Politics › Re: Kachikwu Vs Amaechi: I Disagree With Kachikwu, Retrieve Money First by aresa: 2:39pm On Jun 14, 2016
TheGoodJoe:
I watched the Kachikwu vs Amaechi video going viral online and I see majority supporting Kachikwu's point. Continuing the project.

I disagree because the Fraud is too much. Hon. Amaechi proved in Rivers State that he can achieve befitting projects when he has the money.

Hon. Amaechi’s point:
"I am not against the University. I hope you people appreciate that. My argument about Okerenkoko is that the land alone is N13 billion. That N13 billion has built the university already so there is no need to spend more money. Let EFCC retrieve the money from them and then release them and we would build the University."

I do not understand what is wrong in this statement. The money is enough to purchase the land and build the University. The point is clear. Continuing with the project means supporting a monumental fraud.

Hon. Kachikwu's point:
“First let me say on Maritime University, I disagree with the minister of transport. Any facility that is placed in the south south, we should work towards developing it. I don’t care the circumstances under which we are placed… It is not my position to determine whether land was valued at N19 billion or N10 billion or N3 billion. The appropriate institutions which are the court systems will determine that."

I do not understand what people are applauding in this statement. Is Hon. Amaechi against the Maritime University? No. Amaechi clearly stated that when he retrieves the money, he will build the University.

Kachikwu said he is not in position to determine the valuation of the land. Please, this is ridiculous. We ars talking of the valuation of the project.

Amaechi is saying that the money is enough to buy the land and build the university. A minister should be able to value a project.

Amaechi was right and I wonder why people is celebrating Kachikwu's point. This is a case of stopping a fraud. Going on with the project is detrimental to the development of the project.

Below are pics of an Hon. Amaechi project which was close to the cost for just the land for this University project. Golf Estate Port-Harcourt.
It's more than obvious that Amaechi made sense and defiantly the sensible and prudent to do while kachikwu is still peddling the same flawed and dubious methods looters have used to loot Nigeria dry..

What we need to understand is the people ranting against Amaechi are the same corruption loving and supporting Anti Nigerian elements, disgruntled people and ipob elements. They represent everything that's bad and destructive about Nigeria and they don't wish Nigeria well.

I really won't worry about them..

Now you see why we should not be together. Just tell your fellow Yorubas that the next time Igbos walk out of Nigeria like we did before, you guys should not come down to the east like you did last time with your Hausa friends to try and drag us back into the nonsense called 'one Nigeria'. Igbos have gone past the mental slavery of 'one Nigeria' which Yorubas can never escape.
1. We did not drag you back anywhere so stop the whole delusions. You issue was with the FG, not Yoruba people.

2. You are still slaves since only slaves beg and cry for freedom like you've been doing all your life. If you are not slaves, you won't be begging for freedom.

3. It doesn't even matter Yoruba or no Yoruba, you people are too tribal and anti-social and mentally paranoid to coexist with other people and this is why people can not stand you everywhere you go in Nigeria, SA, India, Malasia, Ghana, Indonesian and so on..

3. Do we need transparent international to tell us about the money he stole and gave to Dasuki to loot ans share?

4. Do we need transparent international to tell us about the money he stole and gave Metuh for special crooked and corrupt assignment as claimed by metuh himself.?

5. Do we need transparent international to tell us about the 100 million dollars he gave his oil minister to share for election rigging?

6. Do we need transparent international to tell us about his service chiefs looting our money while this useless, corrupt and incompetent Jona gave them national awards for looting us dry and buying mansions in abuja with our money?

7. Do we need transparent international to tell us his own cousin end up with our 40 million dollars?

8. Do we need transparent international to tell us how NIMASSA was looted dry by his cronies right under his nose.

All this long ranting of your just for you to come back and confirm the same thing I said at the beginning. That Yorubas do not have any sense of self determination. That's why to an average Yoruba man, Ojukwu who declared his people free and fought for three years to keep that freedom is a fool. The Yoruba man is not yet advanced enough to think beyond "one Nigeria". The very idea of freedom is a strange concept to them and that's why I don't take them serious.

Nigerians don't understand the implication of the system we run in Nigeria. Whether you generate revenue or not, you must share statutory allocation from federal government. What this means is that even the whole niger delta quits oil production, they will still be entitled to monthly allocation except for 13%derivation.

It's time to look away from oil. Revenue from innumerable tax returns from Lagos and Ogun, revamped agricultural tax and mineral exploration from North should henceforth contribute 70% of federal government revenue. It's time for niger delta to rest so that they can benefit from other regions as well.

I hope and support such a system for next five years. I just hope the northerners and SW will be cool with this arrangement. As for SE , they fend for themselves. If dollar increases, they increase price of their goods. If pump price increases, they add it to their commodities and sell to you. So no losses for them. That's why you don't see them protesting for pump price increase.

Just hope we can try zero oil economy.

Nigerian burns £1.2m in bizarre ritual

Sam Edem, chairman of the Niger Delta Development Commission, is accused of stealing a total of £3.4 million in public money to pay a witchdoctor to cast "juju" spells to secure business contracts and to kill a powerful rival at work.
Part of the black magic reportedly involved Mr Edem burning £1.2 million in cash and then smearing the ashes over his naked body in a cemetery in the middle of the night in a "fortification" ritual.

