Whynotthetruth:
I did a comparative analysis of SW cum SE states with similar economic situation and fortunes...

If you desire to open a thread to crosscheck debts alongside infrastructure on ground...you're free...

I know both regions very well outside newspaper propaganda and lies...

My analysis is based both from evidence on paper and what's on ground...

You can go back to my original post to refresh your mind on the essence of this thread...

You can open a thread on divergent aspects of this topic and let's discuss such as analysis of individual SE states...thanks
Debts are not necessarily bad but when no meaningful projects are on ground to justify such debts it becomes a curse.
You obviously don't read over what you post. You not only dabbled into infrastructure in your original post, it was part of your argument and what you based your flawed assertions so why go elsewhere or start a new thread to debate that?

Quit being crookedly deceptive and disingenuous.

The Op is an ibo that wants to denigrate the SW!

I can't believe Aigbofa and the rest of you fell for it!

Every negative story they write about SW/Yoruba, ibos/SE have it worse but, hide it. Example is 7 months payments a Yoruba governor owe making daily news by ibos, while an ibo governor that is owing 10 months is almost invisible! grin grin grin
It really wasn't hard to spot the usual ibo lies, ignorance and deception. Funny enough, the joker didn't do basic research hence claiming enugu and eboyin are financially stable when in fact they are they are equally in debt and are owing salaries .

The ignorant OP is intellectually lazy and fraudulent..

Mogbe!!! shocked....ebonyi?? What was the money borrowed used for?
All the states in that region including Akwa Ibom and delta are carrying huge debt.

To make matters worse, none of them (Apart from Rivers) including Akwa Ibom didn't build one single classroom.

...but we can show you what new schools and classrooms they built in Osun state...

Which debt free? Is it Ebonyi of Nigeria? The same Ebonyi that the governor Dave Umahi was crying some days back that he has inherited too much debt?
www..com/ng/politics-and-politikings/70586-ebonyi-debt-profile-now-n50bn-gov-umahi.html

In the SE, Enugu is the most indebted state
www.vanguardngr.com/2015/04/outrage-trails-enugus-debt-profile/
And as for the debt profile of Abia, it is so bad that shame didn't allow Governor Orji publish it
They are all liars and ignorants...

PassingShot:

In as much as I don't want to blame Jonathan, under whose watch the affected states and indeed the FG became insolvent, he contributed in no small measures. That's incontrovertible.

@the topic, we have to always consider inequalities in allocation of states. That Akwa Ibom or Delta state is not crying does not mean their employees are not groaning. In the SW states you mentioned, it's unfortunate that the affected governors failed to save for rainy days as now.

I will support an FG bailout on:
1. Deduct reasonable amount from monthly allocation of states that are eventually bailed out.
2. FG pays directly into accounts of state's employees, their owed salary arrears while deducting on monthly basis from the state allocation.

Everything the OP put up there is one sided and deceptive trash. Nearly all the states in Nigeria is in debt and owing salaries so how this is confined to the SW beats me.

It's either the usual tribalism, bigotry or ignorance on his part...

Bros, it will be hypocritical for us to shy away from the truth. There are Buhari and APC fans on social media. There are even fanatics that could blackmail, threaten and hate whoever is not supporting Buhari. The President don't need "our support" to perform. He should do his job while we criticise his flaws. This is democracy
Unfortunately for unintelligent trolls and people like you, discussing and highlighting his faults is very normal and even needed in our democratic settings, but last time I checked, starting dumb and silly threads about calling the president a dullard and operational flaws are 2 different things.

What's his flaws got to do with you calling him names or you are as usual just confused?

You are extremely ahallow and unintelligent for your own good.

Dude, I don't think politics and football has anything in common. No one is a Buhari or APC 'Fan' in the context you loosely use the term. Nigeria got to a crossroad with all the major welfare and economic indicators in the doldrums and most Nigerians agitated to have someone different at least. Grouping those that yearned for a better leadership as Buhari's Fan boys makes you paint yourself a scary picture of mental poverty.
We truly need sane, credible, rational, articulate and intelligent opposition , but what we have are petty internet trolls and unintelligent people like this op.

With all the issues we are facing as a nation; this silly and unintelligent up practically want us to give him cooking and pat him in the back for not calling his own president dullard. Like seriously?

His this old man still in elementary school?

I just have to remind them. As for Buhari, I just don't want to tag him a dullard. I will stick to #BabaOneChance but the APC should endure the dullard tag
Who cares what you call your president? Call him whatever makes you snore at night, that's your headache and you are not doing anybody any kind of favor.

Baba1000000000 chance or mama half chance, who gives a damn. PMB is your president for the next 4 years and that's what you are free to kill yourself over if you don't like...

So, the government is responsible for your criminal and antisocial activities because they did not educate the public about your killer drugs?

What's next, when you rape school girls, it is not your fault simply because the government did not educate little girls about rapists and predators like you?

This is why warped people like you shouldn't be part of any sane and lawful society? Your DNA is sadly warped and criminal that you don't even see know the difference between right and wrong.
