Demrich: for me its unfortunate that glo stopped giving 5mb on recharge of 200#. 2 bad cos others ar giving 15mb. Let them have a rethink.

adeara: Last weeks Monday i tried to buy 200MB on Airtel network. So, I recharged with N1000, purposely to use it to buy the said number of MB. I call 14150 and press 1 after all their bla bla. To my dismay, they deducted my N1000 but 200MB was not credited in my number. Since then I have called their customer service several time to complain but till now nothing is done about it. Does anybody has ever had such an experience? Is there any legal action one can take against them if such a thing happen again in the future.

i have just noticed that i am charged N10 for text messages by airtel even to airtel lines.this is against the usual N5 to airtel and N7(sometimes N15) to other networks

icool4u: Good morning NL's, its so disgusting the attitude of this network provider, a staff of MTN met me yesterday and talk abt the zoning promo, he told me if I switch dat I'll be making callz at d cheapest rate ever and dat I'll be given 15MB data for every 200 recharge card I load daily. Since I use etisalat on my BB plan which has been so effective. I decided to give MTN a try on my TAB, suprisingly I had 600 on my MTN line, so I bought a recharge og 200 to see how it works, It did not take up to 3 mins, 800 naira worth air time was gone, without me opening a single page on my browser. I'm not giving them a second chance I swear.

gerald09: I agree with you 90% but if u leave dis little tins to the hands of the companies without regulating price they will do whatever they like to maximise profit n give horrible product n services. Ѿε̲̣̣̣̥ need d govt to fix a price which will set off a competitive war btw organisation n eventually make price drop or improve services. If they fully deregulate dis sector its will bring about monopoly n dis organisations will eat us dry.

Its no news now that more than half the people with smartphones do not call more than twice a day and some do not text at all or do it 1 in a whole month unlike before. Nice move though, I hope they do more, expecially to foriegn companies coming to exploit nigerians like mtn. The right body should also open a case file on Dstv
