I downloaded the MOHRE app to check the content of my offer letter submitted to the Ministry of Labour but encountered some difficulties:
1) NIGERYA is what I saw there as my country.
2. I put my Passport number to sign up and it's telling me invalid passport number (the passport number valid die)
3. When I clicked on the "Check Offer Letter" option what I saw was "Employee information doesn't exist".
Abeg I'm not understanding oh!

What kinda visa are u holding? MOHRE only work for work visa.

It will be processed directly from UAE via a registered travel agency with the UAE govt in case u over stayed they can hold the travel agency/agent to pay the Fine of 50kAED. So, to answer ur question, u can't process UAE visa without having agent

It all depend on the agent processing ur visa but one month visa shouldn't be more than 100k naira.

How lucrative is travel agent is over there at dubai.
I intend getting certifications as regards "travel agency" before moving there.
I have someone over there who maintain there is zero chance of nigerians working professionally there.
Irrespective of your degree, it will be cleaning, security, and several odd jobs.
Been following the thread, it seem to be true. However, i want to know if a degree in tourism and certification in travel agent will help one secure a very good job over there.
If not, which other country can you suggest

U can actually get lucky but not in ur field of study. Maybe receptionist, clerk, sales gal, assistant teacher, bus supervisor, security if u gat the money

Wanna get investor permit but coming with a month visa, I pray it doesn't khalas before the whole process of ur investor permit. Do u know u need a local before u can set up biz here, though not every investor package but depend on the percentage u are willing to forgo. There are 3levels of investor here; (1) u take 100% profit but this type require huge amount to set up and the good news is that u don't need a local for this but depend on the business u wanna run if it's multi national (2) u invest 70% while local invest 30% and u take 30% profit (3) u invest 30% while local invest 70% but no profit share just normal salary and u can fire.

Talk to the agent in charge. Visa doesn't take more than two days to a week if u make all necessary payment

Since na Monday, just extend ur ticket till when u like with $100. Cancellation of ticket simply mean refund.

HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis, x-ray, genotype, blood group and ur blood for some couple of other test but the first 3 can lead to deportation if u have any cos they contagious.

Getting job in UAE is easy and not easy at the time. Easy for the strong breed and ain't easy for quitters. And one more thing, come financially loaded cos u need bed space, feeding, transportation, and if need be in a situation where u didn't land job faster, u may need to pay for job. Most importantly, never leave ur faith behind and while u pray and fast.

I will rather advice u to move to Europe but if u know u are die hard type and wouldn't mind what uae throw at u no wahala cos this place ain't for lazy type and again don't think of making millions within a period of here. Uae na gradual financial growth which comes with lot of hard work, perseverance, dedication and academic pursuit

Inasmuch u have done that it shouldn't take long again if it's genuine. Visa doesn't take more than two days though depending on the company.

Good morning brothers. I am confused a bit in the visa my agent sent to me. It is stated as an employment visa and that I will work with the company who sponsored me for the visa. My fear is this, what if I travel to Dubai and found out that the sponsored company does not have job for me, that they were only used to get the work visa. Please, does such happen in Dubai? My agent told me that the sponsored company will be the one to pick me up at the airport if I land in Dubai airport. Is he telling me the truth? Have u to thumbprint and sign any offer letter after which ur agent will send a work permit printout to u then u will proceed to Abuja for medical and other stuff . U gonna work with any company that process ur work visa. But mind u, some agent dey forge offer letter.
