The work plan for this site for this week is as follows,

Buy additional qty of rods and wood and let the iron bender complete his work - Monday
Haggle prices with a regular carpenter to see if he can box the lintels and pillars for me by - Tuesday
On Thursday, we shall be pouring the concrete for the lintels.
Friday should be the day we top up the blocks on top of the lintels.

Then we rest, and I start looking for a competent carpenter to do the decking, I will start talking prices with them by Saturday.

I pray everything works to plan.