Mr Edem, who denies the allegations, has been formally charged with theft and criminal conspiracy at the High Court in the capital, Abuja.
He initiated the police investigation himself when he complained that the self-proclaimed sorcerer, Perekabowei Ogah, had tried to swindle him out of millions of pounds and was acting on behalf of political rivals.

But detectives became suspicious when Mr Edem allegedly could not account for how he earned the money in the first place. His lawyers said it was donated by well-wishers to fund an election attempt.

"We believe that this is money from the Nigerian government, money that should have been used to develop the Niger Delta," said Ali Amodu, the police commissioner in Abuja.

The Niger Delta Development Commission was set up to channel money that the federal government earns from crude oil sales back to the millions who live in poverty in the country's oil-producing region.
Despite initial support from the public, its reputation was quickly tarnished by persistent reports that it achieved little and that senior members of staff were stealing funds.

The area has been plagued by an increasingly violent rebellion spearheaded by militants who say they are fighting for a greater share of oil wealth to the Delta.

But many of the armed gangs are little more than criminals extorting money through kidnappings, often with the tacit support of local politicians, it has been claimed.

Ibori was also helped to steal the cash by his sister Christine Ibori-Ibie, whose plush home is pictured above, wife Theresa and a series of corrupt professionals including London based lawyer Bhadresh Gohil
During that time he systematically stole funds from the public purse, secreting them in bank accounts across the world.
His methods included the inflation of State contracts, kickbacks and the transfer of cash from the State accounts by unscrupulous employees in his inner circle.
In one instance he rigged the tendering process for state contracts in cahoots with his mistress Udoumaka Okoronkwo, who would be due to face confiscation proceedings alongside Ibori.
The couple used Okoronkwo’s companies Sagicon, Rivbbed and Saagaris - the latter of which their four-month old love-child was named as a director of - to ‘bid’ for inflated deals to provide items to the state including china and vehicles.
The money was then channelled out of Nigeria before it was laundered through a series of off-shore trusts and companies.

Fact is, that region benefited from their oil more than the rest of Nigeria.

The rest of Nigeria doesn't get any extra percentage or derivations, they didn't get NDDC, they didn't get ND ministry, they didn't get amnesty or amnesty payments for thousands of people.

No investments means no jobs and money for development.

Goodluck to the good people of Kwara State.

To claim you can and have the capacity to treat what you have not examined and a patient you have no history with and medical record history you have not read is the apex of stupidity and junk medical practice.

Very sad that this basement medical folishness came from a controlling medical body when in fact they should know better..

Yorubas have fought wars? You mean the one they fought before Lord Lugard came to make them Nigerians? No one cares about that, we are talking about Nigeria. Igbos fought for their freedom, Niger Delta fought their resources. What have Yorubas ever fought for? All they know is to talk and talk, follow the Northerners like slaves and shout 'one Nigeria'.

The fact that you are foolish, tactless, emotional, irrational, paranoid and hopelessly delutional doesn't mean such idiocy applies to other people.

Running around shouting ipob all over the place is foolishness, I'll pay you attention when your leaders resign from the Nigerian goverment, pronounce biafra, when you leave Yoruba land and hausa land and head back to biafra, declare biafra and carry guns.

For now, it's just the usual shallow and empty, lazy and paranoid losers beating their cockroach chest...

Cursed memory? No Yoruba man alive or dead will be loved the way his people love him. You think Ojukwu came for the love of the Hausa or Yoruba man? No, he came for his people. There will always be an 'Ojukwu' who will rise in the Igbo nation to lead them in a battle for liberation. But as long as I live, there can never be an 'Ojukwu' to come out of the Yoruba nation, not now, not ever.
lol @ ojuku came for his people...no, the coward who left his men for dead on the battlefield to go enjoy your loot and fuvkk ashawo in IV returned to Nigeria after begging for pardon, he then teamed up with the same Hausa people you love to hate, the same hausa people who you claimed slaughtered thousands of ibo in the North while the rest of you cowards ran back to your villages like cowards. The same joker you said came for you floated a political party that you didn't vote for, he then sold you off and asked you to vote for the same housa people aka IBB.

You jokers obviously don't know your own history.

PDP chairmanship was zoned to ibo people, but ibo people betrayed each other with their usual greed and lack of unity that after 4 failed ibo chairmanship, hausa people took away that zoning privilege from you and it's been hausa chairmanship since.

See, the rest of the country know you people, we know the chest you beat all day shallow, weak, empty and redundant.

Yoruba people have fought so many major destructive and disruptive wars that they've learnt from when ibo people were running around their villages naked and fighting their inter village skirmishes with cutlass over bush meat and porcupines.....

With you people still peddling the same fruitless, senseless, emotional, tribal and paranoia mentality in 2016 while the rest of the world is moving forward and progressing, there is definitely no hope for you..

The new madness and insanity in Nigeria now is to senselessly agitate for nonsense and continuously blow up and destroy your land and environmental resources and if you don't do all that, you are a coward... grin

See why these jokers never and never will progress? grin

See why investors and businesses always boycott them like plague grin

Funny how people wear stupidity and idiocy on their chest like badge of honor.. grin
