A married man, Desmond Ife, who lied to a 30-year old lady, Miss Adebowole Adenike, that his wife was late and he was ready to get married has landed in a mess in Lagos after the lady discovered that his wife was still alive with children.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Adenike has forcefully moved to Desmond’s house, insisting that he must marry her as he had promised because he impregnated her and she terminated the pregnancy.

The incident happened at Isheri Olofin area in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State, where they reside.

According to Adenike, she met Desmond last year and they got engaged in a relationship. He gave her false hope of getting married to her and she allowed him to sleep with her severally and eventually got pregnant for him.

She said later that she realised he lied to her that his wife was late as she discovered that he was deceiving her just to be having sex with her. She revealed that during that period, she got pregnant and had to terminate it due to infection but did not know then that Desmond had a wife and children. Adenike wants the marriage to hold despite the fact that she has realised that Desmond was married with children.

However, Desmond claimed that he only touched, slept with her last year and left her. He said he was surprised when she came and forced herself into his house making demands; threatening and destroying his Lexus car. He denied ever promising her marriage or telling her that his wife was late. He said he was surprised when she came to his house forcing herself inside as wife and demanding for money. He said that Adenike’s action by invading his house has affected his marriage seriously because his wife had seen and heard what transpired between him and Adenike.

The action has landed Adenike in trouble as her conduct and malicious damage were reported at Idimu Police Division; she was arrested and detained at the Police Station for interrogation.

After interrogation, she was found culpable and was later charged before the Ejigbo Magistrates Court for the alleged offence. She pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Kenneth Asibor, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing to enable the Police to prove that she actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. T.O. Shomade, granted her bail in the sum of N100,000 with one surety in like sum.

She was remanded in prison custody pending when she will perfect her bail conditions.
The matter was adjourned till 4th March, 2020.

While she was being taken to prison, Adenike insisted that Desmond must continue with the relationship when she is released from prison.

A lady, Miss Victory Amaize, has been arrested and detained by the Police operatives at Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, after she reportedly engaged a man, Danjuma Yahaya Alli, in marathon sex in a popular hotel and he eventually died on top of her.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at the popular Grand Ibro Hotel, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, FCT, where the romp took place.

The lady, Victory, was said to be facing murder charge based on Police suspicion that she might have engaged the deceased, Danjuma Yahaya Alli, in marathon sex that eventually caused his death.

The alleged tragedy was exposed after the Chief Security Officer of the hotel, Onyido Sule, went to the Police at Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, on 22nd January, 2020, reported that a lady, Victory Amaize, from Life Camp in Abuja, screamed from her hotel room to the management over what happened.

The management rushed to the room and found Danjuma Yahaya Alli gasping for breath on the bed. He was rushed to the hospital where the doctors confirmed him dead.

During interrogation, the suspect, Victory, told the Police that while they were having sex in Room 123, the late Alli got chocked up and later passed out in the process.

The corpse was deposited at the mortuary for autopsy test, the lady was detained while investigation was still ongoing on the matter.

It was gathered that Victory may be charged for murder if doctors reports find her culpable for engaging Alli in long sex that eventually caused his death. She may spend several years in prison custody if she is tried and found guilty before the Court for the alleged offence.

The popular saying that there is nothing wrong with the private parts of the mentally challenged people may be real after all following what played out between a man and woman, who are mentally challenged in Ikotun area of Lagos on Thursday.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the duo engaged in public fight over sex and in the process injured themselves. The woman ran to the Ikotun Police Station for protection and the man followed her there.
Both were bleeding on their faces which drew the attention of our reporter, who wanted to find out what happened and it was shocking.

The man, later identified as Emmanuel, was angry that the woman, Tonia, who he had all along been having sex with suddenly changed her mind and claimed that she was no longer interested in making love with him. That decision did not go down well with Emmanuel, who insisted that since they have started, they must continue but Tonia refused and it turned into a public fight.

When the fight between them became tough at the BRT park inside the Local Government, Tonia ran away and Emmanuel pursued her until she ended up at the Police Station.
However, the Police allowed Tonia to enter into the Station while Emmanuel was not allowed to enter, which temporarily ended the fight.
Both were heard grumbling; Tonia was saying ‘I will not do again’ while Emmanuel was saying ‘We must continue’ which threw both the Police officers and those present at the Station into serious laughter.

