Facts have emerged on how a 20 year old undergraduate of Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Chitere Okoronkwo, allegedly murdered her ex-lover, Johnmark Osigwe, in cold blood after receiving N7m compensation from him.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the late Osigwe, 24, reportedly jilted Chitere for another lady and in order to pacify her, he paid her the money as compensation.

However, the money did not assuage Chitere to change her mind and spare Osigwe as she reportedly arranged with an assassin and Osigwe was murdered.

Chitere was later apprehended by the Police in connection with the death of her ex-boyfriend, Johnmark Osigwe and she is currently undergoing interrogation in Police custody.
This was confirmed by the Commissioner of Police in Imo State, Dasuki Galadanchi, who said investigations by the Police showed that Chitere and Johnmark were lovers and after they fell out she allegedly masterminded his killing and afterwards fled to South Africa.

A cleric, Pastor Segun Agbaaraojo, has finally destroyed his marriage after his wife, Adeola, reportedly caught him pants down having sex with a married Church member in his office in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Mrs. Adeola has filed a suit before the Family Court in Epe, Lagos, asking the Court to dissolve the marriage which had produced four children and three are adults.

An embittered Mrs. Adeola Agbaraojo, while presenting the ground of seeking for divorce, narrated her experience of catching her husband pants down with one of his Church members on 13th March, 2020. She told the Court to dissolve her marriage with her husband, Segun, because of his high level of infidelity and betrayal despite the fact that Segun Agbaraojo is the pastor of a Church.

The fight against Coronavirus and the enforcement of the restriction of movement is gaining momentum across Nigeria following the arrest of a masquerade who flouted the sit-at-home directive by the Federal Government.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the masquerade was arrested by the Police at Ijeja area of Abeokuta in Ogun State and detained at the station for prosecution over conduct in public during the stay at home directive.
When the masquerade was taken to the Police Station, it was forced to remove the mask and it was discovered that it was a young man that was inside it. The young man, who Police declined to disclose his name, was asked to write a statement for possible prosecution which he did before some the residents intervened.This was confirmed by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi.

A 37-year old housewife, Mrs. Marian Peters, is critically lying ill at a Lagos hospital after her landlord’s wife, Mrs. Anulika Ekweozor, allegedly stabbed her with a poisonous knife and inflicted injury on her over her husband, Samson Ubasinachi.

P.M. EXRESS reports that the incident happened on Sunday, 29th March, 2020, at about 9am, at No. 78 Amudalatu Agodo, Cele, Egbe Ikotun area of Lagos.

The suspect, Mrs. Anulika, has been arrested and detained at the Police Station for the alleged offence and may face murder charge if the victim eventually dies as it was suspected that the dagger contained some poisonous substance that will cause death once used on a victim.

Trouble was said to have started after the landlord, known as Samson Ubasinachi Ekweozor, had issues with his tenants over power supply bill which has prompted Electricity Distribution Company to disconnect the compound from getting power supply.

A housewife, identified as Mrs. Eddie, has revealed what transpired between her and her husband before she decided to eliminate him with rat poison in their matrimonial home.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ndiakparata, Igbeagu, Ebonyi State, last Monday where they reside.

The woman reportedly told the Police that she went out, came back by 2am on that day, her husband was angry and beat her up for coming late.

Mrs. Eddie claimed that since she had gotten another lover, it was better to eliminate her husband and move on to marry her new lover in order to avoid disturbance in her new relationship. She then prepared food, poured the rat poison into it. Not knowing, her husband ate the food and died at night inside the room.

However, three days later the dastardly act leaked in the community and the angry youths apprehended her. She eventually confessed to the crime, was stripped naked and paraded around the community before she was handed over to the Police in the area.

A housewife, Mrs. Aishat Balogun, has lamented before the Court that since she got married to her husband, Owolabi, she has never enjoyed sex like other women due to the size of his dick.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Mrs. Balogun has instituted a suit before the Family Court in Ilorin, Kwara State, seeking for the dissolution of the marriage which produced three children, so that she can move on with her life.

