If this is true, then, it's finished! As at 2 weeks ago, they disbursed 10.3 billion, how come it's now 40b? It must have been Naija factor.

Hmmm, having read some responses on this thread by ladies and how they eventually ended their relationship with married men on discovery, a question comes to my mind for them(ladies).
