WHY I DROPPED RELIGION

Friend let’s talk about religion, I wanna share my THOUGHTS and explain WHY I dropped religion. I wrote a book titled “Mystery School” where I shared most of what I’m going to write now.

Religion plays a big part in so many peoples lives; it has its PROS and CONS but I’m gonna have to admit that there’s a lot of POSITIVITY one can BENEFIT from being or belonging to a religious movement. It teaches great MORAL VALUES. I don’t honestly think that it’s wrong to have a religion but I want to enlighten something that I’ve learned throughout the years:

Religion was INITIALLY established to HELP humans CONNECT with a higher force/ energy also known as a Deity/God. That was what religion was all about in the beginning.

But with TIME, the whole CONCEPT of religion got twisted by men using it as a mean to CONTROL and have POWER over people. Turning it into a wholesome set or RULES and CHECKLIST that people have to follow in order to get an afterlife REWARD. Sadly many people have gone astray of its original purpose and have settled to live life accordingly to what EXPECTED of them by MEN.

Religion has become a SYSTEM that got many people stuck within because of the fears derived from teachings of certain DOCTRINES; FEARS of JUDGEMENT, REJECTION or going to HELL. Religion puts people in a box, it narrows perspectives and teaches people what to THINK and WHO to be. It’s a label and a platform that SEPARATES people and creates COMPLEXES. And any platform of life that tries to get into your thinking era and build you into someone you know you aren’t deep within, is a SYSTEM. When you feel OBLIGATED to be who you’re not, when you’re afraid to be your true self, whenever you feel in BONDAGE, know that you’re under a system.

I journeyed outside of the religious spectrum after I came into this realization :

God is NOT a dictator!!! There’s no such thing as following a ritual that’s totally OPPOSED to the kind of calling placed within your person. If your religion is requiring you to be who you know you only can become by FALSIFYING your identity, then know that that AIN’T God.

If religion was established to connect with God, then we don’t need to be religious we need to be in a RELATIONSHIP with this God. Now, if within our relationship we feel CONVICTED to being religious in order to strengthen our BOND with this God, then we got to do as we are guided; it’s all an INDIVIDUAL epiphany.

For example:

If you feel convicted by your inner person, to let’s say start a church. That being your vision and conviction makes it YOUR truth and you therefore are expected to follow what’s being asked of you to do by whoever’s inspired you to do it, but you having this conviction DOESN’T mean everyone around you also has to do the same thing unless they also have the SAME conviction. Otherwise that would be considered a RELIGION.

Religion is pretty much doing what EVERYONE else is expecting of you, relationship is doing what God is expecting of you and every relationship is DIFFERENT.

RELIGION is pleasing men, relationship is pleasing GOD. Religion is listening to men, relationship is following the VOICE of God. And sadly many people are religious and few are in relationships. This is why there are so many CONFUSED souls out there.

This is also why people live in HYPOCRISY and self-deception. Religion can poison your soul especially when you feel like you own people an explanation about your truth. They will judge you regardless of what you do, so follow that whisper, and come to this realization that there’s no such thing as a relationship between you, God and other people. It’s you and God. You and God ALONE!

God has no religion, He’s LOVE. And If your religion is causing you to spread less love around the world then know that God ISNT a part of it!

Is it only me that feels "Psalm 51" is not used in the right order?
It has become a recitation just like "Psalm 23".
Christians knowingly goes into sin with the hope of coming back to read the psalm 51 verses glued at the back of their door.
They don't longer feign ignorance of known sin. Psalm 51 is the latest confession song.
So my pastor said we should skip our bible pages to psalm 51, then am like ; "what has really been happening"?
Why not literally confess your sins and get saved than teasing " Pslam 51".? Is it right to say Christians are mis-using the potency of "Psalm 51"?
Every Sunday, the pastor rounds up the sermon with " Psalm 51". I understand there is "grace", but does "grace" encourage sinful lifestyle?. Sometimes , my mind thoughts are adrift of so called Christian denominations. Am not saying "Psalm 51" shouldn't be versed or recited, but how does it feel for the same person running to its verses every day for "Mercy".
Christianity doesn't stop at salvation, Sanctification should follow suit.

PROTOCOLS,

It thrills me with great sense of enthusiasm and penchant humility to stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, and mindful of the sacrifices borne by our students. It is a no mean historical coincidence as to today student union government executives’ inauguration which is the 6th executive house in the series and the 2nd taking place under the administration of the 4th vice chancellor of this great institution.

I want to begin by saying that the almighty has indeed blessed our citadel of learning with good leadership as we are currently experiencing under the administration of our indefatigable, magnanimous, affable and student friendly vice chancellor in the person of Prof. M.S Abdulkadir who has over these few years of his administration proven coherently that he is the perfect vice chancellor that our institution needs at this critical time that every part of the society is clamoring for good leadership to salvage our society from current its current state of decadence, for under his leadership, the vice chancellor and his management has achieved many great feat and has sets many records in this university which will forever speak even in centuries to come. On behalf of Nigerian student I want to say a very big thank you sir and we pray that God almighty continue to bless and guide you for us (Amen).

As I have stated across different platform during my campaign and manifesto that the propelling force of my ambition is to serve and protect that which is the collective interest of the Nigerian student both within and outside the school campus and most importantly to reconcile the interest of the student community and that of the school management. On this note I have come to present to you all the Blueprint to achieving our five points agenda.

1. WELFARE
In the aspect of achieving greater welfare goal, the school management has been ensuring that the institution has an improved welfare services for the students and this is what our administration intends to commemorate by ensuring that we have a viable and effective transportation system at a lower cost. This also goes to include constant electricity supply in our various halls of residence as well as having an improved healthcare delivery system through the establishment of the TISHIP committee (TERTIARY INSTITUTION SOCIAL HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM) which is the only committee through which the interest of the students can be well represented in the affairs of our healthcare service delivery. And lastly as touching welfare, we have put in place various techniques and tactics to alleviate the suffering of our students in the various hall of residence by setting up a committee that will have the welfare director as chairman and one representative from various hall of residence as member to ensure that the challenges of various hall of residence are well attended to.

2. SECURITY
As touching the issue of security, it is visible to the blind and audible to the deaf that the chief security coordinator of the university in the person of Rtd. Maj. Adama as a matter of fact proven beyond reasonable doubt that we can have a safe university community where criminality and other social vices can be curbed. This administration planned to sustain this by complementing the efforts and activity of the university security unit to improve the security of life and property of every student. In our bid to curb the insecurity challenge in the school coupled with indiscriminate arrest of our student both within and outside the school premises, we have liaise with the school management to fast track the release of the students identity cards for distribution to ensure proper and easy identification of our students.

The management of Kogi State University (KSU), Anyigba has requested for military patrol teams to help implement the 'No School Fees, No Examination' policy of the institution.

In a letter signed by the chief security coordinator of the institution, Major Adama (rtd), the Army patrol teams will "jointly operate with other security staff to provide conducive environment for the examination inform of show of force and intermittent campus patrols".

This, according to Adama, is due to the fact that the management has directed that only students that paid their school fees and other outstanding fees will be allowed to write the semester examinations.

He noted that the policy is already "causing some tension on the campus"

Especially for this purpose in Google Analytics you may use utm parameters in the urls and Google Analytics will automatically create Campaigns and will be showing all the traffic sources separately from each other.



To start using Campaigns you need to simply add some text to your website's link, for example:

Here we see 3 parameters:

utm_medium: Here you are expected to put the medium of the advertising, for example: Banner, Text Ad etc.
