It's a taboo in my village to eat ogbono soup, you'll drown in the village river anytime you go there. The 'river goddess' forbids it. You'll find ogbono leaves growing all around the river, but they never drop into the river.



But guess what? Ogbono is my Family's favourite soup

Jeez op how did you even come across such person. I hate girls that talk too much. They say all sorts of meaningless things as long as they're talking, can be really annoying.

Truth is it's not a win win situation for you. Either way u'll end up making her feel bad, but who cares as long as you have some peace. Knocking on your gate and shouting that you come out? Lol That's extreme.

Just enter your house and lock the gates. Anytime she comes and knocks, pretend like u're not in and don't answer. By the time she does that three or four times without you opening the door, I'm sure she'd stop,or atleast reduce her visits. Works for me all the time. There is no point opening the door and playing all these tricks like bible session and all to pass a message, don't think you want to waste ur energy and time on that. Avoid her! Act cold anytime she's around you in school. She'd eventually know she's not needed and stop bugging you.

There's no point acting nice when you literally want to strangle her. She'd feel bad but like I said, who cares? You can't please the whole world. However be very diplomatic with ur actions such that you can always defend urself each time she complains about ur behaviour towards her. Always be assertive, never passive nor aggressive

You don't need to make more than 5 photocopies of your original documents, except u have a printer at home and it's free.....and except of course you want to drag along extra pieces of photocopied materials that would end up being useless.

Don't bother buying notes for lectures, some of the companies and entrepreneurs who come to give lectures usually share flyers, handouts, notepads, mini textbooks etc which you might end up not using because u'd find urself avoiding those very boring unproductive lectures.

Finally if you get posted to Lagos, be rest assured your 3 weeks in camp will be fun-filled
...........but exactly the opposite when you leave camp