Mrs. Balogun told the Court that Owolabi`s dick is too big and he does not know how to use it during sex romp which causes her serious pains each time.

She admitted before the Court that she got married to Owolabi some years back and she has been traumatized over her husband’s inability to satisfy her sexually.

The embittered woman said that her husband, Owolabi, usually snubs her whenever she makes attempt to engage him in order to enjoy sex.

“I am not enjoying my sleep again. My husband is avoiding me in bed and has refused to make love to me. He is starving me of sex; his dick is too big and he doesn’t know how to use it. Even when I try to make a move, he snubs me in bed. He also beats me” she said.

She informed the Court that the marriage produced children and three of their four children live with the defendant’s parents while the only girl lives with her. She prayed the Court to grant her the custody of the three boys. She also asked the Court to order Owolabi to pay N25,000 as feeding allowance monthly.

The respondent, Owolabi, was not present in Court to react to the wife’s allegations.
The Presiding Judge, Mr. Abdulhameed Aliyu, adjourned the case until 19th July, 2020, for continuation of hearing and for the defendant to appear before the Court.

A 32-year old suspected cultist, Ahmed Kabiru, has told the Police in Lagos that his role as a member of the Aiye Confraternity was to kill and it does not take him time to kill people during operations.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect, Kabiru, made the confession after he was arrested by Police operatives from the Anti-Cultism Unit, Lagos State Police Command.

Kabiru, who claimed to be a member of Aiye Confraternity, said he had so far killed four persons but the Police believe he was being economical with the truth.

The Kano State-born Kabiru said the four victims he had killed were members of a rival cult group, Eiye Confraternity, and he did so during gang wars in Ebute-Metta area of the state. He said that whenever he wanted to kill, a veil usually covered his eyes, making him not to think twice before slaughtering rivals.

“Whenever I want to kill any of our rivals, it is always like a veil falls over my eyes; I don’t even feel remorseful after killing. There was a day I killed a rival member; I shot him on the head while he was trying to escape when he saw me coming towards his direction. I felt something struck me on my chest. Three days after, I fell sick and I was sick for two months.”

The suspect, who hails from Kano State, said he was born in Ebute-Metta area of the metropolis and was initiated into cultism at the age of 19, while he was in Senior Secondary School.
“I was initiated when I was in Secondary School inside a forest at Ikorodu. While in the forest, I was tortured and made to take an oath never to disclose what transpired there to anyone. After I was initiated, I didn’t participate in their activities for some years. I didn’t participate because I was worried over what my parents would say if they found out I was involved in cultism. I was also scared that I might be killed.”

“It was in 2018 that I started participating in the activities of Aiye properly. It was after members of the Eiye Confraternity started killing our members on a daily basis. It was the same year I was given a pistol to lead a squad, which confronted Eiye members at Ebute-Metta. On the fateful day, I killed one of our rivals and injured several others.”

Kabiru said his display in the battlefield on the fateful day impressed the Aiye leader so much that he immediately promoted him above others.
He recalled: “It was same day that I was promoted to the rank of a ‘Butcher’. My role as a Butcher was to lead during fights and also to discipline any of our erring members. Since then, I have not looked back in the discharge of my duties. It was the members of the Eiye Confraternity that attacked and killed our members first”.

“Initially, we didn’t want to retaliate but when it was becoming unbearable, we had to confront them. I have killed three other Eiye members at different locations at Ondo Street in Ebute-Metta.”

Kabiru said he killed the three Eiye members at their base at about 1am while the victims were sleeping when he got there.”I shot the three of them on different parts of their bodies. It was the following day that I heard the gunshots hit two on the chest and one on the skull. What we were doing was counting the number of people that died in both confraternities.”

