armadeo: Ebola has killed 600 people since this outbreak and all of a sudden 323 cases have appeared in Nigeria.
Dia is ......... You are jonesing if you honestly think the Africa governments will release the truth figures. See the thread on the home page? I mentioned there are 23 cases in Surulere alone and other people are now testifying to it. I am not to create panic in anyone's mind ( my own sibligings are in Surulere ) but simply stating what I heard from someone who can NEVER lie to me. |

I was told of 23 cases already in Surulere which the government is hiding and total of 300 cases. I started a thread on this instead I got abuses due to my username which doesn't mean ( at least to me )what others think. See thread here - https://www.nairaland.com/1841066/300-cases-ebola-nigeriaMy cousin who works with MSF( Medicine San Frontier ) told me there are 300 cases and MSF is moving down here. This is getting serious and I think the government needs to be open about this instead of covering it. |

I dont understand it, are they saying TB Joshua is above us all? Why not force him to cancel the convention instead of taking such a massive risk? People the world over will attend this convention and if care is not taken the whole world will end up having this deadly disease. I don't just understand whats wrong with our so called men of GOD.
Jesus with all his powers could have damned the consequence when the devil tested him but he did not then who is TB Joshua where Jesus is? I thought heaven help those who helped themselves?
I expect GEJ to show APC he has some balls by forcing him to cancel it. I have been one of the major critics of PDP, massive chance for them now. Force him to cancel it and go to whatever court he wants to go to.
There is something call law of necessity ( common sense ) after all. |

Nashoji: If there is any case of ebola in scoan, the whole world should be rest asured that they are potentially with the disease because atleast if not 90, 80% of the countries in the world comes to that church. but seriously, how is the man going to stop them from coming? impossible task. Can you read what you just wrote? Why can he not stop the convention in total? He will say GOD asks him to go ahead, lies, massive lies. After all thou shall not tempt the LORD your GOD and if it were not to be so, Jesus would have jumped from the mountain since the devil has no power over him. This yet another test for the GEJ. If he is above Lagos state government, is he above the FG? |

Nigeria and playing religion/GOD. This man should simply be stopped from holding that convention. Or do we have to put the health of the whole nation at risk because of one man?
I have nothing against TB Joshua but his refusal to cancel that convention is a slap on the face of this nation. In saner climes, the convention won't hold.
I do not understand why we play GOD in everything. He gave us a brain so we can use it after all. |

