What's wrong with being a friend?
After all it is an excellent basis for a decent relationship later on or down the line because you never know, things don't always stay the same over time.

There is a lady in my life whom I consider very special. We are pretty close, a few times we've kissed on the lips but never sex. It has never bothered me dat she has male frds or dat during our friendship of 3yrs she dated like two guys and I guess it didn't bother her I did to (date girls not guys).

Now I've fallen for her in fact I think am in love with her, so I did wat came to me naturally and I asked her out but she doesn't seems to be OK with it. She said it's complicated and if it didn't work we'll end up not being friends blah blah blah

Now am not sure how to be friends with her anymore cos I feel If I remain friends with her I'll never move on

Am at a crossroad What do I do?

(CNN) — From the Burj Khalifa to the Infinity Tower, Dubai is famous for its astonishing architecture. But the city's most innovative structures yet aren't reaching for the sky -- they're diving into the ocean.
Originally introduced at the Dubai International Boat Show in 2015 , the Floating Seahorse villas are unlike anything you've seen.
For starters, the villas float like anchored boats -- albeit without listing from side to side.
And each three-story retreat features an entire floor submerged beneath the sea, with two enormous windows -- each measuring 269 square-feet (25 square-meters) -- that provide front-row seats to marine life.
"This is an original idea, to have a boat villa with a submerged floor where you can experience the feeling of stepping down into the master bedroom, be in contact directly with the walls, and see the reef, the marine life all around you -- you're surrounded by it," says the project's architect, Gianfranco Rasile.

A lifelong project

Designed and constructed by real estate and property development company Kleindienst , the villas are part of the Heart of Europe resort , which comprises six man-made islands, more than a dozen hotels, and the world's first climate-controlled streets.
Around 50 floating abodes will be ready at the end of this year, with a total of 131 villas expected by the end of 2017.

Congrats on the house , but I have reservations on the cost of putting it up to this stage which u mentioned it's not up to 5 m.

Even if the land was 100k, cost of German floor, setting up blocks, roofing, plastering both inside and outside, Aluminium Windows , POP and tiles, plumbing and electrical work, tiling, and those accessories ... I'm sure u r just being modest with this figure cos it would cost way more than that. Not to mention cost of approvals etc

It's possible cos of the location, I help my Bro with his two bedroom in ilorin plus the land cost roughly 3 Mill, so for a 3bd in his location with proper management I'll say yes it's possible.

Compare to Abj, 5mill is just enough to get u a 700sqm of land and building a 3bd will cost u north of 15mill

To the glory of God, am moving in to my house today. The house has been completed to level at which I can boldly call myself a landlord. I followed some trends on this platform that really helped me, and to tell u that its not always has speculated in some quarters that it costs exorbitantly to build a house, no it is not. Although the location of the site determine the costs of materials and workmanship, but thorough supervision without wastages would surely safe cost. This 3bedroom flat cost almost 5million naira together with cost of land, approval and german floor. External work like fence, flooring/interlock, external decorations are the work left to be done to make it a fully completed 3bedroom flat.

All glory belongs to GOD ALMIGHTY.

Oil and gas are in other regions too from the shores of Lagos to Lake Chad, the reason they were unexplored is cos the technology to explore them wasn't available when oil was first discovered but now with fracking and other exploration techniques even cheaper than the old ways, depth previously tot to be impossible to reach are now being reached for half the cost.

Why did u even think oil price dropped globally to begin with, it's cos other countries too hv started exploration and the global output surged

Keep blowing up stuffs in the Niger Delta until there is nothing else to blow up.

the reality is the price might drop even further, u do kw they are experimenting with hydrogen as fuel and dats even in more abundance and greener

Weather or not the shop /supermarket is owned by foreigner or local, they hv the right to deny service or entry to anybody, dat includes you, me and even the police without a warrant.