Some of those present at station were seen discussing and expressing their surprise, saying, ‘so even mentally challenged people still engage in love making’.

An angry 22-year old son, Joshua Adetutu, has been arrested in Lagos for assaulting and attempting to use a knife to chop off his mom’s private part over suspicion of adultery.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Odobanjo Street, off Governor’s Road, Ikotun area of Lagos, where his mother, Mrs. Jennet, resides with her own mother.

It was gathered that Joshua locked his mother inside room, held her hostage and then brought out a knife to chop off her private part after he reportedly pushed her down to carry out the act.
However, Jennet was lucky after their neighbours came to her rescue and then contacted Police from Area M Command, Idimu, Lagos.
Joshua was arrested and detained at the Command for interrogation. While being interrogated, he claimed that his mother was disgracing him and does not respect herself in the area.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that Jennet was married and had Joshua with other children before she separated from her husband and started living on her own. Then Joshua was living with his father before he allegedly defrauded the father and was remanded in Badagry prison. The mother, Jennet rallied round, got him released and he started living with her and his grandmother.

It was while living with his mother that he discovered that she was having male visitors, who he suspected were sleeping with her. When it became unbearable, he attempted to chop off the mother’s private part which has landed him in trouble.

The Police found his action culpable and charged him before the Ejigbo Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.
He pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Supol Kenneth Asibor, asked that since he pleaded not guilty, the Court should give a date for hearing to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the offence.

A Nigerian based in Canada, Akinbamide Akinrele, has landed in trouble after he reportedly jilted his four wives and children, sneaked into the country to get married to his 5th wife and was arrested before for the traditional marriage, which is coming up on Saturday.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Akinrele was arrested at his home at Emmanuel Osakwe Street, Oreleope area of Egbeda, Lagos, following report to the Police by one of his wives, Mrs. Bisola, that he abandoned her and their three children since 2000, sent them away from their matrimonial home and failed to provide for the upkeep of their three boys aged, 13, 15 and 17.

He was later charged before the Court for negligence and may likely spend several years in imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty before the Court for the alleged offence.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Akinrele was married to Bisola and they had lived several years together before he traveled to Canada for greener pasture and eventually became successful. He was said to have come back to Nigeria and his taste changed dramatically. He then started abusing Bisola publicly, calling her a prostitute and eventually sent her and their children away from their matrimonial home and got married to three other wives after he had sent Bisola away.

Akinrele was said to have concluded to plans to get married to the 5th wife before Bisola got the information. She then wrote a petition to the Police and Akinrele was trailed and eventually arrested.

He was later charged before the Ogba Family Court for the alleged offence and he pleaded not guilty but informed the Court that he was willing to take care of the children.

The prosecutor, Supol Benson Emerhi, objected for Court to grant him bail saying that he may likely jump bail and return to Canada.
Hence, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O Sule-Amzat, demanded for his International passport and stepped down the matter to her chambers for more deliberation on accommodation of the children, who were said to be homeless and about their upkeep.

When P.M.EXPRESS correspondent contacted the wife, Mrs. Bisola, she said that she was surprised her embattled husband accepted to take care of the children because he had resisted and boasted that nothing will happen because there is no law in Nigeria.

A 24-year old man, Anyanwu Tobechukwu, who went to a popular Super Market in Okota area of Lagos, padded his body with stolen items and was caught by the security guard has been sentenced to two years imprisonment without an option of fine.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Globus Super Market located at No. 69 Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos, where he was arrested.

After interrogation, the Police found him culpable. He was later charged before Isolo Magistrates Court for stealing.

He pleaded guilty before the Court.
The prosecutor, Mr. Oje Uagbale, presented the facts of the matter by telling the Court how Tobechukwu went to the Super Market and pretended to be customer, who wanted to buy some items. He said however, that Tobechukwu went round the place, picked choice items and hid them on his body and covered them with his clothes.

Incidentally, one of the security guards suspected his size and accosted him. He conducted a search on him and discovered 30 boxer shorts which he had padded on his body.
He was then handed over to the Police for prosecution. He confessed admitting that he had done such in the past before he was eventually arrested.

The prosecutor, Mr. Uagbale, told the Court that Tobechukwu was a habitual thief, who had similar previous criminal record before the Court and was convicted. He asked the Court to sentence him to serve as deterrent because he was not remorseful and will go back to commit crime if released as he had done in the past.

