Kobojunkie, Kobojunkie, Kobojunkie - how many times did I called you grin

Cooked yam and palm oil for sacrifice na.

Some food are like that.
You'd have to eat it many times to get to like it. Sometimes - tastes/smell/color/way of cooking etc of foods bring out the psychology in our brain interpretation of a meal. Then nothing would make you accept the food. Food psychology grin

Keep trying and one day banga will hit the chord.

BlueRayDick:
I’ve tried the soup at a fancy restaurant , tired same at a local restaurant and still wasn’t impressed . I even bought rice in market when I saw some guys specifically asking the woman for ofe akwu instead of normal stew to go with the rice , yet the thing was just not hitting the chord like I had envisaged .

BlueRayDick:
That’s a given o. U know the base for the stew is made from the palm fruit (the same one used to extract palm oil ) ….
I have tried the banga rice. The soup - not yet. Just thought too much oil.
Maybe one day I will taste it. I do see some at the store but undecided.

soup Amara and gbegiri and that one that draws. That mixture I really like it
I like the one made from green plantain eaten with just nicely made beef stew. I think amala from green plantain is sweet and that's why I like it.
I will try gbegiri one day.

BlueRayDick:
Unpopular but personal opinion: I think Banga soup is overrated . I’ve had it different times at different places , prepared by different people and I still can’t get around the hype . I’ve had it with rice , with Eba and yet I just find it to be basic ; I don’t rate it higher than normal stew sef.

Recently I’ve grown fond of Afang soup and o’boi that’s one good soup when taken with pounded yam and cold water , u will forget the problems of this world for hours.
From what i have seen, i also think the palm oil is too much.

How can you live in the future when you haven't lived today ?

So far today no business. No business = no money to live. Mama that refused the idea, is she bringing in sources of income to care for papa ?

Op, will selling it bring big money to keep everyone afloat for years ?

Lady, go into college and get that degree. That's when you make a differentce. She shouldn't spend her time talking about the ills of system but get a decent degree/education and and a good job.

Let your money and class do the speaking.

Leave the pros and cons to the " mirage" to the political people.

Don't mind Nigerians grin

Even whites who abandon their parents in elderly homes are doing too well.
Africans, Nigerians mostly like to attack spirituality to eveything in life..
They do attach spirituality to everything. Mental health problems of which there are thousands of mind problems - na spiritual.

Body language and posture readers will tell you that a husband and wife are supposed to walk closely together if they are on a trip.

From stepping out of the aircraft, Buhari left his wife behind, check the other pictures too
Well the husband may be faster than her.

I hope she spends more time with a trainer.

So while collecting the free stuff what do they do ? School or work part time, full time ?

Something like those jakande houses in lagos . Some are poorly maintained. Schools ain't bad. But people residing outside london gets more bigger accommodations..... depending on the number of kids.
I see...nice - yet nothing like you own work and getting quality stuff in/out of life.

Yes, not huge. ... But they seems to be okay with the free money..... For example , a single mother with about three kids, get weekly stipends to take care of herself and the kids.
The government even pay for a flat that will accommodate those kids and some other things.....
Quite interesting! Is the flat nice and in good community with great schools?

The social welfare will support the kids.
That's how jamaicans in england dey also born like rats....the government pays some stipends to the mother.
I don't get it - those support aren't huge but people still like it ?

From where? undecided

Who told you truck drivers make enough to raise 33 kids? undecided
Truck driver make good money. Some make 180k per year. But I don't think the money will be enough for all 33 children. Hopefully each baby mama has a good job, lives in good community for the kids to attend good school. And not dependent on govt support
