I will suggest that the process of building plan approval should be followed more strictly. Also landlords should be prosecuted if their houses collapse.
May God comfort those that lost persons and properties. |

Romance › Re: Men, Do You Value Inner Beauty? (Be Honest) by atasteve: 9:26am On Aug 18, 2011 |
If you don't value inner beauty, you will be up for RUDE SURPRISES after marriage when all the "love at first sight" syndrome will be meet by harsh reality of day-to-day family life. You will wake up in the morning to find out that the woman next to you on the same is not the same as the "externally beautiful" babe that you fell in love with!!! Then the inner beauty is what keeps the fire of affection burning. When I say inner beauty I mean kindness, godliness, humility, patience e.t.c. I am not condemning outer beauty but in summary it is vain to seek only that. Proverbs 31:30 |

spyder880: The orji wood is not always used to do deckings and lintels in a house, the orji wood is mostly used by furniture makers who use them to make chairs and strong cabinets or many other forms of wood work. The price is high and thats why builders avoid it and use other substitutes which will hold the deck.
The agba wood is very strong. There are various species of the agba wood, we have the agba gum agba white agba red (also used by furniture makers, price as of yesterday is N800)
I prefare to use the agba gum because it is very thick and can be reused several times. It is this agba gum that I used to do deck in my house but its very expensive at the market I bought then. I bought my own for N750 and this one I found for N600 in another distant market. Agba will do this decking very well. Sir Spyder880, thanks for the quick class. |

I will personally advise that we all flow normally as we would have done outside the cyber world. Much is learnt when the atmosphere is friendly and not too "rigid". Let the jokes and pleasantries continue as we learn and exchange knowledge. We will keep pumping this thread to the first page everyday with our comments. I have gained so much from the threads championed by all my Ogas. |

Sprumbaba: I bought land in Ogombo last year and LAWYER from Nairaland did all the documentation for me. Even though I was cheated by the seller, It will be a good buy in the end. Ogombo land is peaceful. People are actually living (Nice buildings) in front and beside my plot. There is electricity pole there as well. I am the only one they are waiting for. Pls like how much does a plot go for around your part of Ogombo. |
