My opinion, dont leave him, but just find a way to make things right, i.e, flow in his style, no need to always argue, avoid issues that bring up arguments.

I know how you feel about getting pregnant fast but like your husband said, its too early to get worried. Conception comes when keep your mind is at ease, just relax, it would come.

On the other hand, if there are symptoms you see that you get worried about, then see a doctor e.g some women dont ovulate; then you may need ovulation drugs but whatever is the case, there is a solution to every problem.
