But the order of the FCT high court came first, that means the chairman is already removed before the Edo court ruling.
The order of the FCT high court was made against Julius abure while the present one is directed against labour party.

seanfer:
The first order of the FCT high court stands. What the LP and Abure should have done is to go to a higher court which is appeal court and get stay of execution.
Benin high court can’t over rule the fct high court’s decision.
This is a different case.
Politics › Re: 25% In FCT Is Compulsory — Dr Olisa Agbakoba, SAN. by Armaggedon: 6:29pm On Apr 05, 2023
Throwback:
But Falana shared his opinion also before the election, saying it is not a requirement to get any 25% in Abuja as it has no special electoral status.

Besides who is Mike Igini in the scheme of things? Is he INEC National Chairman or is he a justice of the supreme Court such that his personal opinion should elicit any response from any political party or their candidates?

Or did you see Mike Igini at the National Collation Center?

Every irrelevant opinion remains just that.
Falana's position wasn't clear because he was talking about winning FCT. No one talked about winning FCT but getting 25%

whatever is the case, i'd rather go with people like Agbkoba who shared their current position before the election and not those who were silent when yiaga africa and mike igini were hammering before election that a winner must get 25 percent in FCT, only to discredit the requirement when their preferred candidate failed to meet it

No, he doesn't have sense. It's the person who writes thought as 'tot' that has sense.

Is it hard to name one tribe you igbos genuinely like?
It's hard if the person is a pig because pigs don't have good eye sight. If however the person is human enough, he will know that an ethnic group that dominates the three major cities in Nigeria viz lagos Abuja and Portharcourt economically, and enjoys more genuine goodwill within and outside nigeria more than any other ethnic group, must have been more open minded than that ethnic group that thinks that jealousy and pugnacity can save it from reaching the abyss of human development index, such that they had to beat up their own sister over ordinary electoral choice.

I presume it's fake news but if true then that's a new low from the mob administration in lagos. Eze ndigbo is the leader of Igbos everywhere outside Igboland, just like sarkin hausawa. They do not get authority from the government or enter their payroll. The government can choose not to recognize them or work with them but certainly has no power to 'abolish' it.

N3TRAL:
The biggest American companies have their production factories in China because of lower cost of production. The 20th century witnessed a disruptive change in the Labour laws of the west. The cost of factors of production, especially Labour and Land, could double the prices of finished products. China was the choice destination for Western capitalists specializing in production.

China started to thrive because of technology transfer from America and other Western countries. Tough production by biggest phone manufacturers like Apple to easier production by sports wear producers like Adidas are done in Chinese factories where there are lacunae in labour legislations.

Yes, Japan can be classified as one of the most homogeneous countries in the world. I've always held the opinion that Germany and Japan occupy Engineering's top spot. However, despite the uniqueness of Japanese technology and their ingenuity, China's economy is larger and China is more powerful in international politics.

Japan represents a country with limited foreign investments than China and China has displaced the former Asian powerhouse.

I won't talk about America, everyone knows that they're the most open to foreign investments.

Let's talk about the United Kingdom. Sports, particularly football, contributes reasonably to their economy. Who are the biggest investors in English sports? Foreigners. Russian Abramovich, Americans and recently the oil rich countries of the gulf region. If UK closed its territory to foreign investors, sports wouldn't contribute as much as it does to its economy. The EPL wouldn't be the biggest league- facts.
You have a big problem with comprehension. Never did i say foreign investment cannot develop an economy but you have been blabbing out of point because ethnic passion has beclouded your sense of reasoning. The key drivers of economic growth are innovation/inventions, hardwork and good leadership. These made US the global economic powerhouse starting from late 19th century and not foreign investment. Presently, foreign Direct investment account for less than 2% of their GDP.

Every country wants to make their country a breeding ground for innovation. They fund their best schools and make sure it's dominated by their citizens. This is why the west encourage brain drain from Africa, while China go for intellectual property theft from the west. Every country wants to drive it's innovation process. Foreign investment is always secondary because foreign investors are never loyal. Western brands were the first tool the west used against Russia when they invaded Ukraine. Mc donald was hesitant to leave because it has a local competitor willing to grab their market share.

Japan is still the third biggest economy in the world irrespective of what you think and it's driven largely locally. In terms of population to GDP ratio, it's performing better than China. Again, for every US manufacturer that moved a branch to China, there are three homegrown Chinese brands. Most smartphones you use in your country are chinese. If England have local buyers, foreigners wouldn't own their clubs. You think same people making racist chants every match day will be happy to allow foreigners own their clubs if they are able to take ownership themselves? Go and read about 51% rule in German football club ownership.

I repeat, every country wants investment whether home grown or foreign. But the ones dominated by homegrown brands that have gone global don't know how blessed they are.

Imo, Bayelsa, and Enugu have no place on that list because they have no opportunities.

Those states are mostly for spending money and relaxation.
