Mojolagbe: Hi @all,
Please I need enlightenment on Online study permit application duration. I have submitted my application since 29 of January this year and did my biometrics the following week but up till now am yet to receive medical call or any other message. And by my calculation the application is now about 2 Months and 8 days ....Can anyone please shed more light for me on this as it is seriously disturbing me. Thanks With online you don't have issues with VFS, wait till your application is more than 10weeks then you can make case specific enquiry. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx |

Zeiya: Hi to everyone on this Life Changing thread. I have been reading this thread for over a week now, but before I continue, I need answers to some questions . I am marrried with two kids, 3&2yrs. I have a masters degree in Food Technology, University of Ibadan ( PhD grade), but i intend applying for another MSc or PhD degree and use any of them to apply for TRV. I have been working in my field for about four years and my hubby is also working. What are my chances of getting TRV with my whole family? Average of how much will be required for the whole process? With your qualifications Express entry is best for you don't waste your time and money on TRV....when you get there you can school and pay as PR not international |

Odinwa: I am having just one problem with my TRV application, and that is sponsorship. I have about collectively 1.5million naira in my account but I need a sponsor whose account balance should be about 4-5mil. I have done all I can but to no avail. Please someone should advice me on what to do and how to go about it. My classes starts September 2016. Thanks Odinwa: Please someone should help me out here. I beg you all please. Boss you are the only one that can solve the issue, I don't think anybody can provide you with sponsor on this thread. Look for a close relative that is financially buoyant or your boss at work if you have good relationship with him/her or a friend that trust you. |

SegunWamiri: Thanks.
Yes submitted 1&3
And for the purpose of visit, I now have an idea of what went wrong but I'm wondering if there's a remedy to it You should try and include the no.2 (passport bio data page) when applying next time, the 1&3 might not be sufficient enough for the VO that treat you documents, and maybe you can go online next time so that you will be able to include family pictures both old and recent it should take care of the family tie |

Quick one guys, has anyone Google him/herself lately to see what he or she will see? What am after is that the VOs can go as far as checking these and what will pop up is your social media accounts, facebook, LinkedIn, etc if you are on social media mind what you write if you are not good for you. PS..just my reasoning not a confirmed information |

Refused based on Purpose of visit and family ties to Canada and home country. Please how should I deal with family ties having indicated that I have a wife and child here oo and I wasn't planning going with them. The Canada part; is it that I am supposed to have someone in Canada because I claimed I don't have any?
Please help ooo Sorry about that bro.....for the family tie issue did you submit the following. 1. Copy of Marriage certificate 2. Copy of wife's and child's passport (bio data page) 3. Copy of wife's an child's birth certificate. For the purpose of visit, with the informations on this thread you should b able to guess where the problem is coming from with th documents you submitted but better still you can go for your GCMS. |

ceemac: Thanks bro, One question bro, Can I defer my admission now so that I can use another schools admission for Fall semester as the TRV was actually processed for May.
Any implication to that?
@HayqinxbFX @Thesoj @everybody Yes you can defer as long as you are in Nigeria and not in Canada working illegally and you can easily blame it on forex everyone knows that or any other genuine reasons why you want to resume September. |

chidarlus: yes it's E passport and am not sure its wise to leave out my travel history because one way or the other, the will find out.....getting a job in dubai as a minor is difficult and I really needed the job over there so as to save for tuition fee, I guess thats the reason my sponsor back then pushed my age by 7 years pls house more suggestions If you can't leave the age then you will leave the WAEC cos 7years different no be joke.....unless you can back date your affidavit to your WAEC year but still look phishing somehow |

chidarlus: I have been following the trend right from the beginning and I most say it is a very informative trend please house I need urgent reply on a problem I have and I would so much appreciate it if an honorable member of the house could be of any assistance........ my real age is 25 years old but in my international passport my age is 32years (and there is also mistake in my place of birth) because of a stupid mistake made by the issuing passport officer.I tried my best to correct the mistake to no avail before I left for Dubai to save enough money for college....currently I secured admission in one of the schools in Ontario and in my LOA the inserted my passport's date of birth(32yrs) instead of my Waec's age(real age which is 25)....so my questions are 1) how badly will this mistakes hunt me and my dreams and prevent me from securing TRV 2) would it be better to swear an affidavit stating that the passport age is a mistake and my real age is that of my waec 3) what other proof do I need to present to support my affidavit(currently I only have my birth certificate, baptism card and waec result) Am open to suggestions from gurus of the house and remain blessed Your case is complicated, I believe you have E.passport, and you have used it to travel without correcting the age and to get another passport with your real age might be difficult (actually I don't know) unless you can leave your travel history out and get another passport then swear affidavit I think oooo. But am somehow curious people do reduce age why did you increase it with 7years? |

Vblossom: Good Day all. I have been offered conditional admission by Selkirk College, CA to do PGD in Gerontological Nursing. I am told to pay my tuition fee before unconditional admission letter will be given to me for VISA Application. Should I go ahead to pay at least half? Also, As per VISA application, i am told i need a sponsor who will have certain amount in the account. Please how do i get one who will stand as sponsor and also give me statement of account? To get a sponsor that's your responsibility I don't think anybody on this thread can provide that.......look for a relative with steady income and good SOA also he/she will have to explain why spending on your education after that you can think of paying the deposit... hope dis help |

Jlakeside: @Arcayo olah23 bandeco breadandbeans ati eyin other gurus.. I think survey plans alone should be ok, or if you can get the land deed btw ur sponsor and the sellers of each land (agreement) and for your sponsor tax clearance certificate if it's readily available you can include it if not don't bother yourself...... Non of the receipts can be verified but if the survey plans are registered with the ministry of lands i.e the Beacon numbers it's verifiable so just go with the survey plans. I want to guess the C of O is not available yet |

princeade09: Greetings to everyone in the house.... I just went for my documents today and was denied based on the
1. Insufficient fund 2. Job perspective 3. Current employment status 4. Financial status
Meanwhile in my first application, I was denied for 1. Insufficient fund 2.job perspective Other reason: the available fund has not be demonstrated satisfactorily.
This second time just looks like I didn't even cater for any loophole of the first application. My sponsor's account balance is equivalence of 9m in naira with a very good cash flow and I have about 1m as balance. I added my fixed deposit account to and my monthly fixed savings. Which wasn't even part of the first application. I added future employment letter, letter of Introduction from my employer and even affidavit of return to close their mouth completely. All backed with prayer and fasting, night vigil upon night vigil
Wetin I fit do? Sorry friend I think you should just order for your GCMS file to know what's up, I feel your pain |

I apologize to everyone that my comment got them doubting God, to be sincere, I am a true Christian and it isn't that I was attending church services just because of visa (even before even thinking visa, wasn't I a Christian?) I am really sorry. I believe God's time is the best and in everything, let us give thank to the almighty God. Because he is the beginning and the end.
