bolaino: . The problem with creationism is in it's self, if u claim everything has a beginning and that everything was created, then something had to have created the creator, cos there's no way u'll tell me the creator had been existing without it being created, and by the way the biblical God is a God who makes mistakes (gen 6v6) and behaves like a vengeful evil spirit, sending forth mini evil spirits here and there,
The fact that you believe in the Gen 6:6 report shows that you believe in the fact that the biblical God carried out the deluge (the Flood). Am I right? If so, the world's various proofs of the flood (like mount Ararat and areas in Armenia - Noah's route) can be stated as authenticating creationism and disproving evolution. I wouldn't know if you get my import. If you believe that the biblical God made mistake in creating man and so destroyed the world with flood (sparing Noah) as stated in Gen 6:6 you quoted, you are invariably authenticating or confirming that He exists and that creation story is a substantiated theory.

Do you believe in aliens as some reported in some places and/or as seen in sci-fiction movies? I expect a free-thinking philosopher or evolutionist/scientist to do. So, are those so-called aliens the product of evolutionary trends or are they the mini evil spirits you accused biblical God of sending forth here and there? If aliens are real, are they from evolutionary process too like man on earth? If they are not real and you believe that biblical God sent forth mini evil spirits, then you are confirming again that the biblical God and His creation story/theory are real. So if the biblical God is real with His mini evil spirits and their negative intentions as you portrayed Him, you are invariably saying that creation is true and real. So the question is, can creation and evolution be real for this same cosmos at the same time? If therefore biblical God is real and hence creation true, why are you today (2013 AD) disproving creationism and supporting evolution?

If evolution is true and creationism untrue, did your evolution god ever make mistake? Why then are there some imperfections in life like cleft palate, conjoined twins, etc? Is it the evolution god or creation God that made mistake? What is your take on those who are not religious or church-goers or Muslims but are killing with guns, gangs, drug pushers and causing havoc too? Which god do you blame on their behalf just as you blame biblical God for your grouse with Christians?

"THE MORE I STUDY PHYSICS, THE MORE I UNDERSTAND THERE IS A HAND HOLDING THE UNIVERSE." - Sir Isaac Newton.

Are you more researching, scientific, enlightened and free-thinking than Isaac Newton, the great scientist of all times?

bolaino: mann, I'm short of words mann, u just hit the nail on the head ma broda, thanks a lot for the advice, I used to keep my views to myself but sometimes I just can't help it when one ignorant pastor comes around and starts spewing trash, it gets to me, but I get what u're trying to say and I appreciate mann, God bless, (ooops) lol,
A man who does not stand for something will fall for anything. Why are you not strong about your belief? I mean why would you want a girl who is diagonally opposed to your own belief/religion? Do you enjoy having to quarrel or battle with chaos after you are in the marriage by pretending to get along in order to make her fall in love/marriage with you? Or you just want to give hook her by trick?

On the other hand, if you were asked to just love your neighbours, not to hurt anybody, be gentle, kind and humble, do not cheat at work or anywhere, respect others, help the needy and helpless, be moral and not follow multitude to do evil, do not practice fraud, do not embezzle public and government funds, pay your tax and be law abiding to civil/government authorities, do not cheat in exams as students, do not fight and cause violence or chaos, do not give or take sex offer from someone who is not your legally married spouse, chun pre-marital sex, avoid bad gang and implications that are associated with evil communications (that can corrupt good manner), etc, will you see whoever tells you that as a bad religious fellow with no good gain but pain to the society?

I asked that question because I strongly believe that you are not unaware of the fact that these are what Christianity is all about BUT your grouse is the fact that in addition to all those good virtues, Christianity is based on the belief and personality of Jesus Christ, whom you hate so much. May be you have been surrounded with many fake sides of Christianity (like the deceptive money making ventures you talked about) and so you forgot that the real Christian life is not the one we see around today. So if you know what true Christianity is all about, what precisely is what you detest in true Christianity? Don't mention the fake practices we see around please when answering. So if everything about true Christian profession is okay by you, what is your grouse with Jesus Christ and God? If your annoyance is scientific, then in what way does someone who believes he/she can pray to someone somewhere (purportedly divine by him/her or virtual by your standpoint) for answer to his/her needs affects or conflicts with your normal daily life? In what way does his/her believing that he/she must be righteous because judgment will come someday by Jesus Christ affect/conflict with your daily living? If you are ordinarily a "well behaved and moral" freethinker, then there should be nothing the true Christianity ask people to practice in your neighbourhood that will negate your adopted "humane" lifestyle. Except for the fact, that they believe their source of existence and ability to live is God while your view/belief is in your human self/strength. Am I right? May be you should check first what precisely, apart from the personality of Jesus and God, is your grouse with true Christianity.

Finally, would you rather live as if there is no God and die to find out there is than to live as if there is a God only to die and find out there is none? What would you have lost after all?
BusinessRe: Company Registration In Nigeria by arbitrage: 11:06am On Mar 20, 2013
Smile4mee01: i wld like to know if my 2 children both under 5 yrs can be directors in my company. And if my wife who is a foreginer can be a director of a LTD compnay.

Kindly advice
I just visited the CAC website now and your foreign wife can be anything in your company. In fact, I read there that foreigners can even open a company in Nigeria and have 100% equity in that company. Non-resident foreigner (residing outside Nigeria) can register company while the resident foreigner can only do if he/she has resident permit obtained from Nigeria Immigration Service.