wealthanyi: DONT BE GREEDY AFTER READING SHARE TO YOUR CONTACTS TOO A Big Secret What I’m about to reveal to you in this article is a highly guarded secret which only a few people know in Nigeria and which they are exploiting and using to silently make millions of naira every year. In fact I almost got beaten up at one of my seminars by some guys from Lagos who are also into online business because they were very angry and very furious that I was leaking these secrets to other people. They warned me to stop teaching people but I have a strong desire to help the youths of this great country so I don’t mind even if I’m risking my life by writing this article. Did you know that websites like careers nigeria, bella naija, naija hot jobs, nairaland etc are all into this business and people like Dr. Ojeagbase (owner of Complete Sports newspaper), Akin Alabi and many others are making hundreds of thousands and millions of naira every month month, completely part time from this same online business. Right here in this Nigeria wey me and you dey so. The Internet is truly a wonderful place and only those that are smart enough to seize today the opportunities that abound at this early stage will be at the top and raking in the millions by the time other people find out this secret. Not difficult to learn and do Online business is easy to do. You do not need any special skills, qualifications or connections. Anybody with determination to succeed can do the same things that I’m doing right now and start making as much as I’m currently making or even more. What you should always have at the back of your mind is that before you can make money online, you must first learn how to do it by going through a recognised training program or online course. After learning, you must then prepare to work hard and keep working as you wait for the fruits to manifest. The beginning part is usually the toughest but as soon as you start getting your returns, the workload and time demanded by the business will reduce greatly over time. You can decide today to change the course of your life by learning and starting your own online businesses and I’m here to show you exactly what I did that I’m now making over Two hundred thousand naira EVERY MONTH. You Can Start Without Spending Any Money. The best thing is that you can also start this online business and start making money without spending a kobo. It’s true! You can register for a website, design it, build it and register with all the required companies and pay absolutely nothing. Zero naira. The only cost you will incur is the cost of browsing for a few hours every week. What does this mean? It means that you can start making money today without spending any money as initial capital investment unlike in most other businesses. This means that there is no risk at all on your part. You can even start the journey today, right now. Think of all the things you can do with a “salary” of N200,000 every month. You will have no more financial worries and you will be able to buy whatever you like and live comfortably. In fact you will be making more money than most of these so called bankers. Think about it. No more endless application letters, running and suffering over their dirty aptitude tests and begging employers. No more anxiety and worries when you start your own website business today. Who Can do the Business? From what I have seen so far, I can assure you that this wonderful business is especially good If you are a student, fresh graduate, youth corper, OND or HND, job seekers, housewives or even pregnant and nursing mothers. It is also very good for people who have been looking for a better paying job and who want to invest their time to build a highly profitable business that brings a steady stream of income every month part time with just few hours of work per week. I’ve also noticed that it is also very good and will be profitable for people who are already working or already retired but want to make an extra income on the side. If you are desperate for money, online business is not for you because it will take some months before you get anywhere especially if you are a total beginner. Don’t borrow money with interest to start online business. You will not make money immediately because before you start, you must first of all spend time reading the necessary books, learning how it is done, practicing and gathering experience. (Note: If you decide to learn through my online course, this learning process alone could take you up to three months.) Why am I telling you my secret? Ever since I started running Latest Nigerian Jobs, I’ve been shocked at the thousands and thousands of people out there in Nigeria who are either jobless or working where they are grossly underpaid. Young hardworking graduates and youths wasting away and suffering in a country where there are no jobs. I felt moved because it reminded me of my own frustrated condition few years ago before I discovered online business. The biggest Secret (better than yahoo- yahoo) Not many people in Nigeria know about the true secret of online business yet. In fact, the few that know this secret are making hundreds of thousands of naira every month and never bother themselves applying for the jobs that are so scarce. Instead of applying for jobs, they are making money from people like you who are busy searching for jobs every day. This is the secret of popular Nigerian job websites like Careers Nigeria, Naija Hot Jobs, Ngcareers, Jobberman, Nairaland etc. Some of these people even make up to N500,000 (more than $3,000) and above every month, just from three hours work every day. How long does it take to start making reasonable money? Success in this business depends to a large extent on how dedicated and serious you are with it. There are two main types of internet business: the ones that can generate you cash within a few weeks (e.g information marketing) and the ones that take some time to build before you can start making up to 100,000 Naira or more (like 9 to 18 months). The catch is that most of the internet businesses that can get you instant cash require you to invest a little amount in online advertising to speed things up. While the types that don’t require any investment usually take some months to grow (12 to 18 months) before you can expect returns in the range of N50,000 to N200,000 (depending on how serious you are). How I Make My Money Although there are very many different ways of making money online, my experience has shown me that there are only few kinds that can be done in Nigeria 100% legally with little or no startup capital and little risk. Of these few ones, the best and most profitable are three in number. These are the ones that I’m currently doing which bring in most of the money my company makes and if you ever want to be able to make N225,000 consistently month after month with little work then these are the ones you should also get into. They are: 1. Amazon Affiliate Marketing (Referring people to Amazon.com the world’s largest online store. You get commissions when people buy products through your link) 2. Google AdSense (You make money when people click on advertisement links placed on your website when you register with Google) 7 different e-books which I’m now selling as an information marketer and through our websites, my company now sells an average total of 100 copies of these e- books every month, giving us roughly N150,000 to N200,000 naira monthly. This is in addition to the regular $ 1,500 from AdSense (which is slowly increasing every month) In January 2011, I learnt about the third business which is Amazon affiliate marketing. I realized that many people fail at it because they do not know the best techniques to use for this sort of online business. Based on my experience with the other two businesses, I experimented with various techniques and I was able to develop a particular method that worked wonders. Since that time, I have built a total of 5 websites which I use as affiliate websites for Amazon products, although it took us nearly 9 months before we got our first Amazon payment, right now I make an average total of $1,000 monthly from these 5 websites combined and this figure is also slowly increasing month after month. As an added bonus, there’s usually a spike during festive periods especially towards Christmas because more people buy things at that time. Due to lack of space, I cannot go into detail about how to set up each of the businesses above because it’s not just a simple step by step process. There are so many things you need to learn and understand first before you can do any of the businesses above and hope to make as much as I’m making. How I Receive the Money Not all online businesses are ideal for people living in Nigeria because most of them are managed by foreign companies some of whom do not like doing business with Nigerians. This is one of the reasons why I stick with just the three businesses listed above because it is easy to receive the money from them right here in Nigeria. For Google AdSense and Amazon Affiliates, I get paid through foreign cheques issued by the respective companies (Google and Amazon). These cheques are sent from overseas to my address here in Nigeria. It is sent through the post office or through courier services like DHL. It takes between 1 and 3 months for the cheque to arrive. You cannot cash foreign cheques using a regular bank account. The only way to cash a foreign cheque in Nigeria is to use a special type of bank account known as a domiciliary account. A domiciliary account can be opened in most banks in Nigeria. You DO NOT need to open a domiciliary account before you can start online business. It is only when you are ready to get paid that you will need one. It is not difficult to get one. You can go to any bank and ask them about domiciliary accounts. We use GTBank. When I receive a cheque, I pay it into my domiciliary account. It takes 21 days to clear after which it reflects in my account and I am able to withdraw it as cash. In my online course, I also explain how you can go about obtaining a domiciliary account so don’t worry. For the third business, information marketing, people pay directly into my normal bank account and I’m able to withdraw the money instantly unlike in the case of the cheques method. You can use a normal savings account or a current account or a company account it doesn’t matter. When people pay into my account, they send me a text with the details. when I confirm the payment, I send them a link to the e-books that they paid for. My Bonanza: N3,000 instead of N7,500 for the first 20 People this Month (9 Slots Left) I normally charge N7,500 for this package of 60 e-books but I recently got a big corporate sponsor who agreed to subsidize 20 packages every month so right now instead of N7,500, we are now taking N3,000 for the first 20 people that pay before the end of this month. Of these subsidized packages, only 9 are now left. When we have gotten all the 20 people we need this month, we will take the price back to N7,500 till next month so if you are interested in learning online business from me, right now will be the best time to buy while there are still bonanza spaces available at the reduced price of N3,000. Initially sounded like a false alarm as I know they are working hard to sell the idea of me leaving Nigeria to me but I just confirmed from someone else here who said it is 100% true and the FG not letting the public know not to create panic.

