You just confirm my claim by saying Igodo mean key. Igodo has no meaning in Bini, Esan language. Our Ogiso Igodo is from another clan, probably Igbo or Ijaw. Igodomigodo has no meaning in Bini and Esan as well, It has meaning in Ijaw. You see we were cluster clans in Igodomigodo, and kingship was rotational, one clan rule another also rule. The list of Ogisos that ruled Igodomigodo, some of the names don't have meaning in my dialet.

The Binis and Yorubas has kingship relationships but different people. Some of our Idu children are ruling in the south west, south east. See example below.

To correct you I didn't say the Igbos migrated from Benin ethnic group, i said they migrated from Benin geographically. It is not only the Binis that lived in Igodomigodo, we were clans which Igbo is one of them.

Igbos and Benin has same culture, same week days like the Eken, Orie, Okuo and Aho. They celebrate new yam festival and masquerade, eat the same food.

Jacob has 12 children, they don't speak the same language. We are all Idu children.

So many Ezike people bears names like Osasuyi, same with Benin that bears Uwa, Okoro.

Migration makes language and culture evolve but the Ezike has never denied their root.
