Heard about the destroyed liquor this morning on the news. Yet these companies pay taxes.

I think it's time to separate alcohol taxes before sharing tha national cake and share the alcohol taxes among the states that consume it.

Honestly this made me laugh.

Not attached to anything though I find the marvel movies more entertaining than DC.

That being said I did enjoy aquaman. It was light with a touch of seriousness. The story was straight forward. The visuals were stunning. It wasn't dark like the other DC movies.

Aquaman is DC.

Cool.

Aquaman is underwater wakanda.

Still I really enjoyed it. Not as dark as the other DC movies some laughs here and there. Solid visuals. Good action sequence and mad ass tracks.

Solid 8. Though critics murdered the movie

Crimes of grindelwald. Now this movie was smooth. That's the only way to describe it. I really enjoyed it.

Funny enough the movie was the building block for a continuation of the franchise and I didn't feel cheated. Solid 8.


Now watching aquaman. Got a HDTC copy that is clear and watchable . So far so good

I watched the movie 'Me before you' sometime ago. Really 'sweet movie'. Never knew it is in book form until now.

You must be new to downloading latest movies. Any movie you see now that's still in the cinema is camrip bleeped up.

I wanted to download a 1GB aquaman butnit kept failing cos the site is something else. I decided the universe was speaking and abandoned the process.

Cinema or I wait till February.

Mary Poppins.

Lots of singing and dancing and magical interactions for children.

Regular snooze fest. Dozed through most of the movie but the kids loved it.

So.

Went to the cinema with a group of friends with some kids.

Turns out aquaman is R15. Whatever the fickle that means. I've seen kids during avengers infinity war and justice league.


I can't ditch them so I'll review Mary Poppins later.

Take a look at the world you live in and tell me that humans are running out of land.

There is so much empty land in the world.
What humans are lacking is housing.
Population is growing and humans are looking for places to live.
So more estates are built and more cities are developed.

Take a road trip or a plane to another state in Nigeria.
When you are in a plane, do look down.
You will see the massive stretch of empty land with no houses or infrastructures.
Just trees and vegetation.

Humans are not running out of land.. Duh.

Humans are running out of land and available resources here on planet earth. That's not fiction.

However the marvel universe is fiction.

Thanos motivation is uninspiring and the plan to save the universe by wiping out 50% of life is moronic.

Population will grow again in about a decade.
So Thanos has to snap again every 10 years.

Plus whenever he snaps, gauntlet gets damaged.

Is this what he will be doing every 10 years

Why not double food and put an end to world hunger using reality stone.

BTW the gauntlet doesn't cherry pick which part of the world to spare.
So the areas in the world with abundant food would still be cut in half.

Moronic plan.

Did Marvel studios think only children and teenagers will watch this film
That it will not be easy to poke a hole in Thanos master plan.

Thanos is just another Doomsday villain who thinks he's saving the world.



As far as motivations and plans are concerned, I have seen better villains in super hero films.

Half of all life can never be replaced in 100 years not to talk of 10. If half of the worlds 7 billion people are wiped out in one " snap" we won't see that population again in the next 200 years.

The plan has logic to it but as I said its unethical.

Food growth cannot meet up population explosion. So reduce the population.

@bolded That is my biggest grouse with fans of that movie.For a character to divide a whole population in two and choose a side that'll live and die without consideration of the families that'll be destroyed because "resources have to be managed" and viewers support a character with a genocidal mindset like that.Seriously,humankind is in deep poo.

The division was purely random. No point to it that's what makes it perfect. If he decided on a criteria for selection then it's pointless compared to random genocide ( for the good of all).

The point of resources have to be managed is logical too as I said but unethical.

1 to 4 no seem nor am I interested.

Justice league ain't thrash it's just there. Though the only point in the movie was superman showing he was the overpowered superhero. He even held wonder woman lasso and dragged her with it. Highlight of the movie. Batsman was dumb not to come there with some kryptonite.

Wonderwoman. Fair but cannot be watched again.

Logan was nice. Strong 7.

Black panther over rated. But taking into consideration the African setting, costumes and cinematography it's a fair movie. Equal to wonder woman in my opinion.

9 and 10 mot seen yet. Downloaded but no time.

Atomic blind you're right average. Entertaining but forgettable

A quiet place.. a new experience. I loved it but it's got just one shine.

John wick 3. 1 and 2 exposes violence at a new level. Really good .

Bumble bee .. might see this tomorrow

The movie was too cartooney but the way its fanboys sang its praise annoyed and still annoys me.
Thanos was even the worst part of that trainwreck.He was overpowered and his motivation was uninspiring and grotesque

Thanos had a point. Resources weren't enough so he had to reduce population. That's logical but unethical.

He was the most powerful being in the universe meaning he was a "god". Even thor had a hard time with him minus his hammer.

I enjoyed infinity war it was the climax of MCU. I want to say this that end game will ne the highest grossing movie of 2019 possibly of all time.

Watch and see.

I am a fan of your ecclectic taste in tv shows and movies but I find some of your choices in both movies and shows suspect.Personally,i believe Avengers:Infinity War was an over-stuffed mess of a movie but many ignored its flaws because of the movies' nonstop fan service

You have to over look the flaws to enjoy the movie.

Thanos decided to personally collect the stones himself and to show how bad he was he did it in one movie. Lol.

Ita a crazy movie and I love it.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse.

Well, that was different... and completely enthralling. Complicated premise, but so well written, that you it would have sucked if it were otherwise. Top notch execution from start to finish. Genuinely funny lines throughout.  I loved the animation style and the visuals. Also, top OSTs.

Gotta say, it's a great time to be a Spider-Man fan. I mean, look at 2018. So far, we've gotten:

- Spider-Man in Avengers: Infinity War
- Marvel's Spider-Man (PS4 Game)
- Venom
- Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse.

In the past 17 months, we've had two Spider-Man films and a video game released (Four, if you count movies in which he's not the main character or present), and one of these films featured eight versions of the character - yup, eight! Tbh,I  really don't have a single complaint about this latest addition. It was pure fun, from start to finish.

8.1/10. My 3rd best movie of the year.

Every single review destroyed this movie that's why I didn't bother. Surprised you got to watch it.

Passed there yesterday.

My guys in the area said it was like hell. They woke up to see fire burning on the road. Had to run out fast.

Luckily for them the edge of the flames got to their area and they were able to put it out


People who collected the fuel will be watching now hope karma comes back to them.

Well it was killed by a hunter that's his job tonight and kill to eat. So I can't blame him.
