i went to visit my parents in 2019.
a man (that should be in his forties) came begging me for alms.
i was surprised cause his intonation was clear but he was looking a bit haggard.i noticed people around were staring at us while he was with me.
i gave him money, he left.

i inquired about him, and was told that the man immigrated to that area(he's not an indigene), started concrete block manufacturing business, was doing very well, became one of the wealthiest men in that business, but all of a sudden, started losing his senses.