Please visit cac.gov.ng to read further. I was surprised to see today that CAC actually have one-day registration of company at their Abuja headquarters (at higher fees) instead of the long name search and lawyer stories I have been hearing and reading here. The only news I read on an online newsletter and I found on their website, which I am yet to see the proof/confirmation is that Minister of Internal Affairs or something like that saying CAC purportedly saved N1bn for using online/direct company registration instead of the manual, lengthy mago-mago pattern we complain about. I could still not find anywhere on their system or in their news where online application/registration of companies was mentioned. They need to explain that to us.

BusinessRe: Your experiences with the UBA Naira Visa Africard by arbitrage: 4:49pm On Mar 15, 2013
presegsADESIDA: Good but I've you ever tried sending money to your Africard from your other bank's account such as that of GTBank?

Why did you add another card aside UBA to your Payza?Do you normally use it to fund it or what and can someone withdraw from Payza to any of those cards attached?
please take note; i observe over the months in all your posts that you typed "have you" as "I've you" whereas the two are not the same. I've means I have.

back to your questions, i have transferred from other banks including etranzact pocketmoni to my africard but as i said earlier, i first put the fund in my uba account because the africard account is not a regular bank account that other banks can see and send to. hence, the reason i opened a uba savings account. from the uba savings account, i was able to send to africard.

i added another card to my payza in addition to africard because i usually have my source of fund in other banks rather than uba savings or africard. hence, no need to transfer in two or three steps before getting to payza. hope that answer is clear enough.
BusinessRe: Your experiences with the UBA Naira Visa Africard by arbitrage: 3:49pm On Mar 15, 2013
presegsADESIDA: Great and can you please expantiate on how to fund UBA Africard account from any account that has Internet Banking Fund Transfer facility..
You basically need to subscribe to UBA direct (their internet banking platform) or U-mobile (their mobile banking). I prefer mobile banking because I am so lazy that I don't want to get up and sit in front on my computer. I prefer and I do most of my banking on my bed using my phone. But either of the two will do. So from your Udirect or Umobile platforms, you can transfer to the UBA prepaid visa Africard. An extension of that is if your money is not kept in your UBA account but in another bank, you may need to first do internet banking transfer from whichever bank to your UBA account, and from the UBA account to the Africard.

Though I could do transfer from my UBA to the Africard, I still went ahead to add my other bank card to payza so that I am able to upload funds to payza from other card in addition to uploading from Africard. Both are instant funding of Payza (Alertpay).

dav8id: Man! That's scam. Sender of money pay any charges not the rechiever, i will be good for you to openup the express money agent identity coz it's a scammer.
Even if receiver will pay charge, it will be deducted from the sent money and not another upfront payment by receiver like 419 case.
BusinessRe: Money Express, by arbitrage: 1:45pm On Mar 15, 2013
I am surprised someone could be asking this question in today's Nigeria. I guess you started getting online this year or at most last year. Or else, you would have been familiar with such scenario of 419 fraud. I am sure if we ask you about your friend you mentioned that sent you money from the UK, you will have no credible answer to give about him and you are not sure he is the one sending you the money. Do you have his personal number in the UK and has he spoken to you on phone to confirm that or you are depending on the number the fraudster called you from? Can you confirm his number from his/her relative in Nigeria that he has even sent his family money not to talk of you friend? Have you heard of any money transfer service that requires you to pay your own money upfront before you are remitted your fund not even talking of deducting the receiving charge from the sent amount? What business dealing(s) do you have with your so called friend that makes him to send you money? I ask that just in case the guy (your confirmed friend) is the real sender but has joined yahoo-yahoo over there? Be careful and do not fall because of greed. You should by now have heard several of such stories.

BusinessRe: I Need A Website To Sell Ebooks by arbitrage: 11:51am On Mar 15, 2013
Are you sure it is your own website that is the solution or the fact that you could not access paypal features from Nigerian IP? Thogh I doubt the fact that you could not integrate paypal payment button on any kind of IP since such website building has nothing to do with IP you are buidling from, but I will suggest you search google for many web hosts you want to host your website from. There are so many Nigerian and foreign hosts but Nigerian hosts are usually cheaper than foreign like smartwebng.com and whogohost.com but foreign ones like bluehost.com, namecheap.com, 1and1.com, etc are good.

Alternatively, why not try other ecommerce service providers that can host and sell your ebooks without requiring you to have your website like plimus.com, 2checkout.com, and so on.
BusinessRe: How Do I Withdraw My Cash Now From Clickbank? by arbitrage: 11:41am On Mar 15, 2013
babaearly: how do you now lodge the check? isnt it going to be in a nigerian bank?
what about clearing the check? the bank will contact clickbank before it clears right? would that raise a red flag?
The ACH that presegs talked about has nothing to do with clearing check. What it means is that Clickbank will make direct deposit to your USA bank account using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) method. And because your Payoneer card he mentioned comes with a US bank account details (which you are to use in your Clickbank account details), the money paid into that account by Clickbank can be accessed or used by you here in Nigeria using your Payoneer card.
BusinessRe: Your experiences with the UBA Naira Visa Africard by arbitrage: 11:30am On Mar 15, 2013
presegsADESIDA: You mean you used your card to verify your Payza account?
That is correct! Not only can you use your UBA Africard to verify your Payza, it can be done instantly if you take note of the Verified by Visa page it takes you to. So that you will not need wait till it shows on your bank card's statement. I even linked my Union Bank visa card to Payza same way (when UBN started allowing spending internationally from their naira card). I can fund (upload money to) my Payza instantly from either the UBA Africard or the UBN Visa card that I attached. Other Nigerian bank cards can do same except Mastercards because Alertpay was accepting both cards but Payza has stopped MC when they took over Alertpay and only accepts Visa cards now.
