Oga you know exactly what I am talking about,stop being evasive,not bringing dead videos of new estates built by developers in outskirts of cities. With the above videos it shows really that your villages which I particularly have been to several times on assignments,still remain undeveloped and bereft of civilization.
The south east is in a world of its own,nobody is talking about the 100s of mouth water new estates in the east emerging every day but rather our villages remain a master piece to behold.Well,may be your culture is not geared towards structural developments in your rural areas because what I have seen in your rural areas is worrisome.
You just posted a video of estates built by developers,Androy homes which is a developer that builds estates in outskirts of cities,I know there properties in Abuja, Niger, kaduna,kwara,Jos etc. So that isn't what we are talking about.

...on a lighter note,Nigeria is a case in study,whenever there is a slight increment in petroleum,everything skyrockets but as soon as there is slight reduction in its price,the prices of things and transport fares remains the same. I could remember that Dangote reduced the price of fuel and even importers did same but I am sure that transport fares never went down. The price of rice has come down a bit but I am sure that our restaurants still sell a plate of rice at same old price or even more.

Instagram reels, short skits and TikTok contents seems to be impacting movie industry negatively…. And the worst thing is that those reels are non stop distractions that can reduce people’s IQ and even affect mental health.
