kenex4ever:I just laugh now? See as guilty conscience dey kill you ![]() Seriously, they use the same people to dabaru process. 1. GEJ used them to register fake APC to block the real APC from INEC registration. 3. When GEJ got rid of SLS, he used some obscure government agency led by the same people to do the evil job 2. GEJ used the same people to sue APC/GMB over the silly certificate nonsense.. 3. GEJ used the same people to rig elections in the SE in 2011 and 2015 Bottomline, when it's time to dabaru anything, they use the same tool or the same people. Never fails ![]() Hope I satisfied your guilty conscience... ![]() |
Amazo:Like I said earlier, it's a societal and cultural thing with ibo people and I don't see it going away anytime soon, in fact it's getting worse as seen during the last few elections. It's like they don't have any right thinking adult in iboland. Look at Achebe's last book, it was filled with the same hate and bitterness rant. Ngozi Adichie's response to Oba of Lagos's statement was laced with the same civil war and tribal hostage taking garbage when in fact it's leadership failure at home. They have state governors with nothing to show after 16 years in office, the region is still unproductive and economically inhospitable for their people to thrive in, they are basically satisfied with their people forever seeking survival outside iboland and wherever they go, they end up disrespecting and annoying their host communities with the same emotional and insensitive nonsense... They can not hold the rest of the country down with their flawed civil war emotional ransom. |

CaptPlanet:Is he corrupt according to you and not based on facts or any kind of criminal arrest, trial and conviction? Your useless, corrupt and incompetent GEJ who today is still the president of Nigeria and his efcc didn't put him on trial or send him to jail for corruption, but you are sitting on NL screaming and yelling corruption? What corruption? The one your silly and crooked GEJ made up to drive him out of office or the one decided by the court of law? Why is he not in jail for corruption to even start with? Is this not the question you should be asking if you really give a damn about corruption... You are not fooling us with your fake and disingenuous corruption nonsense... It's all fake and political since non of you questioned GEJ for not prosecuting and jailing them... |
realjoker: Igbos only fights for their individual gains. They seldom join social causes where they fight for the larger society, such as join socialist parties and fight for the economic welfare of all people. Instead, they are nascent capitalists struggling for their individual gains but not for social gains. http://www.igbofocus.com/html/the_igbo_problem_can_be_fixed.html Very very true. You hardly see them fight or engage in any collective social event or agitation on behalf of the society in general. What happened when the rest of the country was fighting and risking their lives to put the same GEJ they are dying over in office? Iboland was silent and missing in action? After June 12 nko? They jumped on the next ekenedilichukwu back to their villages.... |
CyerSeries:Unfortunately for you, all the folks you listed are all the same useless PDP, they are all PDP regardless of tribe. |
Amazo:I highlighted the cultural part too which remains the basic foundation of their predicament. They need some serious societal reorientation and attitude adjustment which sadly you can not count on since they are passed on from patents to kids and ground kids. Their leaders can not do anything either because they benefit directly from these deficiencies, this is how they hide and deflect their own leadership failure. |
biafransoul:Why do you people delude yourselves with the jealousy nonsens? What's there to jealous. Jealous of the barren and unproductive land that your, your forefathers and grandchildren can not stay or survive in or the fake and substandard products you dirty the place with? Just what exactly |
Duru1:Why try too hard to sound idiotic? |
CaptPlanet:Are you upset because GMB gave him a job to do or simply because your crooked , corrupt and incompetent GEJ and his useless efcc refused to put him in jail for corruption? |
The sad part is president or no president, ibo land continues to regress and stagnate. The problem is not ibo presidency, it's lousy, thoughtless, greedy, uncaring vision les leadership with societal bad, angry, bitter and unhelpful culture of hate towards other people. They need to forget about presidency and work on their unhelpful, unwelcoming and antagonistic attitude against other Nigerians. |
What a dumb assss thread. . |
Anambra with laughable less than 10 billion yearly budget or and not even 1 significant industry is the light of the nation and your economic power house? lmao. No wonder you people run away from that place.... |
mployer: For instance, he cited Ebuka from Anambra State, who won the spelling bee competition. "We didn't do Iwu against him, to over-turn the vote. We did not discriminate against him, he acted as One Day Governor.Hate kills... |
The next One Day Governor Of Lagos State Eko o ni baje o. |