“Some Aiye members always came from outside the state to assist in our fights against the Eiye rivals. Among those who came to assist in confronting the Eiye group were Aliu and ‘Landlord’ from Ajah. They were among those who cut off the rivals’ heads and dropped them at some junctions in Ajah in 2019.”

“After the clash between Aiye and Eiye at Ebute-Metta, operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad from Mushin arrested me over the murder of the four rival members that I had killed during the clashes. I spent three months in the cell. When I came out, I returned to my members and we celebrated my release.”

“Whenever I finished any of the operations, we would return our arms to our colleagues at Ajah to keep. Our colleagues from Ajah always brought the arms through the lagoon to Ebute-Metta” he confessed.

Kabiru narrated that when he was in SARS detention, he heard the word of God repeatedly yet did not heed to it.

He said: “Whenever they were preaching to us, I didn’t believe in what they were telling us. It was because my soul was strongly with the devil. I didn’t show any remorse whenever I killed then. It was in the Anti-Cultism detention facility that I began to realise that I had been in darkness”.
“Some of our members killed by the Eiye members were Babalawo, Bebeto, Mapola, Shepe and his friend, Yamuse, Egbo and Obokun. At least 20 others were killed and several others sustained permanent injuries during clashes.”
Kabiru said after the death of their leader, he was supposed to become the next in line. Unfortunately, that was when SARS operatives arrested and detained him for months before he was later released.

He said: “Initially, my parents didn’t know I was a member of Aiye cult group. It was after I was arrested by SARS operatives that my father knew what I was into. My parents threatened to disown me if I didn’t renounce cultism. There was no way I could withdraw from the group. I had gone far and I don’t regret my actions. I don’t also think I can stop killing. So you people should better kill me or I’ll kill more persons” he said.

A 42-year old tenant, Damilare Adeoya, has expressed his satisfaction after he caught his landlord having sex with his wife in his matrimonial bed and he immediately used a cutlass to kill him.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened in Osun State where Adeoya resides with his wife.

The alleged murder was reported to the Police and he was arrested by the Osun State Police Command and is now facing murder charge which attracts life imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty before the Court.

He was said to have also attacked his wife, who sustained life threatening injuries and was rushed to the hospital in order to save her life.

This was confirmed by the Osun State Public Relations Officer, Idrissu Adeboyejo, who said that the suspect was in Police custody undergoing interrogations over the act.
He said the matter has been transferred to the State CID and the suspect will be charged to Court as soon as investigations are concluded.
He said that the suspect caught his wife with the landlord on his matrimonial bed when he got back just after two hours of leaving for work and he has confessed to the crime.

The suspect, who confessed to the crime, said “ I have been suspecting my wife and the landlord for about a month now, so i decided to come back home earlier when i saw a text message my wife had sent to a number saying by 11am”.
“I got in through the kitchen door and went straight to my bedroom where i caught them naked. This is a person my wife do complain about that she so much dislikes not knowing she was saying otherwise.”

“I’m ready to face the law, I really don’t care about what happens at this time.” Adeoya concluded.

A 14-year old girl reportedly collapsed and was hospitalized in Lagos after she was allegedly gang-raped by 7 men, who took turns to penetrate her and damaged her private part in the process.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on Sunday at Alabua area in Orile Agege of Lagos State, where they reside.
It was gathered that a party was held on the street on Sunday night and the victim went to see her sister before she was cornered, threatened by force to remove her pant and the seven guys raped her to the extent that she fainted.
She was rushed to a nearby hospital, Molayo Hospital at Akinleye Street in the area, where doctors battled and saved her life. The victim was said to have been traumatized over the ugly incident and they were said to be mocking her in the area to the extent that she was being monitored in order not to commit suicide because of shame.

A 40-year old frustrated electrician, Victor Edem, has finally committed suicide over his inability to impregnate his wife, who had moved out of their matrimonial home due to the weak erection, which he had suffered for several years.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Okpanam, close to Asaba in Delta State, where he lived with his family.

