Andriod is an open source OS which can be used by any mobile phone maker if they wish to. FYI andriod is andriod on whatever phone. Windows is window either on a HP or an acer laptop. The hard ware maybe different, can be more silk and more durable but the operating system is the same. |
Nigeria ATMs dont cease cards, they cease monies!
Guy they do both o! @OP My ATM card was retained by a machine once. It was back then in 2007 in Jos. I guess I tried to change my pin but was not successful, so both the old and the new pin didn't work on the card and it was retained. I got the card immediately from the bank but had to wait for 2weeks to get another pin. |
If it is plane crash, everybody will be shouting. Is the FG investigating the cause of these crashes? Or will they ground all the commercial transport companies involve in these crashes? Will their families be compensated? |
GoldCircle: Just want to ask why the double standards? Bellview crashed and was grounded; ADC crashed and was grounded; and I also think same happened to sosoliso ( not too sure). I mean these airlines were owned by Nigerians. Now an Indian owned airline crashes and its back in the air 7 months after. Me thinks something isn't just right. How do you then encourage local businessmen to invest in their country? *smh*No double standard here. These other airlines could not come back not because the government didn't want them to. Most of their planes were not insured uptodate. They couldn't pay off the insurance of the accident victims, they couldn't keep and pay their staffs, they couldn't just come back. |
Smiling staffers stood Thursday at empty check-in and ticket counters at a domestic wing of Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, as only a few passengers paid for seats on its 4:20 p.m. flight Thursday to Nigeria's capital, Abuja. The private airline planned to have a flight Friday morning carrying local celebrities, government officials and journalists to the capital and back as a sign that the carrier was again open for business, said Tony Usidamen, a Dana spokesman. The carrier was offering tickets as cheap as 14,400 naira ($90) one-way to the capital, about half the price of its competitors, as a means of luring back passengers. However, Usidamen said the carrier planned a limited flight schedule for the coming weeks and acknowledged it would be a while before its flights were full again. "It's going to take time to publicize the resumption of flights and to regain the public's confidence," the spokesman told The Associated Press. http://www.sacbee.com/2013/01/03/5089802/nigeria-airline-in-june-crash.html Desperation will make make of us take Dana. Welcome back DANA |

Not to even talk about Nigerian government and their politics, how can dey give DANA air best airline of the year after the crash. God will catch all of them one by one.Nigerians and Indians who is more maintenance concious? |
MOD please help the OP move this thread to the JOKE section. I guess the OP is new here, it must have been a mistake. We forgive you all the same, but don't do it again. |
I love the concluding part "We have to build a nation, whether we like it or not. Some people still believe they can secede. I think it is fantasy. Well, good luck to them." ![]() |
egheleghe: Flavor's album is the biggest album of the year at least in PHC. Hold up CD hawkers can give you the idea of what's hot. davido's album did not sell up to 100 copies in PHC. Duncan mighty and Timaya did good too. . I think Flavor's album will sell for many more years like his last one.Have his recent singles 'chinny baby' on my playlist but seriously I didn't know he had any album this year. |
One thing you need to understand is that, the fact that you are a headboy in your secondary schoool or you are the best student in your secondary school because you have excellent teachers that understand you should not stop you from going to the university. |
AnOlAd: One common thing in every Naija artiste interview is that they started singing from primary school,at age 4 self in church.... Abeg jare #not hating# it just becoming an anthemNot just the nigerian artise, even the foreign artiste like R Kelly, Snoop, Beyounce etc., all started singing from their tender ages in churches. This so because, the church is where they get the oppurtunity to first use musical instrument or sing for an audience. So no big deal about that. |
SMOKIE. They have some classics. |
saxywale: There was a comedy I enjoyed as well, can't remember the name....It featured Okey bakassi, Osuofia and jide kosoko. Okey n osuofia were two poor dudes trying to get rich by all means. That's PAMPAM |
