1. Were they voting in the polling units?
2. Were results produced, signed by PU INEC officials and party agents?
3. Is it true that there were cancellations?
4. If there was any cancellation, was it done outside the PUs?

Whether there is errors in getting the results or it's manipulated, it doesn't concern supreme court. I don't know how to explain it to u again bro.

Now you see the truth coming out.....and can you also see that the Election violence was well planned and the supreme Court verdict also planned.....

In Imo state election; Uzodimma contested alongside others. On the election day, after voting and approval at the polling units, INEC got reports that there were violence/rigging at some polling units particular Orlu zone. This made the returning officer to cancel the votes coming from those units (Uzodimma's strong base). After coalition, he came down to third position (without those cancelled votes). He then approached the court with the case of having his lawful votes (since it was approved at the PUs) cancelled. When supreme court heard the case, they asked INEC whether Uzodimma's votes were cancelled, they answered YES. They were then asked, at what level, they said LG level.
Now the stance of the electoral acts: Votes can ONLY be cancelled at POLLING UNITS level. As far as it has left the polling unit approved, the votes stand legible. Supreme court then brought the copy of the votes that was cancelled, they added Uzodimma's own his votes, added for other candidates and find out that he had the highest number of votes, and he was declares winner of the election by the apex court. That's what happened bro, it wasn't a rocket science to understand.

Well quoted, so does it mean it was only in Orlu zone that Uzodimma's vote was cancelled?

If there was violence in Orlu zone, how did the returning officers get their results?

Who came out to vote if there was even any polling units that election was recorded because of the violence...

Then , if After cancelling Uzodimma's votes in Orlu, and he came third, does it mean that Orlu people didn't vote for those candidates that where , First and second, third?

So no additional votes were counted for them but additional votes were counted for Uzodimma because of what

The stance was for a rerun to be conducted but Supreme Court ruled against that and gave Uzodimma victory....

If actually Imo state indigines endorsed Uzodimma as their rightful candidate, why then are they agitating for his removal?

How many Imo state Indigenes can tell you they support Uzodimma?