The Police said that the deceased was found dead on Monday night inside his room hanging on ceiling fan, where he had been living with his wife and son before they got separated last year as a result of the erectile challenge.

Late Edem, a native of Calabar, Cross River State, had confided in one of his friends about the challenge, threatening to take his own life if he could not find a cure to the ailment.

It was also gathered that Mr. Edem had been spending so much money on the ailment to no avail until he got frustrated along the line and decided to commit suicide.

A 35-year old housewife, Mrs. Nkechi Obiora, has confessed to the Police that he was tired of her husband, Obinna, and so he poisoned his food in order to eliminate him to go back to her ex-lover.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect, Mrs. Nkechi, made the confession as she was arrested by the Abia State Police Command for allegedly poisoning her husband, Obinna Obiora.
It was gathered that after she had poisoned her husband, she started having nightmares, confessed to her husband’s family and she was handed over to the Police.

The entire Ozoara Community in Mgbidi, Imo State, was thrown into mourning after a jilted Police Inspector, Kenneth Enamika, attached to 29 PMF, Awka, Anambra State, killed his ex-lover, Oluchi Aputanze and her husband, Cajethan and then killed himself.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the jilted Police officer murdered the couple after he ambushed them, used AK-47 rifle, shot them and ensured that they were dead before he killed himself.
The officer, Kenneth, was said to have done so after Oluchi reportedly deceived him and got married to her husband, Cajethan, after his financial commitment to her.
This was disclosed by the State Police Public Relation Officer, Orlando Ikeokwu, who said that the incident happened on 22nd March, 2020 and has thrown the whole community into a mourning mood.

A 23-year old Secondary School teacher, Azunyere Chima, who was allegedly caught having sex with his student, has told the Police that the girl tempted him while he was doing home work for her in his house.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at the Chima’s house located at Unity Close, Aseese area of Ogun State, while he was doing home work for the victim.

He was arrested by Police operatives from the Ogun State Police Command and he is currently undergoing interrogation over the act.

A 48-year old bricklayer, Johnson Oduleke, has been arrested for allegedly swindling a Lagos lawyer, Barrister Stephen Agbaleke, to the tune of N1.2m.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Grey Close, Jakande Estate area of Lagos, where the shady transaction took place.

It was gathered that the suspect, Oduleke, introduced himself as a building contractor and Barrister Adeleke contracted him to build a three-bedroom apartment for him and gave him the money to start work.
Unknown to Adeleke, the suspect, Oduleke had another thing in mind. He reportedly received the money, bolted away and did not do the work.
The matter was reported to the Police at Ejigbo Division; the Police trailed Oduleke and eventually arrested him after three years.

A 70-year old woman, who had been selling a particular parcel of land for 30 years to different people for about N90m and still retained the land through diabolical means, has finally been demystified and arrested by the Police at Isheri Oshun Division in Lagos.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the woman, Mrs. Niyimotu Onisemo, was arrested by the Police operatives from Isheri Oshun Division led by CSP Chike Ibe, following report that she sold the same land again to one Mrs. Adetundun Marsh to the tune of about N6m and denied her possession after she had made payment.
According to the residents, the two acres of land in question, nicknamed “buy and die”, is actually owned by Mrs. Onisemo and is located at Isheri Oshun, which she had been using to scam innocent buyers for many years.

Facts have emerged on how a 75-year old man, Raphael Mbanyereude, popularly known as Pa Okoye, allegedly defiled two sisters aged 2 and 4 on the same day in Okija town, Anambra State.
P.M.EXPRESS reports as was disclosed by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Haruna Mohammed.
He said that on 17th March, 2020, at about 11:00am, following a formal complaint, Police operatives attached to Okija Division arrested one Raphael Mbanyereude alias (Papa Okoye)’m’ aged 75years of Okija in Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State.
The suspect allegedly had unlawful carnal knowledge with two minors all females, aged 2 and four years (children of same parent) respectively.

