Don't worry yourself. We already have on Nairaland free card from Payoneer.com and it is US issued with US bank account details. The site is not hidden as we envisage no problem and anybody can load any amount on it whether good or bad guys. So no limitation.

That is not his question. His question is not about the possibility but how much precisely he will type on the ATM screen while withdrawing.

Just like any other foreign currency denominated cards even if issued in Nigeria, you will need to do or assume the conversion rate and so you are to enter the equivalent amount you want to withdraw in Naira. Same thing goes for if you are withdrawing from same dollar card in the UK or Canada, you will need to enter the equivalent amount in British pounds (GBP) or Canadian dollars respectively when using the ATM.

I tried to load/fund my Payoneer card again from my Nigerian card just like the first time but it did not work. Rather, the error report on Payoneer card loading page is that "Private loading/funding is not supported for this account." I guess they only allow funding your Payoneer MasterCard once from your Nigerian (any) card source. I wrote them and here below is the email reply:

I prefer Etranzact Pockemoni over other ones I am using including UnionMobile, Umobile (of UBA), AccessMobile, Directmoni and GTMobile and/or GT Mobile Money. I have not tried Paga, Stanbic mobile money and Firstmonie anyway.

How will you use your Nigerian address when Nigeria is not even on the PayPal list of countries that you can choose from? What IP address will you access your account from that PayPal will not ban it together with the <$500 you have there?

If Fiverr normally pays users into their US bank accounts, then what you will need to do is to fill your Payoneer's USPS banking details into Fiverr. Then you can receive your Fiverr funds through that method.

Did you open another thread after I had responded to same topic you opened yesterday?

I am using Google Chrome and on a Company's US IP. May be you should try another network connection aside glo or a VPN because I know Nigeria is not supported ordinarily.

mikelreal: I got that as a message after submittin d questionaire. More like an auto reply, doesnt mean uv bn verified.

I got the email about USPS account details on January 16 reminding me of the need to complete the questionnaire before I can receive US payments. I then completed the questionnaire after that before they responded with the email I posted above on Mar 5. I wouldn't know what you mean by automated reply.

More so, the email says that my US payment service has been enabled and that I can start receiving payments from selected US companies like PayPal, Amazon and others on their white list. Which other email or content will tell me that it has been verified before it will work again? Also, I have used same banking details to receive into Payoneer from another firm on their list successfully. In fact, the one that was not on their list was turned down and Payoneer wrote me to let me know why. They further said if I want such company to be added, I should fill a request form to justify it. Even when I complained of the failed PayPal withdrawal request that was reported as incorrect account by PayPal to them, they simply said I should check that I entered my USPS details correctly in my PayPal account as they could not find any problem at their end. If after all these, I was not yet verified and enabled, don't you think they would have known and told me?

I think the answer is equal to the difference between a 6 billion market and a 150 million market (aside the difference in products and services both are offering).

mikelreal: completing n submitting the questionaire doesnt mean u ve been fully verified, they will ve to send u a comfirmatory message, because they will ve to verify the details u put in the questionaire, which will take 3 biz days(accept/reject)..in otherwords my payoneer is nt yet verifed till they send me another message...read this from thier forum.

I did send my ID at the beginning before I got the Payoneer card sent through post. Also, I did not even receive any USPS banking details by email until I have responded to their request to complete the USPS questionnaire before it was sent. So my PayPal verification was successful initially with their micro-deposits they sent having received and used my USPS banking details. The problem with the USPS only happened later when I requested withdrawal from PayPal into the same Payoneer USPS that PayPal had earlier successfully verified.

The information is correct. PayoneerUS payment service allows you to link your Payoneer US bank account to your PayPal account and so your PayPal gets verified. Additionally, you can still link a card to your PayPal account. But note that after you have verified your PayPal with Payoneer's USPS and linked a card to it, you can make payment from your PayPal account; such that every time you are about to pay, PayPal will first use the balance you have in your PayPal account. Assuming you do not have any or enough balance, PayPal will also list option(s) for you to pay from the Payoneer's US bank account and the card you linked to your PayPal.

If you choose to make the payment from the card you linked, your PayPal payment will be instantly processed successfully. If you choose to pay from the linked Payoneer's US bank account, PayPal will process the payment in 2-3 days from your Payoneer account. That is the option that Payoneer was stating in that information as not acceptable. You cannot make payment or transfer request from the Payoneer's USPS bank account. Rather, it is meant to receive money (funds) from your PayPal or whatever source to the Payoneer's USPS bank account; not the other way round. The only way to take money out of your Payoneer account is by using the MasterCard they provided you. You cannot use the USPS account to send it out but to receive into Payoneer.

The only option outside this is when the source (e.g. PayPal or any other Payoneer white-listed payment services) is trying to confirm your ownership of the USPS account, wherein they initially send two micro-deposits into the Payoneer account via Automated Clearing House (ACH)/instant bank transfer service. They can take their micro-deposits back automatically and immediately before or after you confirm it in PayPal for account verification. If you have linked your Payoneer MasterCard successfully (not sure though) with your PayPal, that will be a way to get fund out of your Payoneer into your PayPal. Otherwise, it will only be normal to use PayPal to receive into Payoneer via USPS.

Go to your Payza account and click to verify your account using your Naira visa card (Mastercard is not accepted since Alertpay was taken over by Payza). After linking your card successfully, you can start using the card to fund your Payza and that is done INSTANTLY.

it may be possible on amazon but not on ebay. Nigerian card wouldn't work on ebay but on amazon.

I do not think there is any Nigerian card that is accepted on eBay. Confirm and let us know of such like. Foreign cards like Payoneer will do anyway.

Take time to look at the fees and faq pages of payoneer whenever you log into your payoneer card account. do same thing for fiverr payments information because i guess your concern might not be unconnected with stated withdrawal charges on both fiverr and payoneer ends. aside the international atm withdrawal charges associated with your card outside US, take note that the exchange rate to naira may have taken place at their own favorable rate.

If all said and done by payoneer/fiverr is still not okay by you, i can strike a deal with you or whoever is interested to buy your funds in your payoneer card at a better rate than they offer you via atm withdrawal, all done for you INSTANTLY to your account.

Since your question did not mention cash, I will assume you can travel with any amount of money provided the money is residing in your ATM card. But if you mean cash, I will suppose Nigeria's travel limit is the same as our BTA/PTA that is usually granted when buying dollars from bank when travelling, which is usually between $5000 and $10,000 per quarter.
