mr man you ar sounding 2 me like u can abadon ur father of 83 even if he is a deep drunker.
Guy av a heart
may u live an old age with ur family and ur home in good health in Jesus name
maybe its a way God is using for him to reconcile with his family, nt everybody live 2 that age (83)
whr is d strength 4 em to work
This is an emotional response. My mind doesn't work that way.

I never said the guy should work. Some people have thier folks live with them till they die of old age. I have no problem with that. But when the guy is a drunk and probably has people coming to drag you for debt he owed due to drinking. WTF!!!.

I have discovered that many people just drop a kindness response and move on. The fact that the family abandoned him tells a lot. My response was due to the very last statement which was stylishly placed there. So as not to ruin the entire story. The journalist also knows the truth even the motor park people.

It is what it is.

Thanks for sharing the other side of the story. Its actually enough to get the student angry and upset. That was very inconsiderate. I can imagine some that will miss gaining admission into the university this year because of this terrible decision
But violence is never the answer, especially looking at how young they are. What happens if later in life their university upsets them? They will burn houses?
The decision is logical. If you can't pass mock why waste gov't money waste your own. last I heard the 5credits is required he scaled it down to 4 and yet they are rioting.

They should all be made to pay for the damages then the real culprits names would leak out

On the admission thing how do you gain admission if you can't get 5credits to start with.

Modified....

Reading on I just noted that the govt informed the students late concerning th a payment of the fees. Now that is very wrong. If prior to this exam gov't has always paid then they should have been informed at the start of the school calendar on this change.

It is unfair to just ask someone to make payments that he hasn't prepared for. Imo aregbe did something very wrong but that doesn't justify the damages to gov't property. What should be done now is to make penalties the school involved in the destruction as well as postpone this decision till next year, informing the incoming class of the rule.

That being said if only 14 children could make 4 credits in a mock exam what are they going to do in waec?

but he has the strenght to drink, mr man you most likely come from a stable home.

i have seen first hand what unstable fathers do to families. note i am not referring to fathers who arent rich, am talking of fathers who arent rich and still act as a source of embarasement to the family. guy as you said what normal family would leave thier father in his 80s to stay on the streets. he chose that life i am very sure,

family probably said choose between this life and us and he chose.

As I said the books were written with talent. The tv show doesn't even meet up though the characters are good.

The trip now is the possibility of divergence since they are now at par.

Looking forward to May and the winds of winter.

This would be the first book I might buy in a long time.

The last paragraph showed that he is a no good drunkard.

Sometimes he drinks and smokes because of lack of family care. Unrepentant drunkard.

Am suretyhe family abandoned him due to his activities and here is is lying against them.

We need to clean up these institutions. I heard that peeps have already started tamperingnwith he prepaid meters.

That can only be do be in connivance with a nepa official. We ned reorientation in his country. Starting from the top.

The gov't has to try and give monitored prepaid meters. Nobody needs to go about cutting light. Just buy your card and pay your bills. What's the big deal. If phone and data companies can do it.

The issue is unconfirmed bills. They estimate and give to you. You pay and they chop.

Nigerians we need to start afresh not for our sakes but our children's sakes.

ImO you should have done payment on delivery pattern if he do want agree kindly go to an auto shop and LOOK at what you want then pay and roll.

I have bought two cars on order the last one with complete payment cos I trusted the guy and he delivered. Face to face.

Online thing don't work like that. Many criminals are roaming.

The thing is he didn't want to dupe you but greed pushed him based on Nigerians accepting anything.

It is well. Involve the police.

I may not know a lot about the NA
But I knw a lot about international military standards..the NA has little or no regard for the civil populace
I can say this anywea until there is a change in the system
I still believe that your attitude towards our uniformed fellow Nigerians speaks a lot.

Agreed we have a lot of imbeciles tainting the sacredness of the uniform but we still have to give those who are repping a chance.

I assure you that girls career is over. I know how the NDA works. I have seen people kicked out on the night of Pop. People with big names attached to them

We need to know our rights and also understand the individual you are dealing with may not be your intellectual mate and is used to dealing with petty folks.

Answer them properly and they won't bug you. Speaking from personal experience.

@ daretodiffer. You really live up to your name.

GOT is one of the masterpieces of this lifetime. The series doesn't evennbreatje life into the books. I watched the first two seasons before I found out it was based on a book. I immediately got all books and have read them thrice. It's that powerful.

But it's not for everyone. I can't expect everyone to enjoy it. Leave it for those of us who do.

As I said earlier. The CGI is poor but I like the story line. I started reading the books again because of this series.

Crixus doesn't portray allanon as the books say. Secondly I think they need some more cash thrown into the series. It's a very long one.

The actors are trying but the graphics is unsatisfactory.

I would keep on watching it.

Ps even if heroes reborn continues am out.

Can't just believe this! Dat girl is just a cadet for crying out loud,I bet you she will be dismissed with immediate effect because she was not taught that and no instructor will teach you to bully or maltreat any civilian, some people just have this demi-god attitude in them before joining the job. I've bn in the service for years now and I've not raised my hand on any civilian before. It's just a privilege to serve your people, the civilians and not to fight them.
What she did was a slap to the Academy and surely her stay in the academy has come to an end. It's very unfortunate.
Many peeps don't know how the system works. That girl's career is over. they won't make no is about it just quietly bounce her. Cos it's still a shame to them. This is an officer in training for gods sake.

Her own don be. She'll think back to that day with regrets

The cgi isn't that spectacular. I read some of the books that's why I am interested.
