HR that hasn't been in the front line of any job would be telling someone with 2-3 years experience in his/her field how tons on his job. These our Nigerian own has further spoiled the whole thing.

I always have passion for software development and am managing with a Hub in Abuja taking 45k, I relocated my family and not up-to 3months to Abuja with this pending when a better offer comes, hubby is a very understanding type and knows wifey is a career person. Now, Dangote Academy GETS (graduate Engineers Training scheme) gave me an offer 80k monthly at obajana kogi State. Is it worth taking the offer? Being Married negates all other rules and maybes, this is family, your own family. Stick with the 45k job in Abuja with your family and trust me new windows would open, job openings are spontaneous you should know that by now, don't scatter your family with your own hands cuz that's priceless than any job on earth.

In anything you do or are about to do which should be the case, please always carry out proper research before embarking. Don't be half way into a thing and start asking beginners questions, it's mandatory of an applicant to send a cover letter alongside his/her CV failure to do so portrays one as un serious and not well prepared which 10 out of 10 times leads to disqualification. So I hope it's clear now.
