just as i did to this same request on another thread, i am sorry i have to turn down your request for me to reveal the coding. i may offer to do the transfer for you free but not the revelation. not even for money because it's a business i would have launched full if i know how much profitable number of persons would be interested in such service offer in preference to carrying physical cash to bureau de change for dollar exchange. and at what exchange rate or charges would one offer such convenient service that people would not rather prefer the rate and stress of bdc with banking hall deposit?

i meant to say that i am the only person i know for now (aside some few colleagues i told, showed and did for) who can make such transfer from naira account to domiciliary account. sorry for sounding proud, there may be others or bank who can, but i am unaware of such for now.

i thought i explained to you how i verified my payza with visa card. i actually verified my old US alertpay account with mastercard before payza took over, disallowed mastercard and approving only visa card. the account is still working and verified in status anyway.

later i opened another nigerian payza account and verified it with uba visa africard. by that time, i have not known how to fund africard without visiting uba banking hall. since i usually don't have much funds in the africard, i decided to add my union bank visa card, in which i have fund.

to add the union visa, it has to be verified. part of the verification steps will take you through the verified by visa page (analogous to mastercard securecode). though i was thinking that i will wait till my card transaction history or statement will show me how much payza deducted from my card before i can then proceed to verify it. surprisingly, it was on that vbv page, where i was required to enter my vbv code in order to authorize payza deduction, that i saw the exact amount as displayed by valucard plc, the nigerian subsidiary of visa international. so i just authorized the deduction with my vbv code and straightway entered payza again to confirm the amount deducted. that made my verification process almost instant, just with minutes.

note that the same scenario played out for my payoneer to paypal verification, within minutes.

i guess you didn't get his question. he was not asking of the possibility of receiving fund into naira account from foreign country. of course anyone in any bank can receive that. you can even send abroad to any foreign account from your naira account at your bank's prevailing market rate, e.g. when paying school fees abroad from here.

but his question is about transferring from naira account to domiciliary account here without using any bdc naira to dollar cash conversion medium first. i wouldn't know of anyone or bank that offers such except my coded self.

try to connect that phone to your pc. then browse the phone drive to see its installation folders including the one containing your installed mobile alpari. that may give you the clue to the folder for expert advisors.

there is no option to withdraw to card in paypal, payoneer card inclusive, but rather withdrawal to your linked usa bank account like payoneer us payment service. also try to put the withdrawal to payoneer account into practice rather than the theory that bara pistis was quoting for you.

also using usa ip to open your account with usa address details means that you have already complied unknowingly with the vpn or vps requirements. for instance, my workplace here uses american internet service provider and so the ip address is that of usa. but if you try it on normal glo, mtn or airtel nigerian ip connection without using vpn or vps, it will be a different story. that is what we are saying.

Whichever of them you choose, you can only transfer to your cousin's dom account from a dom account source. So if your Gtb, Access or Africard accounts are not funded in foreign currencies, you cannot transfer to your cousin's dom.

After verification, try and make withdrawal from your paypal to that same Payoneer US checking account you linked, you will be surprised that Payoneer will report back to Paypal as incorrect account, and so PayPal will remove the linked account from your profile and as well render your PayPal account unverified. Try it and feed back.

When you said you were running your paypal account for months without vpn or vps, is that to say you were on Nigeria IP connection(s)? Under what country did you open your paypal account first time?

Sorry for replying late. I am just seeing this. I got their late response and they just said it should work and that I should confirm that I entered my US banking details correctly. I am sure anyway that I entered it correctly since that was the same details I entered when they were verifying it with their microdeposits, which I received and activated successfully.

marvrid: I don’t subscribe to the idea of changing IP or using VPN. I have using paypal and I don’t have an issue with them. I don’t use VPN or change my IP, I used my Nigeria IP.

How did I do it?
Ask yourself this question, if you a Briton and you are living in Nigeria, is that mean you can not operate a paypal? Yeah! You are getting the idea now. It not your IP that is causing whala but your nationality.
Simply get an address, if you have relative abroad, get his or address and use it. But all other things should reflect that you are staying in Nigeria.

The issue of getting foreign Bank Account does not arise as well. I have domicilary account with Gtbank and I have visa debit card. When you want to verify your account, you will use the credit card detail to verify it.

After you have registered, they will ask for something so they will not limit your account. Among what they will ask for are;
1. Your business registration
2. The IP you will be using
3. Why you choose paypal
4. Verification with your card.
Remember your card carries your name. sometimes they tell you to scan the card. To let you know what I saying is true, I have integrated payza and paypal on my website at www.marvrid.com and up to now I have never had an issue with them. Just scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see paypal payment button.

felucci: Yes you can withdraw from Paypal if you have money in Paypal. Payoneer with offer you a US bank account with which you can make withdrawals from Paypal and then be able to withdraw directly from Payoneer on an ATM in Nigeria. Isn't that lovely?

Be sure first to check up with Payoneer if their US bank account can really withdraw/receive from PayPal because mine did not go successfully. PayPal had to abort the process when Payoneer reported incorrect account to the Paypal Withdrawal request I made. Then PayPal had to remove the Payoneer's US bank account from my PayPal account rendering it unverified status.

And My ID card carries the name which i used in registering the first time of which i was banned and i am sure that the bank will not pay me without the present name.

So please i want to ask if i can get a driver's license with the name on adsense cheque while my real name is on the national ID card. or is adsense account transferable? That is can i change the entire payee name and put my friend's name?

I just read your post again and noticed that you have not really presented your Google cheque to the bank but only envisaging there will be problem. May be you should first go to the bank and hear what they have to say.

I actually had a shortened form of my first name with my surnme on my Google cheque in the past. While Nigerian banks could not cash it for me, I submitted it to my bank in the country I lived in then and they cleared the Google cheque into my bank account in that country without worrying over whether or not the first name I have on the account is full whereas Google cheque bore my shortened first name. No issue of ID card was even mentioned since I was not collecting the Google money by cash at hand but clearing into my bank account. So visit your bank first, I think.

But then I was reading thru payoneer's website when I stumbled on one of their services known as US Payment Service(USPS).

This service is to help you withdraw your funds from paypal and other companies into your payoneer card.

They have a list of companies that they accept payment from. And all cardholders can apply for this USPS by sending them an email.

Your payment will go through between 1-7 days.

However, you cannot transfer funds from USPS to paypal. Doing that will terminate your account.

Yes, I registered for the US payment service and that was when they sent me the details after they activated it. I also used the account details to verify the PayPal account successfully before this issue of incorrect account came up with my PayPal withdrawal request. I wrote Payoneer about it but they are yet to respond for the past 2 weeks.

Yes, it was after they activated my account for US payment service that they furnished me with the US bank account details. I used it to activate the Paypal and their micro-deposits entered successfully. So I wonder why it now returned as incorrect account to PayPal after I requested for withdrawal into same account.