nigerdeltaa:1. Lagos as FC was confined to Lagos Island 2. Bariga was not a forest in the 60s or even 70s 3. Most of our old and best schools including CMS Grammar School, Bariga, Lagos, Nigeria's oldest secondary school are in Bariga and surrounding area and many Notable Nigerians graduated from these schools. 4. UNILAG and St Finbarrs college, Bariga Girls' Secondary School are in the same area and they were not in any forest, not even in the 60's or 70s. Btw, I still don't know what your forest story got to do with my posts... |
nigerdeltaa:Bariga was not a forest in the 70's and even in the 60s. Try again... |
hansad:Unintelligent rants bore me. |
cao:Lagos was not a forest, learn your history and geography.. I was born and bred in LagosThe fact that you said Lagos was a forest means you were not born in Lagos or grew up anywhere around Lagos. That was a lie. Lagos I grew up in was not filled only with YorubasThe fact that it wasn't feel filled with just Yoruba people didn't mean it was not a great place before your forefathers showed up in Lagos. People don't go to not so great places to earn a living, they went to Lagos because it was great. Just like Abuja has now become a financial hub, years after it officially became the capital or have you all forgetten how the migration of the HQ of several businesses moved to Abuja & business soon followed...Abuja didn't become a star by itself, it had help from all tribes involvedLagos state was developed decades before independence and the commercial activities that took Lagos to the next level was also initiated before independence and almost 2 decades before FC status. Great cities and societies are developed via factories and industries hence the old western region led by Awolowo creating the industrial estates. The same estates are still responsible for major chunks of Nigeria's industrial output. They are Ikeja, Apapa, Matori, Ilupeju and Mushin industrial estates and Oodua group of companies. Your FG or other tribes did not do that, Yoruba people did all that with Yoruba wealth from the old western region before Nigeria/independence and this is why Lagos is a great state, this is also the reason why you and your forefathers moved to Lagos. Again, learn your history.. Abuja on the other hand was developed from scratch with collective wealth as Nigeria after independence. Back in the day when Nigeria was truly something, people got jobs in Lagos, due to it being the capital back thenAnd why was Lagos made the FC instead of any other state especially in SE? Because Yoruba people built a great city for the FG to pick and made FC. We need to stand as a united city and country, those of you suffering from the shared mentality of hatred, need to step up and remove themselves from the shared shackles of tribalism and move forward.Unity starts from you and your kind recognizing other people's hard work and respecting other people's land. Hatred is what you see in the mirror. Instead of sitting down and throwing blame on tribes. This is want I as someone born and bred in Lagos, but not of the Yoruba tribe, find saddening when you let tribalism creep into your mindset. I never have and never will hate someone solely based on their tribeSadly, you are the one going on and on about tribe this and tribe that simply because you and your type can not give credit where it's due simply because of tribalism and hatred. It's the same reason why your type disrespect Yoruba people's land no man's land. It's pure hatred. All you are concerned about is you and your tribe. With all your rant in this thread, you are yet to acknowledge the efforts of Yoruba people in Lagos state and making Lagos state a better place for Nigerians including you and your forefathers. smh... |
cao:Yoruba people made Lagos a great city decades before Nigeria as a country and this is the same reason why other tribes moved to Lagos to take advantage of the good work Yoruba people did on Lagos and even the FG government made Lagos the FC for the same reason. Learn to give credit where it's due and quit discounting other people's achievements. This is what many Yoruba people and Lagosians find insulting and denigrating. It's also your own brand of hatred. Just before 16 years ago when Lagos was neglected and left stinky and rotten, many of you had many unpleasant things to say about Lagos state, even here on NL, we see and read all the mean and evil things the same other tribes especially the ones from SE post on NL, they labeled Lagos state the worst place to live on earth, they post any negative international media story about Lagos and they never hesitated to abuse and denigrate Lagos state leaders and governors. Other tribes did not do Lagos any favors simply because people work and pay taxes regardless where they call home and Lagos is a great place today because of good, credible and skilled leadership with strong sense of duty and purpose and the fact that the same other tribes and their leaders can not replicate back in their states what's going on in Lagos shows this is not about tribe, but leadership. |

..Very pathetic people..The north that has been ruling from time immemorial, are their life better than Igbos in all ramifications? You people should solve your problem and allow Igbos to solve theirs..rubbish
