Nigeria - Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is set to lead the Nigerian delegation to the World Economic Forum on Africa (WEFA) in Cape Town, South Africa, a Channels report says.

Professor Osinbajo is expected to give a talk on issues related to youth’s employment and job creation.

The former Minister of Finance in Nigeria, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweal, and Uche Orji of the NSIA are also attending the forum.

Focus at the forum will be on infrastructure development, financing for the region, economic growth, entrepreneurship, safeguarding Africa’s democratic dividend, Africa’s mobile technology, data revolution and designing of smarter cities among others.

The forum will also discuss how best to tackle the issues facing Africa, especially terrorism.

The three-day forum which will kick off on Wednesday, June 3, will have in attendance about 1,250 persons made up of leaders, government officials, public and private sector big names, people from the academia and NGOs civil society groups.

What is unverified? What is the relationship between CCB verification[ (which is statutory) and his public declaration? Guy face your Cameraman work and stop yarning dust.

The relationship is making sure that the agency charged by the Nigerian taxpayers to scrutinize and legalize all asset claims by public officials are doing their job by making sure that what they tell you the Nigerian citizen and the CCB gels and is legally binding.

Where is the sense and wisdom in accepting non legally binding words of mouth that you can't hold them to? Please tell us?

Statutory is what's legally binding which is what we need, it's what we can take him to court and jail while the public nonsense you ignorants are shouting all over the place is just talk and you can not do anything to him in case he lied to you file it under misunderstanding or miscommunication. This is why we have CCB to do the job and with constitutional laws and powers.

And before coming back with more cheap and unintelligent reasoning, feel free to show us any democracy or society where the leaders goes in front of TV to state how many cloths they have, what's in their bank account, their houses, cars and so on. I know you won't and you can't show us anything so don't even bother. They disclose it to the relevant public office for the citizenry to access anytime they want because it's public record.

4. Crooked and corrupt Jonathan made a private declaration to the code of conduct bureau and his assets declaration form was sealed to the public. Even FOI couldn't unseal it.