A 35-year old man, Uche Okeke, who broke a bottle to stab a lady in a squabble over sex in a hotel in Lagos, has ended up damaging another man’s eye while trying to prevent him from attacking the lady.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the pieces of the bottle he broke pierced into the eye of the victim, Ikenna Okeke, while he was attempting to separate the fight and damaged the eye instantly.
The incident happened at Romeo and Juliet Hotel located at NNPC Junction, Ejigbo area of Lagos.

It was gathered that Uche Okeke went to the hotel to drink, met the lady believed to be a sex worker and they had negotiation over sex. However, the negotiation broke down and there was exchange of words between them. In the process, Uche broke a bottle to stab her and part of bottle hit the victim’s eye.

The victim was said to have bled profusely and was then rushed to the hospital, where doctors confirmed that the left eye had been damaged and the victim cannot see with the eye again.
The matter was reported to the Police and Uche Okeke was arrested.

After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and later charged him before the Ejigbo Magistrates Court for condemning the victim’s eye. He pleaded not guilty. The prosecutor, Supol Kenneth Asibor, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the offence.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. T. O. Shomade, granted him bail and ordered his remand in prison custody pending when he will perfect the bail conditions.The matter was adjourned till 23rd March, 2020.

A cleric, Pastor Jeremiah Godman Iziduh, of House of David Full Gospel Church, located at No. 13 Jemede Avenue off Giwa Amu, GRA Benin City, Edo State, is now in Police net for holding a widow and her five daughters, impregnating two of them while claiming that they were sowed as seeds to his Church by their late father.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the 44-year old Pastor Iziduh forcefully took the widow, Mrs Olulu Akika, as his wife and started sleeping with her. But when he realised that the widow will not be able to bear a child, he started sleeping with her daughters and impregnated two of them remaining three others.
He also said to have collected every documents and property left behind by their late father and claimed that he also sowed them to his Church as seed.
Pastor Iziduh is currently in Police detention undergoing interrogations for the alleged criminal acts and immoral activities perpetrated on late Henry Akika’s family.

Two female school teachers, Bukky Adamu, 25 and Ronke Adekoya, 30, have landed in trouble after they reportedly shaved the bushy hair of a 5-year old pupil inside the school in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Dupwal Montessori School located at Adesola Street off Sanni Balogun Road, Abule Egba area of Lagos.

They were charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for conspiracy and unlawfully shaving the hair of a pupil, Samuel Olayemi, without the consent of his parents.

It was gathered that the School Management had warned the students to tell their parents to shave their busy hair before coming to school or they will do it for them in the school.

However, the boy’s parents did not heed the directive from the School Management and brought him to the school with bushy hair.

During inspection, the boy’s hair was shaved and when he returned home his parents discovered it. They become angry, went to the Oko-Oba Police Station and reported what happened.

The suspects were arrested and charged before the Court for the alleged offence as his parents refused despite pleadings by the School Management and even the Police.

The defendants were arraigned in Court and they pleaded not guilty. The prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since they pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that they actually committed the offence.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. P.E. Nwaka, granted them bail in the sum of N20,000 with one surety in like sum.

However, they were remanded in prison custody pending when they will perfect their bail conditions while the matter was adjourned till 31th March, 2020.

A 39-year old man, Waisu Adedokun, has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly molesting his 16-year old daughter sexually.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Majiyagbe Street, Ipaja area of Lagos, where they reside.

It was gathered that the victim gets traumatised in the house whenever her mother was not around as she begins to entertain thoughts of having to struggle with her father, who desires to have sex with her.
She was said to have kept the traumatic experience away from her mother because she did not know how to say her own father always wants to sleep with her due to shame.
However, when she was unable to bear it any longer, she revealed to her School Counselor what she had been passing through and her fear of returning to their house after school each day.