A 40-year old man, Terry Ikechukwu Iheme, has been arrested for allegedly sleeping with his two under aged daughters in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Igbo-olomu in Agric area of Ikorodu Lagos, where they reside.

The suspect, Iheme, who was a senior driver with a company known as Hi-Tech construction company in Lagos, was said to have had carnal knowledge of the victims before it eventually leaked.

The matter was reported to the Police at Owutu Police Division led by CSP Margaret Okonkwo, who ordered his arrest in order to be investigated for the alleged offence.

He was arrested in Church on Sunday and was taken to Owutu Police Station on 12th January, 2020, for proper investigation.

After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and then charged him before the Ikorodu Magistrate Court 1, Ita Elewa, for defilement which attracts life imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty before the Court over the alleged offence.

However, his plea was not taken after the prosecutor, Inspector John, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice because the victims were still minors and the offence was capital in nature.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. F.A. Afeez, ordered the defendant to be remanded in prison custody without an option of bail.
The Court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice. The matter was adjourned till 19th February, 2020.

It was gathered that the matter may be transferred to the High Court if the DPP report finds him culpable and recommends that the defendant be tried for defilement and incest.

It has not been easy for women in Lagos and beyond following the reportedly high demands for their used pants, bras and sanitary pads for money ritual purposes.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Police operatives from Olosun Division, Lagos, led by the Divisional Police Officer, SP Ayodele Arogbo, have arrested a 20-year old man, who specialized in stealing female pants and bras for sale for money ritual purposes.

The suspect, Ugochukwu Okoye, was caught at 22 Olanibi Street, Mushin area of Lagos, while stealing the items. He was arrested and taken to the Police Station for interrogation.

The Police alleged that he confessed that he usually picks up female under wears, which he sells to undisclosed persons now at large.
He reportedly confessed to the Police that female under wears were needed by undisclosed persons, who buy the items for money ritual purposes.

After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for stealing.
He pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Inspector Edet Ekadu, then asked the Court to fix a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. K.O. Ogundare, granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum. He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail conditions. The matter was adjourned till 6th February, 2020.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the situation has became worrisome for women, who now have to guard their under wears whenever they wash and hang them outside because of persons with dubious minds.

While some hang theirs inside their apartments, they are unsure what will happen when they have gone to work.

Police operatives from the Anti Kidnapping Unit, Lagos State Command, have arrested a 26-year old lady, Ataghar Namdoo, for allegedly faking her own kidnap with her lover in order to extort N10m ransom from her boss.

P.M.EXPRESS reports as disclosed by the Police Public Relation Officer, DSP Bala Elkana. He said that on 9th January, 2020, at about 1730hours, the suspect conspired with her boyfriend, Emmanuel Idu, and Okpe David, to produce a short video of her blindfolded and driven to a bush in a truck.

In the second video, the lady, who is a mother of one, was seen in a bush at Sangotedo area of Ajah threatened by a man wearing a mask and holding a Jack knife.

However, the Police later identified the masked man as Emmanuel Idu, who is the boyfriend of the lady. The abductors were demanding for N10m as ransom in the video. The two videos were sent to the lady’s employer with a threat to kill her and to also go after the family of the employer if the ransom was not paid.

Frightened by the threat contained in the video and the follow up calls, the said employer, who is into Fleet business, reported the case to the Police. On the receipt of the case, the Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, ordered the Anti kidnapping Unit to carry out an indepth investigation into the case. The videos were thoroughly analysed alongside other vital leads. A well coordinated operation was put in place, which led to the successful rescue of the self arranged victim of the abduction and the arrest of one of the two suspects, Okpe David.

The Command has taken steps to verify the claim made by Okpe David that he is military personnel. The Police have equally launched a manhunt for the second male suspect, Emmanuel Idu, who is on the run. During interrogation, Okpe David confessed to have provided the truck used in driving the girl to the bush. The truck was actually driven by him. He also did the video recordings sent to the lady’s employer. The three suspects are all of Benue State origin. They have known each other for so many years.

DSP Elkana stated that both the lady and the man arrested had confessed to the commission of the crime; that their aim was to extort money from the lady’s employer, which they intend to share among themselves. He said that it was worthy to note that, it is a criminal offence for anyone to fake his or her kidnap under the Lagos State law. The offender upon conviction, is liable to 14years imprisonment. He said that the suspects will be charged to Court after the conclusion of investigation.

