Why not treat the abnormally high temperature first before worrying about antibiotics. The woman even stated convulsing before he started to trying to reduce the patient temperature.

Cases like these should be reviewed by a medical board so that doctors and public health administrators can learn from it. Even the situations that made the woman to get post operative infection should be identified and corrected.

The doctor was presented with a patient with two life threatening situation. The patient had infection from a previous operation and the infection has caused her temperature to be off the charts.

He promptly treated her for the infection but forgot to treat her for the abnormally high temperature, and the woman died.

He should have treated both problems simultaneously to get a chance of saving her.

I found tihan to be far more potent. both products contain diamides (chloranthraniliprole and flubendiamides) which means they have same modes of action. however, differ with lamdacyhalothrin in ampligo and spirotetramat in Tihan. they have different modes of action. due to the widespread abuse of synthetic pyrethroids such as Lambdacyhalothrin, the have become difficult to control with ampligo. u can give tihan a try on tuta absolute and true army worm (Pseudalatia Unipuncta) that is ravaging presently ravaging maize crops. in addition tihan appears to be and economical alternative