Police operatives from the Lagos State Command have arrested a 14-year old boy for allegedly engaging two boys aged between 5 and 7 years in anal sex in order to satisfy his sexual desire.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Egundabi Street, Alimosho area of Lagos, where they reside.

The boy is now facing the charge for statutory rape by penetration through the anus which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is found guilty before the Court for the alleged offence.

The Police alleged that the suspect lured the victims, inserted an oily cream to lubricate their anus for easy penetration and thereafter forced his dick into their anus before he was caught in the act.

A 28-year old man, Afonla Yakubu, has finally opened up on why he inserted his finger into the private part of his neighbour’s 4-year old girl in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Yakubu told the Police that he wanted to see how the little girl’s private part looks like and had no intention to molest or rape her.

The incident happened at Balogun Street, Iju, Ishaga area of Lagos, where they reside.

The suspect, Yakubu, reportedly lured the victim to his apartment, removed her pant and inserted his finger into her private part in order to satisfy his sexual desire.

However, he was caught in the act and handed over to the Police at Isokoko Division. Yakubu was detained at the station for interrogation.

A 39-year old housewife, Mrs. Nkechi Agbor, has been arrested by detectives attached to Area C Police Command, Lekki, Lagos for allegedly hiring assassins to eliminate her millionaire husband, Godstime, in order to inherit his property.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Badore Estate, Lekki area of Lagos, where they reside.

Mrs. Nkechi landed in the mess after she discovered that her husband was rich, had properties and she started planning on how to inherit them. The mother of two felt her only option was to eliminate her husband and she reportedly paid assassins the sum of N500,000 in order to kill her husband.

However, it leaked after one of the hired assassins, Festus Onyebuchi, was apprehended and he named her as the person who contracted him to kill her husband. The suspect, Festus, was arrested while trying to break into Mr. Godstime Agbor’s apartment at Badore Estate to not only kill him but also to steal from the house before he was caught in the act.

During investigation, it was discovered that one of those who she hired for the botched assassination was an electrician, simply identified as Chibuzor, who usually worked for Mr. Godstime Agbor.

Festus in his confession said he was contracted by Mrs. Nkechi to kill her husband with the agreement to pay him 500,000 Naira.

“I involved a friend of mine, Mike, and we both went there and hid inside a tricycle waiting for Mr. Godstime, who we were told always opens the gate himself whenever he gets back from work. But on that day, it was his daughter that opened the gate. We went back the next day, it was still his daughter that opened the gate again.”

“On the third day, it was Mr. Godstime that opened the gate and the plan was to rush to stab him in the neck, heart side of the chest and rib.
Mike, who was supposed to kill him, went to urinate and by the time he got back, Mr. Godstime had gone inside and shut the gate. So, out of frustration we went back home.”

“Thereafter, i decided to go to Mr. Godstime’s house alone to steal instead. As i jumped into his compound through the fence, somebody raised alarm which attracted members of a vigilante group in the area, who apprehended me.”
“I regret my actions and i hope i will be given a second chance” he said.

Mrs. Nkechi has reportedly confessed to sending hired assassin to eliminate her husband and her reason was to inherit her husband’s properties.
Police sources said that Nkechi and the other suspects will be charged to Court after the conclusion of investigations.

A 62-year old cleric, Prophet Olugbenga Obiyomi, has been arrested for allegedly defiling a 3-year old girl.

P.M. EXPRESS reports that the Prophet, Obiyomi, who resides at Dayo Adako Close, Idimu, Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State, was said to have committed the act on January 18, 2020 and he was eventually caught in the act.

According to Women’s Rights And Health Project (WRAHP), a Non-Governmental Organisation, that worked with the Ikotun Police Station to ensure justice on the matter, the victim went to the compound of the said Prophet to play when he allegedly grabbed, took her inside his apartment and defiled her.
A test conducted on the victim at Mirabel Centre, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, had since confirmed that she was defiled through penetration.

