@Op sorry about what you're going through at the moment at some point in life we find ourselves in certain addictions which might be knowingly or unknowingly but it's important that there's no addition that cannot be get ridden off. What I'll advise is first be determined that you really wanna stop, if you're the idle type get something doing no matter how little dat will help keep you busy so you don't get to think of it. Always engage your mind in positive thinking, and most importantly ask the holy Spirit for daily guidance/directions in as much as you shouldn't forget to make prayers and studying the word of God your daily habits..
