PoliticsRe: $3.3B Loan:Shell Company Created In Bahamas By Alpha Beta Mafia To Loot $7B by Anunakeeh: 3:16pm On Jan 29, 2024
swaggerjack:
In what appears to be a landmark economic decision of the Bola Tinubu-led administration, the Federal Government last year, precisely on August 16, 2023 through the Nigeria National Petroleum Company (NNPC) secured a $3.3 billion emergency crude repayment loan, which according to the NNPC, was to help give support to the Naira and stabilize the Foreign Exchange market.

The curious thing about this transaction is that up till now, the Federal Government continues to keep mum about it, and the only information available to the public on the mega deal is coming only through unofficial sources from the NNPC.

The deal is supposed to be a crude-for-cash loan arranged by the African Export-Import Bank.

According to information available, a Special Purpose Vehicle called Project Gazelle Funding Limited is driving the deal, and it was incorporated in the Bahamas
.

The SPV is the borrower while the NNPC is the sponsor, with an agreement to pay with crude oil to the SPV in order to liquidate the loan at an interest rate that is a little over 12 per cent.

What is even more confounding about this deal is why the Federal Government would register a company in the Bahamas, knowing full well the recent scandal of the Paradise Papers that involved that country.

Curiously also, Nigeria’s current Barrels Produced Daily (BPD) is 1.38 million, and according to the Project Gazelle deal, Nigeria is to supply 90,000 Barrels of its daily production, starting from 2024 till it is up to 164.25 million barrels for the repayment of the loan.

Now, this is where the details get disturbing because Nigeria’s benchmark for the sale of crude per barrel in 2024 is $77.96. A simple multiplication of that figure by 164.25 will give us a whooping $12bn.

It is on this note that we are calling on the Federal Government to speak up on this shady deal.

It is inconceivable that the Federal Government will lead the country to take a loan of $3.3b with an interest rate that is not more than 12 per cent, but with estimated repayment amounting to $12bn.
Una never see anything yet.

Hi house,
I discovered something and have seen it in nearly like everywhere make I no exaggerate .

Most parents that gave birth it's normal to cater for them from child till adult now let me assume they grow up as an adult then get a job and leave the house for d parents ..

These children forget the parents all because they struggle on their own to feed again and this so called parent have worked all their lives to send this child to school untill adult now that the parents are aging too they are still working working and working ..

Those this simply means giving birth to a child doesn't guarantee rest at old age?

Elders in the house oya óò drop comments
You must not procreate if you are from a poor home in nigeria until you become financially successful.

FamilyRe: Young Ladies N Women Stop Risking Your Lifes N Get Something Doing Learn From Me by Anunakeeh: 1:13pm On Jan 20, 2024
Jewessgratitud3:
In as much I would like to condemn the dastardly act of men who lure unsuspecting women to secluded places and kill them for ritual purposes, I would also like to talk some sense into the women and my fellow ladies who jump at every man for money instead of getting something legit to do and live independently.

Every Woman should try to be industrious. Women, please get something doing no matter how little and pray over it. God is able to bless and increase it for you with time. I know life can be very difficult sometimes for single women ( and even some married women) but with prayers and hard work you'll pull through. Stop relying and depending on this demons, They always have one evil cooking up their sleeves as they dole out money to you. The devil never has any free gift. Only 2% of men will help you for free.. for most men, if they know they'll get nothing when they help, they will never help you. Trust me.

Don't base your entire life around men. You can succeed and be what you want to be without them. Now how much is a man going to give you that will not see you running to him or another man in the next few days again? They can only give you little change that will only take you for a few days and then you're back on the street again looking for another man to sort you out.

Get something legit and God will breathe on it.
I have been through a lot as a single trying to survive without anyone. I'm not trying to project myself as the most perfect lady, don't get me wrong. Just trying to say if I can summount those challenges and be where I am today then anyone can do it. It's a matter of hard work, dedication and time.

I've been in a situation where go no go, come no come. I asked myself, for how long?
I set out and began to look for survival jobs. Since the dream job was not forth coming. I told a lady friend of mine I need a job that I'll be earning daily and I supported it with prayers. Under a few weeks I got a job with a Justice where I go to make breakfast for him every morning because his family is based abroad. He paid me 700 the first day but after the first day he increased it to 1k. Meanwhile while waiting for the daily job, I went to join one woman in her small school and told her I teach phonics o. Let me come and be taking her school. She said she can only pay me 230 everyday I agreed . Just to put food in my stomach. I never for once thought of going to sleep with any man for money because my parents taught me I can work and earn my own money. So with the 230, I was pushing it until I got the tea girl job. The justice was so surprised to see a beautiful lady like me willing to do such a job and kept asking me to marry him that he'll sponsor me abroad that he has never seen such a responsible level headed lady like me before. The way I'll make the pap and go round to source for akara or moimoi early in the morning before he wakes up and make sure his breakfast was ready kept surprising Otunba. I'll just be smiling because I know where I was going was not too far again.

In the school I was earning 230 naira, a parent now saw the effect of phonics in her child and told me to come and be doing home lessons for her. 5k. That's how I survived that period with serious prayers and scabashing while going to big schools to summit my proposal.

In the course of serving Otunba tea and pap, he called me one day and said there's a Money FG has been owing him for years and he has fought with everything to get this entitlement to no avail but that since I joined him he has been experiencing open doors and that finally fg has released the money. Baba Dashed me 10k and said now he wants to marry me and will take care of me but I collected the money, said thank you and said no. I told God it was time to leave because the pestering became too much. He stopped calling me for early morning tea and pap. Then someone in the school I ran away from during ebola period recommended me to a parent and said I was good. The parent called me for home lesson, through her I got another parents and another and another until my hands were full. These were saint saviour students that pay 400k for school fees then imagine what I charged them. Haaa.. I was balling. If I had relied on men would I have gotten to that stage?

I continued and told God I want to start getting schools of my own. That was how people started recommending me to schools and most of the schools I have today were on recommendation that's to show you the hand of God was in it. The only one I got was by that leading of the holy spirit. Immediately I entered the school, introduced myself and dropped my proposal I was asked to come back for a chat and after that I resumed and God has been faithful because He was with me through the rough ride.

You have to let God in on the journey while you persevere and he'll raise you up in due time and don't stop seeking his face even after you've crossed some hurdles because as humans we keep aiming higher for better life and only God can make that happen. So you need him not men.

Learn from my story o. Because I'm still coming to share another testimony from this stage I am now to a higher level and better life God is taking me to. With God I'm already there and no demon, I repeat, no demon can stop God in my life.
Amen.
Story.

95% of Nigerian Women/Ladies left the group chat.
