Good day, since it's been over 3 weeks now. I've approached the bank to find out if they've been sent a verification mail and they are asking for the email the UKVI enquiry will be coming from?

Anyone knows about this?

Yes, if you're applying at different times, you will need to submit MA'S statement of account along side the dependents, this is to avoid NSF for recycled funds.

Good evening everyone

My wife (the MA) and I (dependent) applied for our visa on the 9th of June. We applied together and our pof was in my wife’s account. We went for our biometrics on the 20th of June and my wife got a collection mail on the 23rd of June, I did not get any mail since then until today when I got a mail stating that I should provide a bank statement in my name confirming the required level of funds that have been held for a 28 day period.


To be honest I am confused because they have already given my wife her visa and the funds are in her own account.

Please how am I supposed to respond to the mail that was sent as I have to give a response within 10 working days.

Please help guys

Wait till your documents including your evidence of maintenance is ready before paying for your IHS and visa fees

You can fill the form and save till everything is ready

Go to telegram you will see alot of people looking for dependant to claim they are married whilst applying to join a student. Nigeria is a ScamHunt country and full of deceit . Resist from giving such advise to people here on POF, which is meant to be for study overseas. Remember Ducess90 is sounding it like drum here people won't hear. If you scale tru here and get to POE, there might be cases where student get detained in cell for 48hrs and ask for reconfirmation of SOA by contacting your bank which if found your POF is not sitting in that account you will be bundle back home with 10years ban..

Good morning everyone @duchess please my wife is the MA and I am the dependant all the POF funds is in my account. The new exchange rate has really affected our POF with an additional 2 million and our POF will mature by Wednesday next week. My question is;
1. I got a 4 million naira loan from a friend.
2. I'm thinking if MA can use the running POF and add the 4million on Wednesday to start a new POF for MYSELF.
3. With this last point on the picture below affect me Since the POF is in partner's (dependant) account and they will be applying few weeks interval...

This is exactly what I did. I had a joint POF with my partner but because of the surge in rate, I'll only use it to get CAS and visa. My partner already commenced her POF in her own bank account yesterday.

Meanwhile, decision was made since on 08/06/2023 for all Applicants as dated on the BRP mails.

12th June , 2023 was public holiday ( so I'm not sure TLSIKEJA worked on that day )😄

Received by VAC: 13/06/2023

The most important thing is that your fees have been debited. Some banks debit the charges separately, others don't and somehow incorporate it into the rate of exchange.

The CBN charges do not prevent your uni from getting your fees.

Ps: This is a personal opinion from experience.
