I think [WHO] is based in Switzerland if am not wrong, while I am here in Onitsha. They sat in Switzerland and wrote that we have over a 100 filling stations whereas as a resident I know that we have less than 20. That alone has breached the integrity of the report among other things.

You don't seems to understand the passage. The report is very clear on that- air pollutions from industrial activities. It is the same reason you have Chinese cities on the list and other emerging industrial cities in Saudi Arabia, India and Pakistan. Are saying that Beijin is half as dirty as Lagos? The report is purely air pollution from industrial bases.

There is a big difference between Buhari and Jonathan. Buhari is the only President in Nigerian history to have really won an election. Yar'Adua never won 2007 and Jonathan never won in 2011. Buhari has been winning all the electns he contested but only became President in 2015 because of PDP error of employing tribalism in an election where the opponent comes from majority.

Nigerian elites don't actually like Buhari because of his anti corruption stance.