Advocates for Children and Vulnerable Persons Network, ACVPN, led by Comrade Ebenezer Omajalile has called on the Police at Zone D Command, Mushin, Lagos, to unravel those behind the defilement of of a 4-year old mentally challenged girl inside the school premises.


P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Spring School located at Mukandasi Street, Okota area of Lagos, where the victim was registered as a pupil by her parents.


So far, five members of the School staff including the security guards have been summoned and undergoing interrogations over the alleged assault on the helpless 4-year old victim.

A 35-year old man, Adebayo Oluwatoyin, has landed in trouble after he reportedly lured and forcefully engaged a 20-year old lady in sex in Ilese area of Ikorodu, Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the lady reported the incident to the Police stating that she was lured and forcefully penetrated by the suspect, Oluwatoyin, without her consent.

Police source said that Oluwatoyin tricked the victim, lured her into his apartment and had forceful penetration with threat and she allowed him over safety of her life.

However, after the dastardly act, the lady went to the Police in the area and reported that she was raped by Oluwatoyin. The Police then arrested him and transferred the matter to the Gender Section of the Police Command for interrogation.
During interrogation, Oluwatoyin admitted that he slept with the victim but with her consent while the victim insisted that she was raped.
The Police found him culpable during investigation and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.

The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Supol Benson Emerhi, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice since it was a case of rape.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule-Amzat, ordered the defendant to be remanded in prison custody without an option of bail.

The Court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice while the defendant will remain in prison custody pending when the DPP’s advice will be ready. The matter was adjourned till 6th April, 2020.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the defendant may be transferred to the High Court if the DPP finds him culpable and recommends that he should be tried for the alleged offence before the Court in Lagos.

A 30-year old lady, Ayomide Olatunji, did the unthinkable at a Police Station in Lagos by slapping a female Police Inspector, Modupe Francis, while on duty and dared the consequences in the presence of other Police officers.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ejigbo Police Division, Lagos, where Modupe Francis is serving as an investigative officer.
The slapping incident shocked everyone present at the Police Station including the victim, Modupe, who was performing her lawful duty at the station when the incident happened.

It was gathered that the lady, Ayomide Olatunde, had issue with her neighbour, who then reported to the Police and she was invited over to the Police Station in order to resolve the matter.
However, while the matter was being resolved, Ayomide kept shouting on top of her voice and the officer, Modupe, was said to have cautioned her but she rather became more angry and gave her dirty slaps.

The victim’s face got swollen and she was taken to an undisclosed hospital for treatment while Ayomide was immediately arrested. She was later charged before the Ejigbo Magistrates Court for assault.
She pleaded not guilty before the Court.

The prosecutor, Supol Kenneth Asibor, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since she pleaded not guilty for the Police to prove that she was actually committed the offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. T.O.Shomade, granted her bail in the sum of N50, 000 with one surety in like sum.

She was remanded in prison custody pending when she will perfect her bail conditions. The matter was adjourned till 6th April, 2020.

A 24-year old man, Daniel Udeme, who allegedly engaged an 11-year old girl in sex has denied the rape charge against him and told the Police that under aged girls enjoy sex more in Ajegunle area of Lagos and it is not seen as rape.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Udeme was arrested and detained by the Police operatives but later transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command, Lagos, for defiling the victim because of her age.

The incident happened at Ogbowankwo Lane, Ajegunle area of Lagos, where they reside.
It was gathered that the parents of the victim got to know and reported the alleged rape to the Police in the area and Udeme was arrested and detained for interrogation.

During interrogation, Udeme reportedly told the Police that girls within such age bracket usually have sex without any disturbance in their area and the victim never complained that she was raped because she consented to it before they embarked on the romp before her parents knew.
However, the Police found Udeme culpable and later charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for defilement which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty before the Court.

The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. P.E. Nwaka, ordered him to be remanded in prison custody without an option of bail.

The Court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice. The matter was adjourned till 16th April, 2020.P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the matter may be transferred to the High Court if the DPP finds him culpable and recommends his trial for the alleged offence.