Atleast let's give them some benefit of doubt this time. This meeting or press conferenfce is just the right direction, my thought. All stakeholder role must be clearly define and respected for the dreamland to mterialised. However, some question got to be answered with all purity, devoid of any sentiment, from those at the helm of governance. This includes but not limited to ; -I thought there was a national gas master plan act of 2008 which has 3 anchored, and national supply obligation was the first objective addressed by the act. So, why is the act not yet performing on it own? - The report claimed an interim or palliative measure. What happen if the pilot phase succeed or fails. What are the aftermath sustainable programme would the result rob off on? - why 370mmcf/d? Why not higher than that? Do think the gas demand for our power consumption should be more than that, consideing the present optimum running capacity, atleast maintenance has been carry on few, of the installed gas turbine the country has. Moreover, a supply of 370mmcf/d would yield 3mtpa which is far less than the 22mtpa NLNG is curently liquefying for export. and talkless of the additional 8mtpa billed for its ongoing brownfeed project of train 7. - can we, all Nigeria, bank on this promise to yield positively?
We can only hope for the best for this country. Meanwhile, Cant wait for Ayodele oni, the author of 'Nigeria elctric power sector- policy.law.negotiating stategy.business', who double as power-focused energy law and policy columnist for businessday newspaper to explain the pros and cons of this deal and what nigerians stand to benefit more from an experince, legal and economic view point. Iheanacho will get his chance. It is a gradual process. Thats nice. No one they are yet to get a work permit for him and no one is discussing getting him a special talent visa. You work to hard to proof your point which says it all. I will patiently wait for the season to start. |

thegoodjoehunt3: All buys have been done in the midfield. Nacho is an attacker for Man City. So the buy of Fernando would not affect him.
It seems Nacho has edged out Super John Guidetti as Guidetti is being offered for loans. Kelechi is a 10 thats an attack but not in the same same role as Guidetti. Guidetti is a 9 both can be called attackers but definitely a 10 is not a striker as you will like to make us believe. |

thegoodjoehunt3: Coach Pellegrini has said Nacho is staying with him. They have big plans for his career.
By the way, Carlos Vela who was a promising young striker and U17 golden boot winner, went to Arsenal and did not get a chance. Bendtner was a promising young striker, he went to Arsenal and flopped. So how is Arsenal a guarantee? A young super star striker called Walter, went to Porto and flopped. Manuel Iturbe went to Porto and flopped.
Messi was not a regular at 16-18 years old. The attack of Barca was Eto'o, Ronaldinho and Guily. In the 2006 Champions league final, Messi was 19 years and he was not on the bench. Yet you want Nacho at 17 years to be a key member of Man City. It took time for Messi to break into the squad. Mind you, Pedro has not been able to get a steady run to prove himself.
Coach Pellegrini is excellent at developing young talents like Isco and Giuseppe Rossi. Give him time to develop Nacho. You mean the same Isco they have been linked to and that if they sign will kill off all of Iheachno's small chance? They want Iheancho so much that they spent havily on the Porto guy who will come and play 4 for them for years to come and ensure Yaya Toure and Fernandinho interchanged/rotated? Accept it, the lad has no chance. Not with Silva, Nasri, Yaya Toure and others that are likely to join in this transfer window still around. |
