All there animals and even more can be found in Kano zoo except the aquatic section of the zoo.

Cultural stuff and fanfare.

Get the society moving positively is what we are asking for.

No good road, no 24 hours electricity, no good school, unpaid workers, no good health care, poor hospitals, poverty all over the land etc

He is busy spraying white clays -

If you want to bleach your skin, this is the grade and level of perfection you should be aiming for.

You do realize she bleached her skin?

You do realize her daughter's color has also started to whiten?

Don't argue, use a way-back google image search.
She is naturally light skin.
She may be using a good moisturizer and stayed away from the sun.

If you have moral issues with your job then don't sign up for it or leave. There are some positions you will see things and hear things. It's irresponsible to go leaking out things you are privy to as a result of your position

If we start with everyone, should doctors be leaking their patients health results to the public, lawyers be leaking what their clients told them or NASA scientists and defence contractors be leaking official documents?
Different situation - only if it will affect the whole country yes they should. If you are a psychologist and your patient told you he is about to bomb the city, showing you all the stuff he will be using - won't you say something ?

Suspect pips here have no familial responsibilities.
How do you sit down with your kids Infront of a Tv and watch same sexx people kissing?
If rather wear skin clothes, live in a cave, light up my house with reeds and twirl wood sticks to light up my cooking stove Than sit with my kids and see two men or two women exchange saliva.
Do you watch RuPaul? A very nice show!
"Pose" was really cool to watch cheesy

Wait! You snooze and the kids took your fore finger through the scanner and unlocked the phone ? You didn't wake up when they carried your fore finger?

What kind of REM sleep was that grin
How many wrap of pounded yam did you eat ?
Zzzzzzquil ? grin
I like your kids grin

basilico:
Stop soiling the thread .

Kids today are very sharp. was using fingerprint to unlock phone. Kid would pick the phone when I'm snoozing, run my left fore finger thru the scanner and unlock the phone.
Once they changed my password and there was a fight but you can't fight yourkids. When they outsmart to you.

Sometimes you make sense. Go back to your original handle and join the sane people here because you make sense at times.

I don’t really use it either.
I got some one time and I didn’t like the smell. To me it didn’t make too much of a difference in the taste. Maybe mine wasn’t fresh? I bought from a store here. Anyway I don’t go out of my way to find it
The way they process it shocked is the problem. Storage too. I do see it but won't buy ogiri/okpei/dawadawa here.
Fermentation cross to rotten process.
I eat kimchi, sauerkraut, yogurt etc. Serve the same purpose.

Ogiri okpei like others like it is a probiotic.

In this side of the world, we don't recognise probiotics.
Google it and the benefits.

All parts of the world have one kind of fermented product they use in cooking from centuries ago.
If you go to some Asian countries, you get probiitics in drug shops.

Now, probiotic help you wade of inflammations live longer and healthier life.
No South esian cuisine is complete without all those smelly and sour stuffs. Wonder why they live longer and healthier than us kiss

Palm wine, pap water etc are examples of how we get these nutrients we neglect but our body needed desperately.

I use these(picture) and some others to make my noodles. Our version is ogiri, ogiri okpei, iru etc.
Not Maggi, knorr cube and Co.
We need those sour and stinking stuffs more than we need our rice and foofoo.

Even anything pickled. We are lucky our veggies are more like herbs.

We were not schooled enough.
No awareness on healthy nutrition.

Another area we lack is veggies.
We don't eat veggies at all.
We never use fire kill all the active good bacteria in okpei/ogiri so ?

Well it depends on the kinda hotel you’re looking at (your budget)and the location you’re in...premier hotel is cool but it’s old it’s so it’s mostly used by business people, government officials and politicians...

If you tell me the area you’re gonna be in and what your budget is I can make a suggestion of good hotels in that location for you.
Top for me is 100 % security, clean environment and great customer service etc
I just need a list of Top hotels and areas they are to research on.
Thanks.

Aha. A whole lot o.. It has a standard Golf course, A Lake. Inshort a resort and one of the very very best in Nigeria if not in Africa.

It is a research institution. You can be there and you will think you are in Europe.

However you can't get in unless you make reservation online. It is free to enter but not free to use facilities in there.

You need to visit
Thank you so much! Do you stay in ibadan ?
Wait, a resort ? Nice! Can I book a week long stay/reservation inside ?