A 42-year old man, Taofeek Oyeyemi, has been arrested by the Police for allegedly impregnating his 16-year old biological daughter and damaging her womb while attempting to abort the pregnancy through a quack doctor which resulted in complication.

P.M.EXPRESS reports as disclosed by the Ogun State Police Command’s spokesperson, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, who said that the victim had been subjected to constant bleeding which has now endangered her life.

He said that the suspect was arrested following a complaint from the mother of the victim who reported at Ewekoro Police Station that her daughter was impregnated by her father, who also took her to a quack medical practitioner for abortion.

The Police said the complainant further explained that since the abortion was carried out, the victim has been bleeding. He said this led to the arrest of the suspect.

“The suspect, who was said to have 17 children from different women, on interrogation confessed to have slept with the victim several times which resulted in the pregnancy. In order for his secret not to be exposed, he decided to take the girl for abortion.”

DSP Oyeyemi said preliminary investigation revealed that the victim’s mother had separated from the suspect years back and the victim had been living with her until about six months ago when the suspect forcefully took the girl away from her mother.

According to the statement, “All efforts made by the mother to take custody of her daughter proved abortive. It was when the mother came to visit her daughter that she discovered the great atrocity committed by the suspect against her daughter”.

The suspect is being investigated and would be prosecuted, Oyeyemi stated.

A 60-year old woman, Mrs. Nkechi Nwafor, has landed in trouble after she sold her younger brother’s house including vehicles worth N18m while the brother was in prison abroad with hope that the brother will not return back to Nigeria.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that her brother, Oliver Maduka, eventually returned after serving his prison term only to discover that his sister, Nkechi, had sold all his property and spent the money.

Some of the properties sold included a house at Fabiyi Street, Baruwa area of Ipaja, Lagos, which she allegedly forged the documents to sell, a Nissan Pathfinder SUV, a Toyota Camry car and others properties kept in her care.

Police sources said that Maduka, while abroad, was sending money to his sister, Nkechi, in order to acquire those properties, which he entrusted to her.

However, Maduka eventually had problem; was arrested and jailed which led him spending several years of imprisonment abroad.
The sister, who is the defendant, started selling his properties in Nigeria probably having thought that Maduka will never come back.

Maduka was eventually released and deported. He came back and discovered that all his properties had been sold by Nkechi, who claimed that she fell sick and sold the properties in order to treat herself. She reportedly brought out N1m remaining from the sale of the properties and gave to Maduka.

Shocked by his sister’s action, Maduka went to Area M Command and reported the matter. Nkechi was arrested and taken to the Command for investigation.

After investigation, the Police found her culpable and charged her before the Ejigbo Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.
She pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Supol Kenneth Asibor, asked the Court to fix a date for hearing to enable the Police to prove that she actually committed the offence.

The price of adultery is sometimes huge when one considers what happened to a 55-year old man, who died on top of a single mother during sex romp in a popular hotel recently.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ibusa community in Delta State, where the victim took the lady for the romp that lasted for several hours before he died on top of her.

It was gathered that the man, whose identity was yet disclosed by the Police, took the lady to the hotel and they engaged in sex romp. However, in the middle of the act, the man reportedly died on top of the lady. The lady noticed what happened and quickly dressed up and sneaked out of the hotel to avoid arrest by the Police.

This was confirmed by the Delta State Police Command through the Police Public Relation Officer, DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya, who stated that the incident occurred on Thursday in Ibusa community near Asaba, the Delta State capital.
He added that the matter was reported at the Ibusa Police Division by the hotel management and the Police commenced investigation and later arrested the lady in question.

“We received a report of the incident and our officers went to the scene and removed the corpse. However, we have commenced investigation into the matter” Onovwakpoyeya said.

Sources in the community however, confirmed that the man died after a sex romp with a woman. The deceased, until his death, was a 55-year old commercial bus driver.
“The man was married and lived in Ibusa with his family.

“On the day of the incident, he went to the hotel with his lady friend, a mother of three. We learnt that the lady sneaked out of the hotel room and told the hotel receptionist to check on the man that he was not feeling too well.”

“It was the hotel receptionist that raised alarm after she saw the man lying motionless on the bed” the source said.

The source, who pleaded anonymity, further revealed that the lady went into hiding after she escaped from the hotel but was later apprehended by officers of Ibusa Police Division over the death of the victim.
