Firstly, twitter was banned not solely because Buhari's tweet was removed or his account suspended. That only marked the breaking point. Imagine twitter CEO personally pitting mouth in our internal affairs!

Secondly, Trump used twitter to instigate his followers into violence which eventually led to the death of some people. That's similar to what Kanu issues doing on twitter while Jack Donkey looked the other way.

Well, the fact that she didn't alert anyone inside the premises and outside the premises during the incident and after the incident made a significant difference.
The fact that she stole personal belongings of his victim.
And thirdly, the fact that she was busy withdrawing money from his account after killing him.
All these render your defence useless and afterthought

1. Jack Donkey suspended a minister account, not their president account like the case of Nigeria.
2. Jack was accused of aiding insurrection in Nigeria. He's personally playing a destabilizing role in Nigeria. He personally asked for donations for the #Endsars protests that later led to the death of over 50 police officers and burning down of multiple multi billions naira properties. The guy is too much personally involved in our local politics.
3. His platform is being used for spreading hate, propaganda and misinformation. That's besides what he himself is doing personally.

No, it wasn't normal and it can never be normal. Baba Ijesa deserves whatever sentence the judge passes on him. But this case was blown out of proportion, too much drama and more than enough media prosecution by those who have nothing to do with case. They made people have sympathy for the man despite the fact that he did wrong.

Yomi and other friends are now free to correct or reprimand him now that he's on bail. If your child or friend or brother commit an offence, the starting point is how to resolve before reprimanding

Nigeria does very little to protect the rights of children hence the high rate of child molestation cases. No day passes without a new case. Very sad. These little ones can't protect themselves yet some MFs are here defending such a despicable thing.

That's not the case. The way people like Iyabo Ojo responded to the case made many people lost sympathy for the girl. The drama was just too much.

Actor Olanrewaju James Omiyinka aka Baba Ijesa was yesterday granted bail by an Ikeja sexual offences court.
Justice Toyin Taiwo also released him to his counsel Babatunde Ogala (SAN) pending the perfection of his bail conditions, which he must fulfil in seven days or be returned to remand.

Baba Ijesa’s bail was in the sum of N2 million, with two sureties each in like sum.

The judge also barred him from making any pronouncements on the matter.

“This case has become subjudice. Nobody must say anything or make any comment about this case again, particularly all actors and actresses. The order of Justice Taiwo followed complaints by counsel Ogala that there was much misinformation about the matter on the social media and that the image of the defendant had been battered.

At commencement of trial, Ogala announced the appearance of 19 defence counsels, including himself and Dada Awosika , a senior advocate.

The court directed him to reduce the defence team to six.
