I no even remember snap anything but I started my day with one can of black Bullet, followed by white rice, stew and salad with chicken. During the day, one bottle of Vita Milk and later Malt. For now I can't eat again till tomorrow.

My regular sleeping position is face-up, so whenever it happens, I will face down but sleep wouldn't come. I had to find a way out and it worked.

I learnt how to sleep sideways after making research on best sleeping position. Is not really good sleeping upwards except you want to embark on Astra traveling. Ur sleeping position is one of the factors. Try something new with time you get adapted to it.

I expressed all this but I'm free. Sometimes sleeping position can be the cause, opening your windows at night with direct breeze to your body, Can be another factor. Don't watch horror movie before going to bed too.

The one that really happened to me that I was even contemplating between demonic attack and sleep paralysis. I saw a human using his two kneels to hold down my spine. It wasn't funny but the only thing I usually say is "I can't go this way" because at that point is like struggling between life and death.

But when u don't imagine it happening to you at night the lesser the chances of u been attack.
