Nollywood actor, Prince Emma Buchi, has passed away after he was allegedly murdered by someone close to him.

A source familiar with the incident stated that he was allegedly murdered by his personal assistant, identified simply as Sunny, in Asaba, Delta state.

The source said the suspect absconded with the actor’s properties after Killing him.

The decomposing body of the deceased was found at his apartment which suggested he died some days ago.

It was gathered that the suspect who hails from Amuzukwu was a meat seller at Bonny Street Umuahia, Abia state

A friend of the deceased identified as Lucy Rich wrote on Facebook:

"What a life. Someone you dined with yesterday could just give up tomorrow like this guy. my friend whom I saw 2 weeks back, only to hear that he died 3 days ago and his body was found today in his apartment in Asaba. His properties were missing and he was locked inside. Goodnight Prince Emma Buchi."

A clash between security operatives and operatives of the Eastern Security Network, ESN, led to the deaths of several people in Anambra State.

Sources confirmed to salemgists that the ugly incident occured in Ogbaru Local Government Area Of the state.

A source in the community stated that the security men stormed Osomala yesterday, Wednesday 29 June.

A said the military men, comprising of the army, navy, and Ebubeagu operatives, were searching for unknown gunmen when they were confronted by ESN operatives.

The incident led to the deaths of over eight youths in the area, with many people alleging that the people killed were innocent Igbo youths.

One of the residents said:

“Goodnight to over 8 innocent Ogbaru youths killed by Nigeria Army today. Ongoing genocide in our land must stop!
Nigeria army killing innocent Ogbaru YOUTHS on daily basis, Our people no longer sleep with their two eyes close.”

The national chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Sen. Iyorchia Ayu, has been sacked by the party.

It was gathered that Iyorchia Ayu, who is less than a year into the job, was allegedly sacked by the party’s National Working Committee.

Unverified reports say the PDP NWC also named Amb Uma Illiya Damagu as Acting National Chairman of the party.

As at the time of the report, the reason he was sacked is unknown.

Ayu was elected as the chairman of the party at the party’s national convention, held on October 30 and 31 at the Eagles Square in Abuja. He was, however, sworn in on December 10.

A woman has been taken into custody for allegedly masterminding the murder of her husband, Gregory Bobo, after he was found dead in Zimbabwe.

Initially, everyone thought the young man committed suicide, but after a thorough investigation, it was learnt that the woman allegedly killed him and made it look like a suicide.

A source told salemgists that the woman identified as Deliwe Mutandiro Bobo, who is a celebrity make-up artist, committed the crime yesterday night, June 24.

The source, who is also a neighbor of the deceased, said the couple had a fight after they arrived home from a 90’s theme party where the wife performed a sexy dance. The source said the fight might have led to the death of the husband.

It was gathered that the woman took the husband’s body with the help of their maid and hung it on a small guava tree to make it look like a suicide.

However, they were caught after residents discovered that half of the deceased’s body was on the ground.

The woman is currently arrested and she is in police custody. The couple shared three kids together, salemgists learned.

Lifeless body of a young woman who is yet to be identified has been found in Kubwa, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

A video sighted by salemgists showed that the young woman was butchered and dumped among refuse waste.

Details of the incident are still sketchy, but residents of the area said they don’t know who dumped the body.

The body was discovered in the early hours of today, June 20, one of the eyewitnesses said, adding that the young lady might be a prostitute.

The eyewitness suggested that the young woman might be used for rituals by one of her customers.
