Good morning my people, Silent reader here

Found out Eligibility was Met, criminality passed, security yet to start and file transferred to ottawa ADR 23rd Feb for spouse IMM5406. Submitted same day. Ghost update 19th March 2019 PPR 22nd March 2019 dated 21st March. Family of 3
That's pretty much my timeline, not a man of many words, so I'm sorry prof. I had a smooth ride up until the long wait from IP2 to PPR. Called IRCC several times, mailed Ottawa twice never got a response, raised CSE once and got a generic response.
Thanks to everyone here, this thread was my home after work from when I found it post ITA till now. Also big thanks to those that always help others here, please keep up the good work. I wish everyone waiting at one stage or the other good luck and speedy processing .
It has ended in praise. To God be the Glory. |

IPS is under university of Port Harcourt. It is recognized. drcynthia: Engrs in the house, Pls asking for a friend. He has a Bsc degree from Uniben also a master's degree from The institute of Petroleum Studies (IPS) Port Harcourt. My question is can he verify the masters using ICES or jejely verify his Bsc.? ( He wants to be sure masters from IPS is recognised) He doesn't really need the added points for masters. He isn't the PA. |

Congratulations masrapido: You guys were right!!! You were so right!!!
IT'S PPR!!!!!
I can't believe it. I have been screaming round my house since I saw the mail. After all the BP spikes and chest pain, here we are. Thanks to everyone who calmed me down yesterday. Please find my timeline below.
ITA - March 26 AOR - June 13 MEP/IP1 - June 27 IP2/ADR for spouse's Schedule A - August 3 1st Ghost update - August 15 2nd Ghost update - September 4 PPR - September 5
My journey started in 2016 when I decided to apply for EE using an agent. Wrote IELTS in September 2016, got my ECA and dived in. I had to reject the first ITA because I found out that my agent had made some 'modifications' to my work history, and wanted me to get my former employers to tweak things to that effect. The second ITA timed out due to POF issues. After that, I lost interest and decided to continue with my academics instead. By December 2017, my brother became a PR and I realized that I could get back the points I had lost due to having a birthday. Add to that the prospect of a wasted IELTS, I decided to give EE another go. And the rest, as they say, is history. I got ITA two weeks before my birthday at a CRS score of 451. Cut-off for that draw was 446, exactly 5 points below my score.
POF was my (accompanying) spouse's employee savings, the letter was not in any particular format but stated the current balance and how long he had been saving. I included his work history in the application since I knew our POF was somewhat tied to his job, so we had to get letters from his supervisors as well.
It's been a long and challenging journey - for all of us - but I know that our rest is near. To my fellow June AORs, thanks for the encouragement, you all are next in line.
Cheers. ~dances out with serious Niger Delta waist shaking~ |

Please stop taking us back. This issue has been dealt with. Reasonabledoubt: The Ielts result quoted up there is “not a requirement “ it is only the advised minumum score to aim for. The person asking the question should simulate using the Crs calculator to arrive at the best score that will boost his/her score. |

WES recognises Msc from IPS. And IPS responds very fast. No fee for verification. You pay about 20k to get transcript and courier to WES. Wakanowdotcom: Good morning all.
Please has anyone evaluated the MSc from Institute of Petroleum Studies under UNIPORT? Was it a positive evaluation? Someone is getting on the program there and wants to know if its one of those qualifications that don't give "2 or more certificates".
Thanks. |

Although I did mine there earlier in the month, They confirmed to me that they no longer run medicals for IRCC. Threemg: About some pages behind, someone talked about Prime Medical Consultant in PHC planning to stop carrying out medicals or has stopped. I'm sorry to say that information is untrue or probably the person misinterpreted the message. I've been in touch with them and they confirmed nothing of such. Medicals' still handled by them |

Thanks. That's what I have done. It makes sense that way. Don't just want anything that would make the app seem complicated. happytbaby: Include it and check the "not assessed' option Add it when scanning educational documents too.
My rationale is, one does not go from jele osinmi to Msc. I could be wrong, afterall we don't add primary leaving cert. I just told you what I would do in your shoes. |
