locodemy: Good day my people. I have been busy paying attention to one of my properties that is suppose to drop money this month but unfortunately,it has not been easy on house rents these days.
@Mercy,how are you?You are doing well here.keep it up.
For those of you who are interested in buying stocks for dividends, pls kindly follow this directions I will show you in order not to miss your dividend.some people sold their stock on the qualifying date and still get the dividend while some bought a stock on the qualifying date and miss the dividend.
kindly note that it takes T+3 for any purchased stock to settle on the registrars record book.If a company declares 10kobo dividend and give a qualifying date lets say 10th April and markdown date 11th April. If you truely need the dividend, you will need to buy the cpmpany shares on or before 7th April for your name to reclect on the registrars record on the 10th April.
Dont buy a stock on the qualifying date and hope for dividend. You will not get instead the perspn who sold his stock on the qualifying date will get the dividend.
pls be guided accordingnly. Nice one! Meanwhile, i got the alert dividned of UAC i sold about 10 yrs ago around 3am this morning. Not even having 1 unit of uac all thse while |

ephisi: To all MBA investors!
“In investing, what is comfortable is rarely profitable.”
Life is all about taking risks. The biggest money i every made in my lifetime was from controversial investments. The key is to understand from the beginning that theres a possibility you can loose money. Dont invest your lifes savings. Rollover as many times as you can. Watch out for signs of the company starting to have issues then pull dont roll over at that point.
So far so good MBA has been delivering. I have no evidence that its a ponzi. All i can say is play the game and play it well.
i will never forget how i invested my rent of 400k and rolled it over to 20million in my risk taking days. I could have lost the 400k Yes. but i accpeted the loss already in my mind. That single decision was the starting point of my breakthru in life if you have met those people that are always coming here to say you will loose your money earlier am sure u cant have such money today, i met one man at MBA office regretting bitterly that he has known about mba since 2yrs back but its ponzi that they will soon pack up he later now joind and his son. If one is always afraid of falling he will not rise |

DONTIMTIM: It would be better we talk abt how we gonna survive if one day we wake up n no body is buying oil again...than talkn Bad about one man's business. this gives me headache alot cos oil will rise when economies of the world are opened but the fall that will follow will be brutal, i told some one before that oil will become pure water but alas we are still sleeping! |

DONTIMTIM: MBA!!! Till 2099.... I am enthusiastic about MBA they mean well for Nigerians.they mean well for the poor masses. But I don't trust the government. I have not see a ponzi that will tell investors to stop adding money or topup investment n dy r still paying. ponzi survival depends on more money coming in to pay old investors. It's more than a month now mBA stop topup.
I shall remain with MBA until Nigerian will crash...
Let's talk abt Nigeria cos with the way oil is going down Nigerian will crash n Naria will be devalued... Jct like Zimbabwean money that has 100billion in one note.
This should be our concern... That is why some are educated illitrate, i have never seen a ponzi that will tell people not to add more money |

Joeyburton: Do you know what is funny ? Why I always laugh you people ? Schemes like this are a way for people with connection to make money. You think because some people from CBN or SEC or Senate are investing so you are safe ? Some of them will lose money but before that thing goes down let me tell you, most of them will get their money, after it crumbles, those people you are talking of will have their money transfered into their accounts with just 1 phone call. The people who will be suffering running from one place to the other is YOU. You think you and those people are the same ? As a person who is close to the SEC boss, don't you think I will know If MBA is about to Exit scam ? How will you know? You'll be sleeping in your house. For all we know all the powerful people in Lagos and Abuja have started taking their capital before the lockdown Is over because they know what's happening, but you just sit here and defend MBA morning till night as if they are paying you. They said they aren't paying because of the lockdown. How do you know if it's true or false ? Lol. Don't compare yourself with other people because you will be shocked how they will receive their money in envelope delivered to their houses. I've seen it happen before. Don't underestimate anyone here. if u cant tell us with the proofs of where it happened before then hold your peace |

Mcy56: Yes. Afriprud can frustrate customers. They always ask for Sig specimen. It got to a point my broker threatened to copy SEC in our correspondences, then they quickly did the needful. The only thing is that they have quite some good coys in their care. First bank, Meristem and one other one I can't remember now did very well. No long stories. Just filled the forms, sent to them via mail and that was it.
*PLS NOTE* @ositadima1 and any other newbies who's not yet aware, once your e-dividend forms are approved, my bosses always advice that you don't sell all the stocks, always leave like 10 -100 units in your trading acct, so your name will continue to be in their register. always copy SEC when dealing with these registrars, you will get quick result. Afterall, SEC get their cuts in our buy/sell |

America has declared a 3 phase stage of resumption as at yesterday, by my calculations most universal lockdowns should stop in the next 3 weeks hence the demand for oil will come alive and brent should tick up. If people dont buy now when exactly should they buy? it will be like magic in the next few weeks! |
