Rbae: Hello everyone. Please, help a sad sister. My brother got a mail today. His application letter was denied on the following ground
1. They are not satisfied he'll leave Canada at the end of his stay based on the purpose of his visit.
2. They are not satisfied he'll leave Canada at the end of his stay based on his personal assets and financial status.
They said he can REAPPLY if he can respond to the concerns raised. My cousin is his sponsor. Please, what can I do? Can we buy a land for him to add to his assets? Honestly, this thing is eating money, I'm not tired but I want it to click. That will make me very happy. Please, respond. Thanks. I will advice he applies for his gcms note. The gcms note will help explain better what the visa officer saw in his app to come to those denail reasons. Purpose of visit is attributed to vague sop, a bsc graduate applying for another bsc, less convincing sop. Personal assets : did he submit his own statement of account? If yes, how much. What other assets documents did he include . Please do not buy a land to solve that, its not the solution, get your gcms note and your answers will br revealed |

Ggetter50: Hello gurus,
One of my sisters that just graduated from High school is planning to study a Bsc Nursing in Canada, but the school we are contacting said she has to apply for a 1 year pre-Nursing program and after that she will start the full Nursing degree.
My question is that, is there anyone here that have gotten a visa for 1year pre-Nursing year?
Is there any school that admit an High school graduate directly to Bsc Nursing?
I would appreciate it if anyone can answer my my question For canada you can't get a bsc nursing direct because the course is competitive and also nursing isnt just offered to internationals just like that which is why they told your pre-nursing to test your hands before officially offering your nursing Bsc. |

Aissy: Good morning Everyone Please how do I go about the mybankstatment certificate? How do i generate it with Polaris bank? Go to the bank and ask if they can generate a mybankstatement certificate for your account. If they say no, it means they are not amongst the bank what do that therefore you just submit your more bank statement again and attach a letter saying your bank dont offer the mybankstatement certificate. |

Komeoby: Hello,
Please when filling the application for study permit form, the part where they ask for National ID issue date and expiry, if I am using NIN, should I leave it blank? Or what other ID can I use apart from drivers license?
Also, I didn't get a UCI when I started my application even after doing the documents check list thing, how can I get it now?
Thank you You don't have, leave blank. UCI is issued once visa is applied. For a new applicant leave it blank |

Aissy: Thank you for your response, okay but you see the agent made it look like if I don't go through the NSE route I stand a chance of getting denied. Another issue is if I decide to go through the NSE route the next available date for IELTS in my state is 13th of march and I don't know if the results will be out by 26th + my dad's account history and please if I decide not to go through that route, how will I explain my reasons in the letter ? All these agents and their false info. Please you can go through the thread and see denials despite providing those requirements. You cab write a letter stating that you are excempted from IELTS as your studies were treated in English as evidently seen in your transcript, you can include you secured an admission without ielts as your school acknowledged you as being an English speaking Nigerian. Also your school in canada write a letter to assist you as well. For the bank statement, you can send the same statement you used before |

MayTheKun: I need help please. I've been getting different advice.
I got my Passport Request last week. But because of when I started my process my passport has about one year left on it. My program is a two year course.
In the letter, I was told that there should be at least 2 years on the passport as they won't give a study permit beyond the validity of the passport.
Do I go ahead and renew before sending to VFS? I was adviced to submit both when I'm sending. Does anyone have experience with such please?
Thank you. You might need to apply for a new passport and submit the new and old one. I believe you have 90days to submit your passport to vfs so u need yo act fast |

Aissy: Good evening Everyone, hope you all doing well? Please I need an urgent assistance with this, I submitted my application on the 18th Feb with upfront medicals and did my biometrics on the 22th Feb and today I got NSE request letter now the issue is that I haven't written IELT before and my dad has savings and current accounts which we submitted both of them, the savings is the one with my living expense and remaining tuition and it doesn't have a banking history of 12months as requested through the NSE but the current account does. So how do I go about all these and I have to submit it by 26/03 FYI, NSE is not Mandatory therefore if you are sure yiu can't write it, all you need to do is write a letter explaining reasons why. As for the bank statement, you can ignore that as well. Therefore ur application will be treated under the normal route. Otherwise, you need to make at least 6.0 in all bands in the IELTS. Again meeting the NSE requirements does not guarantee an approval and not meeting it also doesnt guarantee an approval. Therefore everything still boils down to how good your sop is |

Jayrealest: Hello gurus in the house, please I need clarification on the difference between LOE and SOP. I seem to become sing both. Thanks An LOE(letter of Explanation) is used to tackle the reasons for a previous denial while an SOP(Statement of Purpose) is used to explain beyond doubt why you should be considered as a genuine student going to Canada for studies. Its written whenever you are applying for a visa. |

Is 7 million naira enough? Wat do u mean by to process a bachelor degree. If you talking about the fees. It cost more. If you are talking about expenses in applying for admission and visa. Its enough |

Olayibo1: Good evening people pls I need advice First of all....I applied for human resource management at conestoga college, ontario...I did educational management during my degree days which I bagged Dec 2017...so..I used school as employment ties..like I'm currently working in a secondary school...can that work for me as employment ties by saying they gave me a year study leave..after that, I will come back and serve them again for like three years in which a lawyer has signed bond agreement between the school and I..then salaries are paid in cash and it's not that much..23k-35k..I was given payment vouchers as proof of salaries..so pls..do u think this will work for me as home ties? They also promise they will pay me salary during my stay in Canada too I have an issue here.. A visa officer seeing this will wonder how can you fund yourself with a salary of 35k.. |
