank you very much. And I absolutely agree with you. Most times love is just not enough because on the long run only endurance, patience and perseverance would sustain a marriage. There's no such thing as a fairytale marriage. It takes two mature people to make it work, or atleast one mature and coolheaded person, as I can be really strongheaded sometimes. So yes I made my decision based on facts and real life experiences and I chose smart over spark. Thanks for your contribution |

Originalsly: I don't think the US is targeting Nigerians..... as I see it.... they are targeting Muslims period. If you are not a Muslim....you may as well be one since you work for a Middle East airline....Middle East and Muslim.... same thing....same result... denial. To other Nigerians...just like anyone else... visa is clearance to travel to the US.... it doesn't guarantee entry. At Port of entry they have your info and will question you... should your info not match then you are denied entry. Happens all the time...not to Nigerians only. On visa fees... yes they do make a killing. .. but can simply deny you visa... they don't have to wait until you get to the POE to deny you entry if their aim is to collect fees. Thanks for atleast being reasonable and stating your opinion maturely without name calling. Hardly happens on here. Now I am not Muslim, and then QA flies to more than 10 airports in the US daily, twice daily to JFK and BOS. If it had to do with the airline, it may not be allowed into the states and many people would be turned back at POE, but that's not the case. Nigeria has always been in the international media for the wrong reasons including terrorism, drugs, cyber fraud, murdering their spouses in the US etc...and do you think Trump would want any more of us infiltrating his America? He doesn't have to say it out loud. And quite frankly I'm glad I was turned down from the embassy, rather than going all the way and be turned back at the POE. Would have been more devastating. |