A 70-year old native doctor, Olawole Shodolamu, arrested for buying human skull at a cemetery has confessed to the Police in Lagos that he bought the human parts from cemetery attendant in order to prepare strong charms for his clients.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Shodolamu was arrested by the Police operatives with two other suspects namely Dauda Tijani, 42 and Seun Falana, 32.

The Police did not disclose the kind of charms he used the human parts to prepare and those who patronise him.This was confirmed by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bala Elkana, who stated that the three suspects were in Police custody undergoing interrogation.

He said that on 1st March, 2020, at about 1330 hours, a team of Policemen from Area E Command, FESTAC Town, while on routine stop and search patrol at Alakija Bus Stop along Lagos-Badagry Expressway, intercepted one Dauda Tijani ‘m’ 42 years old of No. 23 Omomwunmi Street, Orege Ajegunle, with a black polythene bag containing a human skull.
He confessed that he was sent by one herbalist, Olawale Shodolamu ‘m’ 70 years old to collect the skull from a cemetery attendant.

DSP Elkana said that the said herbalist was also arrested and he claimed that he bought the human skull from one Seun Falana ‘m’ 37 years old, a staff of Trinity Cemetery Ajegunle, at the sum of ten thousand Naira only (N10,000).
That he usually grinds the human skull together with other substances to prepare herbs and charms for his clients. DSP Elkana explained that the third suspect was equally arrested and he confessed digging graves to remove human skulls in order to sell to herbalists.

He said that investigation is ongoing and the suspects will soon be charged to Court after the conclusion of investigations by the Police.

A 29-year old lady, Miss Taiwo Alabi, has been arrested for allegedly conspiring with her lover, Samuel Arowolo, to steal a member’s Toyota car inside Church premises.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Celestial Church of Christ Church located at Akesan Road, Egan area of Lagos, where both the suspects and the owner of the car, Idowu Babatunde, are Church members.

It was gathered that Miss Taiwo met the owner of the car, Babatunde, at the Church and told him that her lover, Arowolo, wanted to buy the car and asked him to bring the car worth N1.6m for her lover to see before he would pay the money.

The owner, Babatunde, agreed and brought the unregistered car to the Church premises as they had agreed with hope that they were members of the Church.

However, the suspects proved the owner wrong as Arowolo asked the owner for key to the car, which he gave it to him; he drove the car and escaped from the Church premises.

When the owner waited for Arowolo to bring back the car or pay the agreed amount to no avail, the owner reported the matter to the Police at Igando Division. Hence, Miss Taiwo was arrested to bring the suspect but she was unable to do so.

The Police later trailed and arrested Arowolo. After interrogation and having been found culpable, the Police charged him alongside his lover, Taiwo, before the Ejigbo Magistrates Court for conspiracy and stealing the car at the Church premises.

They pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Supol Kenneth Asibor, asked the Court to give a date for hearing to enable the Police to prove that they actually committed the alleged offence.

A housewife, Mrs. Adedoyin Agunbiade, has gone to Court seeking for the dissolution of her 17-year old marriage with her husband, Ezekiel, who also claimed that he was tired of paying her money before he sleeps with her.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Mrs. Adedoyin told Oja Oba/ Mapo Customary Court, Mapo, Ibadan, Oyo State, that she was tired and no longer interested in the marriage with her estranged husband, Ezekiel Agunbiade.
Mrs. Adedoyin told the Court that her estranged husband, Ezekiel, was an irresponsible man and had threatened her life through constant beating during their years of marriage.
But in response, Ezekiel expressed his satisfaction over her decision to seek for divorce stating that his 17-year old marriage with her was turbulent to the extent that she insisted that he must pay her before he will have sex with her.
Mrs. Adedoyin told the Court that her marriage to Ezekiel was filled with crisis. She, therefore, pleaded for it to be dissolved and the custody of their four children granted her so that she could give them adequate care.
