Jjessicachizoba: Hi, please I’m new here and I would be grateful for any information I can get. I am applying to the university of Manitoba for a Bsc program. My question is: I am a Bsc holder and I have been advised to apply for a Bsc as that is an easier route. So I have to state I haven’t done a Bsc in my application, is that a wise decision? My next question would be dependent on the response I get from this first question. Thank you. IF YOU TRY THIS, JUST KNOW IF THE VISA OFFICER IS LENIENT, ITS A DEFINITE DENIAL. IF MY GUY DY VEX, YOU ARE FACING A 5YRS BAN |

JustMellow: Hello Oluwaseyitanfun,
I hope I responded as early as possible. The NSE stream is a new pathway that many are still understudying. Nonetheless, almost similar rule(s) that's applicable to SDS is somehow conform to NSE.
Going through the NSE stream isn't a guarantee for an outright approval. The only advantage of this stream is the application and maybe priority.
It depends on your budget, if there is readily available funds, then you may want to take the test. As a newly introduced stream, IRCC may want to do that best to make it attractive by baiting prospect applicants with some level of approvals though this is me only writing what's to the best of my knowledge.
On the other hand, there is no need pressuring to go down the NSE stream if the application has been submitted and if the NSE requirements can't be easily meant at that moment, especially the financial aspect. The NSE message can be ignored and see to point 3 in your post which I absolutely second. The reasons must be cogent and clear.
Irrespective of the tone of the IRCC letter and the deadline stated, I somehow believe other specific checks (i.e. background, security) may likely continue during the hiatus. If you're curious to the outcome of your application quickly or for some reasons you need the swift processing of your application, then you may want to go ahead and take the IELTS test then ensure to meet the financial requirements amongst other secondary requirements not stated as part of the NSE requirements.
I think its almost true that not every applicant is recieving the NSE letter but those likely to get it are those from middle/late October onward. I will disagree on the excerpt that mentioned your friend saying its a positive sign. I believe maybe the said person might be mistaking it for the AIP letter. I believe its a technique by IRCC to promote the awareness of the NSE stream same way they did when Morrocco & Senegal became eligible for SDS and when Indian's SPP was changed to SDS.
All the best Well said Chief but like I said we are all here to learn. |

In this context, I got a friend who wants to apply to Conestoga College, she only has her STATEMENT OF RESULT , No transcript yet
Can she go ahead ?

fratermathy: You should have been more humane in your comment. I can imagine the mental torture of planning something with certainty only for a third party company to mess everything up because of inefficiency. If not for those consent and declaration forms, VFS would have received multiple lawsuits for things like this.
One week is more than enough to send documents to anywhere in Nigeria, even if you're working with a thousand passports per day. Okay fine.. Am sorry @Rebecca.. I should have been more considerate. Let peace reign... Get in touch with vfs and let them understand the urgency, id they can give you thr dispatch number, even better... Promise you will find him something extra. |

HorlarJP: Just spoke with my agent because i got NSE request this midnight and she said eligibility review has started on my application and if I go through the NSE route that I have around 90% rate of my application getting approved! That it is very more better than the normal processing where the approval rate might seem below 50% Can you ask your agent source of his assumption at least people here can research cos NSE is brand new to me and all this posts of 90% assurance of an approval is questionable o. 10% chance of denial is attributed to what then? Make we take am easy o cos if somebody goes through the NSE and still gets denied, they will say its you guys. |

She even paid so much to postpone. I did the same. Please stop giving antidote after death. I wasnt sounding rude rather you felt it was rude. I just said she shouldnt have booked a flight until her passport is back in her possession. Antidote after death, i didnt advice her or nobody hete adviced her to book a flight so I dont get what you are saying with the phrase. |

Mozidat2301: Hello everyone in this forum, I appreciate your efforts, may God crown all our efforts with success. Pls I would like to make enquiries about school that offers post graduate diploma in business administration in Canada for my husband, he applied through an agent to memorial University but was denied and we are planning applying now without any agent, pls which school can he apply to , for a post graduate diploma in business administration because he graduated from Polytechnic (HND Bus. Admin) with upper credit . Your input will be highly appreciated , thanks and we will appreciate university that doesn't require any tuition deposit if possible, thanks and God bless you all Try Conestoga college Humber college Seneca college Nscc- novia scotia community college etc For the previous denial, am pretty sure it was purpose of visit. The agent didnt advise you guys properly, your husband is meant to apply for a PGD not a masters in a college Again most colleges require a tuition deposit, in fact its a necessity now if you want to have a chance for a visa approval |

1oak: Congratulations to everyone who has successfully gotten their study permit approved. I’m a late September applicant and got refused yesterday. All appropriate documents submitted, two pages sop which I believe was solid enough, 26 years old, applied for another Bsc, I have a a first degree in tourism management which I never used for work, I’m fully into business now, and I applied for a Bsc in Business administration, I showed all my business documents and sponsors documents. I am willing to reapply again and possibly defer my admission till Spring 2021, please how soon should I reapply. Also I already passed Medicals for this current application will I need to do another Medicals I wish to get the study permit on my second trial . Thank you. this is my advice... please change the course to a PGD in business admin.... do not go for another bsc cos theres no academic or career progression here. |
